Abstract

Abstract: This study was aimed to describe the logical thinking ability of VIII grade students of SMP Negeri 40 Pekanbaru by a contextual approach on sound material. The study was conducted from March to april 2018. The subject in this study was 79 students in the two classes have been tested normality and homogeneity. Pre experimental research in the form of intact group comparison was use as the research model. Logical thinking ability test consisting of 15 items of multiple choice option was use as the instrument to obtain the data. Descriptive analisis was used to analize the data and giving a description about the level of logical thinking ability. The logical thinking ability test instrument was developed based on each indicator of logical thinking ability. The data was categorized by the category of logical thinking ability with variable controlling indicators, proporsional reasoning, probabilistic reasoning, correlation reasoning and combinatorial reasoning. Based on the data analysis, the average score of students logical thinking ability in the experimental class was 74,36 which was in in logic category and 62,00 control class which was in quite logic category.Keywords: Contextual approach, Logical Thinking Ability, Logical thinking ability indicator

Abstract

Background: Food consumption is very easy to obtain and various types of packaging that do not pay attention to the nutritional content, causing obesity. Obesity is a problem that must be controlled immediately because it has bad impacts, including hypertension, diabetes mellitus, kidney failure and other diseases. Dbog Banana Kepok Musa Paradisiaca L is very easy to obtain in areas of Indonesia, especially in the fostered village area Metuk village. From the results of laboratory analysis of Dbog Banana Kepok Musa Paradisiaca L, triterpenoid compounds were obtained. Seeing these results, researchers are interested in conducting research on the effect of consuming Dbog Banana Kepok Musa Paradisiaca L on obesity. Objective: To determine the effect of consuming boiled Dbog Banana Kepok Musa Paradisiaca L on weight loss. Method: This study is a quasi-experimental study with a sample of 23 respondents. Data processing was carried out using SPSS to obtain the results of the Wilcoxon signed rank test. Results: The results of the bivariate analysis showed significant results that there was an effect of giving boiled Dbog Banana Kepok Musa Paradisiaca L on weight loss with a significance result of 0.001 (p <0.05) which means that HO was rejected and Ha was accepted Conclusion: There is an effect between giving boiled Dbog Banana Kepok Musa Paradisiaca L on weight loss Keywords: formulation, dbog Musa Paradisiaca L, antiobesity

Abstract

Artikel ini menelaah peran interdisipliner sosiologi dan antropologi dalam kajian Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), khususnya pada konteks masyarakat pesisir yang dinamis. Kajian ini diarahkan oleh lima pertanyaan utama mengenai eksplanasi sosiologis fenomena keagamaan, kontribusi antropologis terhadap tradisi lokal, relevansi analisis interaksi nilai Islam, implikasi integratif pada materi PAI, serta tantangan dan peluang penerapannya di era modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan kualitatif dengan menelaah buku dan jurnal akademik relevan.  Hasil kajian menunjukkan sosiologi berperan dalam menganalisis fungsi agama, pola interaksi, dan dampak perubahan sosial bagi praktik keagamaan. Sementara itu, antropologi menekankan urgensi budaya lokal, tradisi, dan kearifan masyarakat dalam membentuk praktik pendidikan Islam di wilayah pesisir yang bercorak multikultural. Integrasi kedua perspektif ini menghasilkan pemahaman komprehensif yang memungkinkan PAI lebih responsif terhadap realitas kontemporer. Simpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa pendekatan interdisipliner memperkuat pengembangan kurikulum, strategi pedagogis, serta pembentukan karakter peserta didik yang kritis dan peka budaya. Kontribusi makalah ini bersifat teoretis dalam pengayaan diskursus pendidikan Islam, sekaligus praktis dalam penerapannya di masyarakat majemuk.
