Abstract

The 21st-century learning requires teachers to develop the abilities of students and change the learning system from teacher-centered to student-centered. In fact, the learning process still uses conventional and teacher-centered methods, so that student learning outcomes are low. For this reason, the BLM (Blended Learning Model) is applied to improve student learning outcomes in physics subjects. This study aims to determine the effect of similar studies using the BLM on students’ achievement. The type of research used is meta-analysis research with a quantitative approach. The results of this study are the first, namely the influence of similar studies from the BLM which shows that BLM has a significant influence on student achievement. Second, based on grade level, the effect of similar studies from the BLM shows that grade XI has a more significant impact. Third, based on the learning material, the effect of similar studies from the BLM shows that the optical topic has a significant impact. Fourth, based on learning media that has a more significant impact than similar studies, namely the schoology application. This research can be used as a reference for developing BLM on different materials, school levels, and various interactive media

Abstract

The 21st century demands reforms in education, especially in developing HOTS abilities. Based on observation data at SMAN Kota Padang, students' learning achievements that contain HOTS indicators have not been implemented well. The solution is to develop an instrument to test the availability of HOTS indicators in learning media. The research aims to produce an instrument for the availability of HOTS indicators in learning media. The development model for this research is the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation). The use of the ADDIE development model is only limited to the development stage. The first stage is to conduct a needs analysis through questionnaires and interviews. The second stage is designing instrument indicators. Next, instruments are developed based on indicators. The third stage is testing the validity of the instrument. The instrument was validated by three experts from Physics lecturers at Padang State University. The results of the validity test obtained a valid instrument. Therefore, this instrument is suitable to be used to analyze the availability of HOTS indicators in the media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh leverage, profitabilitas, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap peringkat obligasi PT Adira Dinamika Multifinance Tbk selama periode 2012–2021. Fokus utama dari studi ini adalah menilai apakah ketiga variabel keuangan tersebut memiliki kontribusi signifikan dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pemeringkatan oleh lembaga pemeringkat. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan data sekunder dari situs www.idnfinancial.com. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26.0 untuk menguji hubungan parsial maupun simultan dari variabel-variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial, leverage (DER), dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap peringkat obligasi karena nilai t-hitung masing-masing variabel lebih rendah dari t-tabel dan signifikansi di atas 0,05, untuk profitabilitas (ROA) berpengaruh terhadap peringkat obligasi namun tidak signifikan. Sedangkan secara simultan, dari ketiga variabel  mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap peringkat obligasi, dimana F-hitung sebesar 4,487 > F-tabel 2,87 dan signifikansi menunjukkan 0,009 < 0,05. Koefisien determinasi (R²) bernilai 21,2% memperlihatkan bahwa model bisa menjelaskan sebagian variasi peringkat obligasi, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya selain cakupan penelitian.
