Abstract

Kopi Lengkuas merupakan campuran antara serbuk kopi dan bubuk lengkuasyang diproduksi untuk menghasilkan barang substitusi terhadap produk jamu yangbiasanya memiliki cita rasa pahit.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisispotensi usaha dan potensi pasar agroindustri kopi lengkuas di Desa MatanairKecamatan Rubaru Kabupaten Sumenep. Penentuan lokasi dilakukan dengansengaja (purposive) dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposivesampling (sengaja) yaitu Kelompok Masyarakat APP Al-Ihsan sebagai produsenkopi lengkuas cap “Potre Alomampa”. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaituanalisis deskriptif dan analisis trend (permintaan dan penawaran).Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor pendukung seperti tata letak agroindustri,SDM, bahan baku, sarana prasarana dan teknologi masih belum terlaksana efektifdan efisien sepenuhnya. Potensi pasar produk kopi lengkuas berdasarkan aspekpenawaran dan permintaan memiliki prospek yang baik untuk tahun 2016 - 2020karena terjadi surplus (kelebihan) permintaan.Penawaran kopi lengkuasmengalami deficit (kekurangan) sehingga belum memenuhi permintaan padatahun 2016-2020 sebesar 6.786.804,800 kg.

Abstract

The rapid growth in the number of fast food restaurants in Sumenep City has resulted in a high level of competition so that every restaurant needs to create consumer satisfaction both from product and service elements. This research aims to analyze the factors that contribute to consumer purchasing decisions and analyze consumer satisfaction with the performance of the Zest Chicken-Geprek Lek Djo Restaurant, Sumenep City. The research location was carried out purposively and the sample method used was Accidental Sampling, totaling 100 people. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method uses Factor Analysis, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The research results show that there are four factors formed consisting of 18 attributes. Two attributes that are not included in the formation of factors are Help to Help Choose Products and Individual Attention. Overall the level of consumer satisfaction with restaurant performance is categorized as satisfied because the CSI value is 75.20%. However, the attributes that need to be prioritized in improving performance are the attributes in the first quadrant, namely speed of presenting products, comfortable operating hours, greetings and thanks by the waiter. The implications of this research are that restaurants can improve service attributes, namely the friendliness of employees in Quadrant I and add employees

Abstract

Pengembangan UMKM bukan hanya bisa menjadi sumber pendapatan bagi kelompok masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah. Para pelaku usaha bisa terus mengembangkan kreatifitas dan potensi usaha dengan menggunakan fasilitas yang sudah diberikan oleh pemerintah. Salah satu UMKM di Kabupaten Sumenep adalah PT. Fortuna Boga Perkasa yang bergerak dibidang pengolahan keripik pisang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan manajemen mutu produk pembuatan ICHIPS Banana. Sumber data bersumber dari dari data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengendalian mutu sangat diperlukan dalam pembuatan ICHIPS Banana meliputi penggunaan bahan utama dan bahan pendukung, Evaluasi Mutu Produk ICHIPS Banana, SOP Produksi dan evaluasi SOP.

Abstract

Service is one of the tridharma that must be carried out by lecturers. This briefing was given to managers of Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Cracker Pangsit in Baban Village, Gapura District, Sumenep Regency which aims to develop strategies for increasing sales and developing the business so that it continues to grow in the future. . This service activity is carried out using descriptive methods accompanied by information on internal and external factors on competitive advantages in the form of raw materials, legality, machines and tools, work methods / technology, packaging, promotion and marketing. The production activities carried out are relatively simple in terms of marketing. The product is packaged using plastic packaging and does not use a sales logo. The result of this service activity is an increase in sales of Dumpling Cracker products processed by MSMEs in Baban Village, Gapura District, Sumenep Regency

Abstract

Pohon siwalan memberikan manfaat yang besar bagi sebagian besar petani di Desa Karduluk, dari pohon inilah penghasilan diperoleh dengan cara menyadap mayang siwalan sehingga keluar air nira yang kemudian diolah menjadi gula merah yang banyak diminati oleh konsumen sebagai bahan tambahan makanan dan minuman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab rendahnya produksi gula merah dan menemukan strategi dalam mengatasi faktor penyebab menurunnya produksi gula merah. Penentuan sampel menggunakan snowball sampling dan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah diagram fishbone dengan pendekatan kualitatfi deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menemukan terdapat tiga akar penyebab menurunnya produksi gula merah yaitu pekerja (tidak ada penerus sebagai penyadap dan pengolah), bahan baku (kapasitas produksi harian terbatas), dan teknik pengolahan (teknik penyadapan dan pengolahan nira siwalan masih tradisional). Adapun strategi yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut yaitu menumbuhkan minat pemuda sebagai generasi penerus pada pertanian dengan meningkatkan nilai tambah, melakukan pemasaran lewat media sosial dan aplikasi starup. Menciptakan bibit siwalan hasil kultur jaringan berumur genjah dan pendek serta penggunaan peralatan yang lebih modern untuk efisiensi dan peningkatan produksi

Abstract

Entrepreneurship training and mentorship have become essential needs for vocational high school students to compete in the digital economy era. The Shopee Affiliate Program offers an opportunity for young people to venture into online business with minimal capital and low risk. This community service activity aims to increase the entrepreneurial interest of students at SMKN I Kalianget through a series of technical training and mentoring in using the Shopee Affiliate Program. The methods used in this activity include a participatory approach with stages of socialization, practical training, and evaluation. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in students' interest and knowledge regarding digital entrepreneurship opportunities. The evaluation was conducted through questionnaires and interviews, indicating that the majority of students were interested in utilizing Shopee Affiliate as an initial step in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Agriculture is a strategic sector in meeting food needs and significantly impacts people's lives. For the agricultural sector to always grow productively, it is very necessary to modernize agriculture by utilizing technological aspects. Increasing agricultural needs and extreme weather fluctuations make it imperative for agricultural aspects to carry out reforms. So this service activity is to explain to the farmer group community about the use of smart farming through a field monitoring system. The method used is qualitative with 4 stages, 1) preparation: coordination, study, and creation of materials, 2) implementation: lectures, visualization, discussions, and collaboration mapping, 3) evaluation: community understanding, and encouragement from the village government, 4) reporting: report manuscripts and publications. The results that can be obtained from this activity are the socialization and education of agricultural technology through the use of smart farming. The community has high enthusiasm and a high spirit of reform but has weaknesses in human and financial resources. So the results of this PkM activity also recommend the openness of the Somor Sokon farmer group to the minds of young people and the awareness of young people to be involved in the development of village agriculture. Abstract

The application of the convergence model in formulating policies for structuring shrimp farmers in coastal areas aims to create unified perceptions, achieve consensus, and foster collaborative actions between the government and the community. This study employs a qualitative approach, conducting interviews with 10 informants, each asked 8 questions. The findings indicate that equal and open dialogue serves as a medium for both government and community engagement in a more humane and responsive policy convergence process. Active community participation in decision-making is a fundamental element in the convergence model, enabling policies to be more effective and accepted by the community. The alignment of perceptions within the convergence model represents an effort to harmonize understanding between the government and the community.

Abstract

Raising Madurese cattle has a significant economic impact, affecting the sustainability of the local economy and the welfare of farmers as well as bringing non-negligible benefits to social and environmental welfare. This study aims to analyse the economic value and benefits of raising Madurese cattle. The urgency of this research is the economic contribution, uniqueness, and potential of its research on the economic value and benefits of raising Madura cattle is very important and urgent. The results of this study show that Madura cattle rearing provides positive economic value and has the potential to be a stable source of additional income for farmers with a net profit of Rp 6,961,000 during the rearing period. Meanwhile, the value of benefits obtained from cattle rearing include increasing family assets or savings, being a financial guarantee during emergencies, as agricultural labour (ploughing tegal) and producing organic fertiliser to improve soil fertility. Strategies that need to be carried out for cattle development to increase farmers' income are four elements, namely improving the quality of superior cattle breeds through the application of artificial insemination technology, increasing access to capital for farmers, increasing training and animal husbandry technology, and quality animal feed fermentation technology.

Abstract

This study aims to observe and analyze the relationship between product quality variables and risks on the decision making of Madura herbal medicine at UD Jamu Ummi Kulsum Sumenep. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to a number of consumers of UD Jamu Ummi Kulsum Sumenep. Using the SPSS tool version 26. Random sampling technique. Through statistical tests, it is observed whether the variables of product quality and risk are normally distributed. Through the acquisition of the t-test, it shows that the product quality variable has a significant influence on the purchase decision and the risk variable has a significant influence on the purchase decision. However, the results of the f test with others said that the variables of product quality and risk had a strong relationship with positive and significant impact on the purchase decision of Jamu Madura at UD Jamu Ummi Kulsum Sumenep.
