Abstract

Bigoneshop is an online store that sells various types of clothing. In this era, there is a lot of interest from buyers who want to buy clothes by designing it themselves. Therefore, a new innovation will be made from the world of clothing, website that sells various kinds of clothing and will apply editing or design features directly to the Bigoneshop website and can request new clothes. So, it will provide flexibility for buyers to design their clothes and make it easier for buyers when making transactions. Editing features and requests clothes are using HTML 7 with the fabric.js and canvas libraries. In addition to the above features, a feature will be made to predict the stock that is intended for the admin Bigoneshop website. With this feature, it is expected to reduce errors in the process of providing goods. In this feature you will use the Simple Linear Regression method to make the prediction process. From the results of the tests conducted, it was found that with custom clothing websites and stock prediction features, it can make it easier for buyers to customize clothing online and very helpful for admin in predicting stock.

Abstract

Due to the pandemic, government were releasing a new rule about the restrictions that people could not go to public places like restaurants, shops, etc. It causes the sales on the PT. Sinergi Global Servis (SGS) since the beginning of the pandemic getting worse.Therefore I would love to help SGS and people that are loyal to the Martha Tilaar Group’s products to build an mobile-based application since they cannot visit and buy the product at the nearest store.For the development I used SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method, with Waterfall  model, I also used Flutter as the Framework for the programming, Dart Programming Language, MySQL for the Database, and lastly PHP for the API (Application Programming Interface) that used for sending data from database to application.The application’s feature that I build were customers can search the catalogue’s product, make an order, review a product, etc. Then the orders that was made by a  customer, it went to the sales’s account and they could proceed the orders, the company also have an account and they could see transaction,absence, and stock reports.

Abstract

Onlineshop Applications On Warunk Accessories Web-Based and Mobile Using Topsis Method is an application that aims to facilitate the process of selling, recording products and decision support in the selection of suppliers at Warunk Accessories Stores. Applications are used by owners to assess suppliers using Topsis methods and store staff to manage Warunk Accessories stores online and customers to see what products are sold in Warunk Accessories stores, and place orders online. Applications are designed using the PHP and Android programming languages. Application design method using System Development Life Cycle by using Waterfall model. The test results were conducted using User Acceptance Test method and user satisfaction test using questionnaire. With this application can simplify the process of recording data items and buying and selling at Warunk Accessories store. Testing is done using 3 supplier data, after testing the results obtained for the highest value through the system 0.7959 and 0.795 manual. From the test results can be concluded that the application has been running according to the design and the results of application calculations with Topsis method there is little difference with the results of manual calculations.

Abstract

Every sale must have problem. For example, in recording transactions at stores that are not neat and structured, not knowing how much expenses and income at the store or predicting gold sales in the future. “Happy” Gold Shop is one of the shops that sell gold and solve this problem. Based on the above problems, it is necessary to make a gold sales estimation design application using the moving average method and the extreme studentized deviate method. The application is not only able to predict heavy sales but can record transaction data on each sale and purchase making it easier for owners to get sales data in a structured manner. The extreme studentized method is used to eliminate outlier values that are considered to deviate from the average value of a data. After correcting the outlier data, the data from the process will be used to predict sales in the form of daily estimates. Accuracy is based on an assessment of the MAD comparison using a period of two to five. The test results are based on the smallest MAD value for necklaces, bracelets and anklets with a period of 3,2,2 with a value of 11.47, 11.90 and 2.42

Abstract

Table tennis is a very popular sport in the world, including Indonesia. Table tennis Sports in Indonesia is headed by the All-Indonesia Table Tennis Association (PTMSI). In addition, Indonesia also has the largest table tennis community, Table Tennis Mania, consisting of 25,000 members who are active in social media Facebook. The purpose of making this application is to help the experienced table tennis players to choose the appropriate table tennis blade using the decision support system the SMART method. This Method allows the system to calculate player`s playing frequency with the blade`s spesification resulting the best recommendation for the player. Also this website can be used by the players of table tennis or table tennis sellers to do the sale of table tennis blade through the marketplace. This website has been tested by several people in various table Tennis Union (PTM) in Jakarta and produce positive feedback.

Abstract

Investasi TI yang sudah selesai diimplementasi sebaiknya diikuti dengan proses evaluasi.Evaluasi akan memberikan gambaran apakah investasi TI tersebut sudah mencapai target yangditentukan sebelumnya atau tidak, apakah investasi TI tersebut memberikan nilai gunaekonomis yang lebih baik daripada sebelum investasi tersebut dilakukan. Evaluasi yangdilakukan terhadap perangkat lunak Fixed Asset Management System di UniversitasConfidential menggunakan metode Return On Investment, Information Economics, dan CriticalSuccess Factor. Dengan adanya hasil evaluasi ini diharapkan pihak manajemen dapatmengetahui seberapa efektifnya investasi TI tersebut terhadap kinerja organisasinya.

Abstract

This paper discusses about customer loyalty using RFM method and Fuzzy C-Means. RFM stands for Recency, Frequency, and Monetary. What is meant by Recency is the date range of transactions made by customers, while Frequency is the number of transactions made by customers during  a certain period, and Monetary is the nominal amount of money spent during a certain period. Data is taken from Toko Cianjur with transactions history from January 2018 to December 2018 consisting of 892 transactions. Fuzzy C-Means is one of clustering algoritm which applies fuzzy approach to determine the clusters based on the degree of membership. Partition Coefficient Index and Partition Entropy Index are used as the evaluation methods.The goals of making this application that the store can find customers who have a high loyalty value to store and can be used as consideration for store to provide discounts to customers. The test results obtained state that the results of the cluster formation of two clusters with m = 2 indicate that customers quite often shop at stores until December 2018. While the results of the formation of three clusters with m = 2 indicate that customers often make transactions and a large monetary value to the store.AbstrakTulisan ini membahas tentang customer loyalty dengan menggunakan metode RFM dan Fuzzy C-Means. RFM adalah kepanjangan dari Recency, Frequency dan Monetary. Yang dimaksud dengan Recency adalah rentang tanggal transaksi yang dilakukan pelanggan, sedangkan Frequency adalah jumlah transaksi yang dilakukan pelanggan selama periode tertentu, dan Monetary adalah jumlah nominal uang yang dikeluarkan selama periode tertentu. Data diambil dari Toko Cianjur dengan riwayat transaksi dari Januari 2018 hingga Desember 2018 yang terdiri dari 892 transaksi. Fuzzy C-Means adalah salah satu algoritma clustering yang menerapkan pendekatan fuzzy untuk menentukan cluster berdasarkan degree of membership. Partition Coefficient Index dan Partition Entropy Index digunakan sebagai metode evaluasi. Tujuan pembuatan sistem prediksi customer loyalty ini yaitu mengetahui pelanggan manakah yang memiliki loyalitas yang tinggi terhadap toko sehingga dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan toko untuk memberikan diskon kepada pelanggan. Hasil pengujian yang didapat menyatakan bahwa hasil cluster pembentukan dua klaster dengan m=2 menunjukkan bahwa pelanggan cukup sering berbelanja terhadap toko sampai Desember 2018. Sedangkan hasil pembentukan tiga klasterdengan m=2 menunjukkan bahwa pelanggan sering melakukan transaksi serta nilai monetary yang cukup besar terhadap toko.

Abstract

In the current pandemic, parents want to do additional learning for their children. Therefore, a research was conducted with the title of Application of English Tutoring for Elementary School Level (SD) with Live Chat and Automatic Essay Scoring features and is expected to help the learning carried out by teachers and students. The hope of this application can be useful and can make it easier for teachers to find places to do learning. The system created today is a scoring system in the form of an essay where when students solve problems in the current system it will produce points per question worked on and the total points will produce the correct number of points. Experiments were carried out with several students with several similar questions to find out whether the designed system worked as expected or not. By conducting three trials on students with the same 10 questions and with K-Gram 3, 4 and 5. 4 which was carried out, the results were 70% and for the accuracy results from the K-Gram 5 experiments carried out, the results were 65%.

Abstract

Photography are an activity that can be done through a lot of other media, some uses DSLR (Digital Single Lens Reflex) camera, Mirrorless and even from their smartphones. Choosing a mirrorless camera by those who doesn’t have the knowledge of the specifications of a camera might be a problem by itself. The problem itself rose because there’re a lot of criterias that need to be considered in getting the right one and due to lack of information. That is why recommendation system based on website are developed which can help users choosing the right product using SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method. SMART method are a method for taking decisions that are multi attribute used for supporting decisions which have other alternatives. In developing this website it uses 5 brands of camera that is Canon, Fujifilm, Nikon, Panasonic and Sony. The validity test based from UAT (User Acceptance Rate) of 35 respondents gives a result of 85.71% accuracy that agrees that the recommendation system is appropriate to what user wants and proves that the system gaves the recommendation based on what user wants and beneficial to be used.

Abstract

The Ayam Bakar 7 Saudara restaurant has been established since 1978 and still uses a conventional system in terms of managing its sales. Every month, the number of customers at the restaurant also increases significantly, therefore the risk of mistakes is higher. To overcome this, a Point of Sale application was created which is a software system designed as a cashier which is a point of sale, where the transaction process between buyers and sellers is carried out to completion. This application was created using the OutSystems platform which is a low-code platform that allows the process of making applications faster with minimal typing of programming code. The applied application development method is using the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The resulting system is divided based on its users, namely Cashier and Admin/Owner. Cashiers can input customer purchases, process payments, and print receipts. Admin/Owner can perform the same functions as the cashier with the addition of product management, view dashboards, print sales reports, manage cashier accounts, view and manage sales history.
