Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to produce a learning documents physicsbased learning styles of students in the matter of temperature and heat of class subjectS X SMA valid. The subjects were learning documents that consists of a lesson plan (RPP), worksheets (LKS), medium of learning and achievement test of cognitive, affective, process, and psychomotor. Data collection instrument in this study is an instrument validity device physics-based learning students' learning styles in the matter of temperature and heat subjects of class X SMA. Data analysis in this study is a descriptive analysis of the scores by calculating the validity ofeachindicator validity of the learning documentss. Validity learning documents is determined by the score results of the validation by expert lecturers. Based on the results obtained by the validity of the RPP and LKS format at 100% with the higher category. RPP content validity of 84.14% with higher categories and content validity Worksheet 1, II, III and IV of 75.50% with a high category.rresults media validity of 87.24% with a higher category. Validity tests of cognitive learning outcomes of 84.50% with a higher category. The validity of the test results of the process of learning the skills of 80.19% with a higher category. Validity tests of psychomotor learning outcomes of 91.70% with a higher category. and validity of the test results of 100% affective learning with a higher category, so the learning documents is otherwise valid and ready for use as a learning documents in schools. Abstract

Pembuatan Ba1-xSrxTiO3(BST) dengan komposisi x=0,1 0,2 dan 0,3 dengan suhu yang berbeda-beda masing-masing 550, 600 dan 650ºC pada substrat kaca dengan metode Sol-gel telah berhasil dilakukan. Tujuan yang akan dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan nilai absorbansi dan transmitansi bahan BST dengan komposisi dan suhu yang berbeda. Karakterisasi dilakukan menggunakan spektrofotometer Ultraviolet-Visible. Untuk komposisi x=0,1 nilai absorbansi maksimumnya pada suhu 550, 600 dan 650ºC masing-masing adalah 0,108a.u, 0,132a.u, dan 0,076a.u, untuk komposisi x=0,2 nilai absorbansi maksimumnya 0,147a.u, 0,174a.u, 0,077a.u, dan untuk komposisi x=0,3 nilai absorbansi maksimumnya 0,316a.u, 0,195a.u, 0,105a.u. Nilai transmitansi maksimum untuk x=0,1 pada suhu 550, 600 dan 6500C masing-masing adalah 97,9%, 97,7%, dan 96,6% dan untuk x=0,2 nilai masing-masing transmitansinya adalah 90,7%, 98,1%, 94,8% sedangkan untuk komposisi x=0,3 masing-masing nilai transmitansinya adalah 88,5%, 80,3%, dan 93,7%. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan suhu mempengaruhi absorbansi yang didapat dan semakin besar komposisi Srontium (Sr) yang digunakan maka semakin besar absorbansi yang dihasilkan dan untuk nilai transmitansi berbanding terbalik dengan nilai absorbansi. Kata Kunci: Barium Strontium Titanat, Absorbansi, Transmitansi, Annealing, Sol-Gel, Spektroskopi Ultraviolet-Visible(UV-Vis).

Abstract

Material ferroelektrik Barium Strontium Titanat dengan komposisi Ba0,3Sr0,7TiO3 telah berhasil dideposit menggunakan metode kimia padatan. Sampel dicetak dalam bentuk pelet dan kemudian diannealing pada temperatur 600oC, 700oC dan 800oC. Karakterisasi pada sampel dilakukan menggunakan XRD. Hasil karakterisasi XRD dari sampel memperoleh data dan diolah dalam bentuk grafik hubungan antara intensitas terhadap sudut 2 theta. Pola difraksi XRD Ba0,3Sr0,7TiO3 diketahui memiliki beberapa puncak. Material Ba0,3Sr0,7TiO3 ini berbentuk kristalin dengan struktur kubus, dengan besar parameter kisi rata-rata adalah 3.961 Å. Ukuran partikel (D) dan regangan kisi (η) dari material Ba0,3Sr0,7TiO3 yang dieanealing pada suhu 600°C, 700°C dan 800°C selama 1 jam yaitu masing - masing sebesar 42,60 nm, 44,43 nm, 46,89 nm dan -4,49x 10-3, -4,05 x 10-3, -2,96 x 10-3. Semakin besar ukuran partikel, rata-rata regangan kisi (η) semakin besar seiring dengan meningkat suhu annealing. Kata Kunci: Karakterisasi XRD, anealling, ukuran partikel, regangan kisi

Abstract

This study aims to describe students skills in carrying out practicum on straight motion material in high school. This type of research is descriptive research supported by a quantitative approach while the method is survey. The sample in this study is class X IPA 1 and class X IPA 2 with a total of 67 students, the determination of the sample is done by purposive sampling.The data in this study in the form of scores of students skills in carrying out practicum on straight motion material in high school which were analyzed descriptively, scoring, tabulating and categorizing according to the category level of students process skills.. This research is seen from the aspects of preparation, implementation and closing. Based on the data analysis obtained the skill level in the preparation aspect gained a score of 3.35 with good category, the implementation aspect gained a score of 3.25 with a fairly good category and the closing aspect gained a score of 3.49 with a good score. Thus it can be concluded that students of class X IPA 1 and X IPA 2 in SMA Negeri 14 Pekanbaru have the skills to carry out practicum on good straight motion material.

Abstract

This study aims to improve communication skills and critical thinking by implementing inquiry-based learning and carried out through classroom action research. This study was carried out on even semester students of earth physics courses in Riau physics education study program totaling 35 people in the 2017/2018 school year. Data collected through observation sheets and understanding concepts that were analyzed descriptively using percentages. The results of the data analysis concluded that there was an increase in communication skills by 20%. The results of the analysis of critical thinking for cycle I with 2.9% were categorized as very good and for the less well with 25.7% while for cycle II the category was very good with 40% increasing to 37.1%. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that the ability of communication skills and critical thinking of students increases. This means that inquiry-based learning can improve communication skills and critical thinking in physics education students.

Abstract

Abstract : This study was aim to determine the differences in students' cognitive science learning outcomes by applying cooperative learning models with LKPD word square with conventional learning. This research conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Peranap on Mei 2018. Two groups of samples were choose from homogeneous classes. Quasi experiments with posttest only non-equivalent control group design used in this study. The data obatained from cognitive learning result test which consisted of 15 items multiple choice. Descriptive and inferential analysis used for data analysis. Based on descriptive analysis, the average of skor in experimental class was 80,36 and 71,4 for control class, this indicated student’s learning result in experimental class was higher than control class. Based on inferential analysis through independent sample t test sig value. (2-tailed) = 0.300 < 0.05. This mean was a significant differences. Thus it concluded that the use of cooperative learning model with LKPD word square can enhance student’s learning outcomes in VII class SMP Negeri 2 Peranap of solar system material.Keywords: Cognitive Learning Outcomes, Cooperative Learning Model, LKPD Word Square, Solar System

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to describe the self directed learning of students in physics through the application of Quantum Learning model on the dynamic electricity subject. This type of research is pre-experiment research using one group pre-test post-test design. The participants are the students of XII class SMAN 8 Indragiri Hulu with the number of 24 people. The pre-exeriment research instrument use self directed learning ability questionnaires. Descriptive analysis technique is used as data analysis technique. The results showed that the initial level of self directed learning ability of the students was at score 2.60 and after application of Quantum Learning model was at score 2.70. This study concludes that the Quantum Learning model increase the independence of physics learning on the dynamic electricity subject.Keywords : Quantum Learning, Self Directed Learning Ability, Dynamic Electricity

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to train generic science skills with contextual learning in science teaching physics class VIII MTs N Andalan Pekanbaru. This research was conducted in MTs N Andalan Pekanbaru in March to June 2016 for 4 months with the subject of VIII.2 class consisting of 35 students to 15 male students and 20 female students. Type of research is Pre Experimental Design with One Shot Case Study. Instruments of data collection in this study is a generic skill achievement test consisting of 10 indicators of generic skills in science are 20 questions given after the application of contextual learning. Data were analyzed descriptively. Descriptive analysis of generic skills of students after learning with contextual approach application got a good result. In the symbolic language generic skills earned an average of 89.6, on mathematical modeling skills earned an average of 79.0 and the generic skills of logical consistency earned an average of 66.2. So the contextual learning can be applied to train generic skills of students in the class VIII.2 MTs N Andalan Pekanbaru.Key Words: Generic Skills, Contextual Learning

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to produce student worksheet based on contextual to form science literacy that valid. Benefits of this research is the product can be used as teaching material teacher guide, increaseknowledge of science , guiding students in self-development as well as providing literacy skills of science and students' critical thinking skills. The research method used is Research and Development (R & D). Method steps include potentials and problems, literature and information review, product design, validation, and proven design. The result of the research shows the validity of LKS stucture is 100% with High category. In the validity of the contents of the LKS done twice with the results of the first validation of 76, 83% with high category but not valid because there are still indicators Low category. After making the improvement, the second validation result is 80.08% with High category. The Student Worksheet is declared valid and suitable for use by the school as a teaching material and is recommended to continue the research in the form of application as a trial to the school with the manufacture of mass products.Keywords: Student Worsksheet, Contextual Learning, Sciene Literacy

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to describe the interest and increased interest in studying science Physics with the application of the concept model of learning achievement in the matter of heat and heat transfer. The research design used in this study is "Nonequivalent conrol group design" with this type of research quasi experiment. The subjects were students of class VII SMP IT Madani School, which shall be composed of two classes randomly selected as experimental class with 19 students and the number of class control of 19 students. Apply experimental class learning model Achieving control class concept while applying conventional learning models. Data were collected through questionnaires engineering instruments in the form of a questionnaire research interests of students. Data analysis with descriptive analysis techniques to see an increase (gain) interests of students. The results showed an average gain of 0.41 experimental class students' interest (medium category) and the control class 0.36 (medium category). From the comparison of the average gain is about physics student interest in learning IPA science in both classes, indicates that the application of the concept model of learning achievement Physics increase student interest in learning IPA science than the application of conventional learning models.
