Abstract

Arus lalu – lintas pada Jalan Gajah Mada dari tahun ke tahun mengalami peningkatan. Hal ini disebabkan perkembangan pada daerah Jalan Gajah Mada ini. Untuk menemukan suatu model transportasi yang sesuai pada jalan ini, terlebih dahulu diperlukan pengetahuan mengenai karakteristik lalu – lintas dan model hubungan antar karakteristik tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis model hubungan antar karakteristik volume (V), kecepatan (S) dan kepadatan (D) lalu – lintas sesuai dengan kondisi yang ada dengan dasar pedoman Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indoneia (MKJI 1997). Survei data meliputi volume dan kecepatan lalu – lintas dengan metode manual counting, sedangkan analisis model meliputi model Greenshield, Greenberg dan Underwood. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa untuk arah kota model yang sesuai dilihat dari nilai (R2) adalah Model Underwood sebesar 0,393 dan untuk arah luar kota yaitu Model Greenberg dengan nilai (R2) sebesar 0,43. Untuk nilai kapasitas yang mendekati hasil dari metode MKJI 1997 pada arah kota maupun arah luar kota yaitu Model Underwood.

Abstract

Data acquisition of wind speed and wind direction are needed to get the data potential of wind power. The aim of this research is to generate a device of wind speed and wind direction with the real time condition. With this device, we will obtain an analysis about the potential of wind power electrical generation around the Puger beach, Jember, Indonesia. In this study and discussion, the main part is made in three hardware that is to measure wind speed, wind direction and to show real time data. The device which is used to measure wind speed using hall effect sensor as a transducer. With using of the active magnet that spins will be created pwm that will be read by sensor to get the wind speed. As for the shows wind direction, we use a compass sensor CMPS 03 is a digital sensor that outputs in the form of digital bits so that be able to show wind direction from 0° to 360°. The magnitude of angle will be used in analyzing the direction of the wind. Then the real time clock (RTC) will be used to directly to determine the time and date of recording data.

Abstract

In the current era, the development of construction really needs to be done by implementing quality implementation, it can be done in the continued development of the Integrated Laboratory Building, Faculty of Engineering, University of Jember, in order to know some of the work included in the critical trajectory and to know the comparison between scheduling plans made with the desire of the academic community in the completion of the development. The method applied in this research is CPM (Critical Path Method) which is very suitable in various empirical construction works. From the results of this study it was concluded that scheduling using the CPM method contained several jobs including critical trajectories, namely: preparatory work, partner work, concrete work, plastering and thread work, sound system work, fire extinguishers, sanitary and sanitary work, water installations clean, dirty water installation, sprinkler installation and roof hydrants, electrical work, lightning rod installation, and the calculation of the total normal duration using CPM method obtained the completion of the project for 123 days or 6 months, while the average desires of the academic community during 6 months 18 days.

Abstract

The speed of completing all stages of the project will cause major complications in the construction management system. The BIM method can integrate all projects that can save costs and time so that it is effective and makes it easier to coordinate in order to streamline the project. The purpose of this study is the planning of a 7-story economic and business building at the University of Jember using BIM application and steps to mmodel the building using a cost and time budget. In this research, the stages in structure modeling using BIM aids, the results, the results of reinforcement modeling and the required budget plan are Rp. 9,400.450.878.04 the time required is 189 days or 6 months 9 days.

Abstract

Global warming is an issue that forms the basis for many sectors to determine the development direction. The leading cause of global warming is the emission of carbon dioxide gas as a greenhouse effect from human activities. An increase in population can lead to an increase in occupancy. The high intensity of land use turns out to have a direct or indirect impact on increasing the production of greenhouse gas emissions. There should be an alternative developer of housing development. Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI), a green certification agency in Indonesia, issued a green concept assessment for the area, Greenship Neighborhood Version 1.0. This research aims to determine the Greenship rating of the site and determine what work is needed to increase the Greenship 1 (level) rating in the Graha Riski Harmoni Housing area and the costs that must be incurred. The assessment begins with the provision of secondary data in this device, the Greenship Neighborhood version 1.0 site plan, and the AHSP of Banyuwangi Regency in 2020. With interviews and field observations, measurement results use seven benchmarks: LEE, MAC, WMC, SWM, CWS, BAE, and IFD. Based on the analysis and assessment, the Graha Riski Harmoni Housing area gets a score of 27 or 22.13%, so it has not met the minimum green area limit according to GBCI. Residential areas require a minimum of six additional jobs to get a score of 45 or 36.88% to meet the minimum green area limit with a Bronze predicate. The need cost for a rating upgrade of Rp. 2,045,276,163 or if rounded to Rp. 2,046,000,000. ABSTRAK Pemanasan global merupakan isu yang menjadi landasan banyak sektor untuk menentukan arah pengembangan. Penyebab utama pemanasan global adalah emisi gas karbon dioksida sebagai efek rumah kaca dari aktifitas manusia. Peningkatan jumlah penduduk dapat mengakibatkan peningkatan akan hunian. Intensitas penggunaan lahan tinggi ternyata baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung berdampak peningkatan produksi emisi gas rumah kaca. Seharusnya para pengembang memikirkan alternatif pengembangan perumahan. Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI) sebagai lembaga sertifikasi konsep hijau di Indonesia mengeluarkan sebuah perangkat penilaian konsep hijau untuk kawasan yang disebut Greenship Neighborhood Version 1.0 . Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui peringkat Greenship kawasan dan mengetahui pekerjaan apa saja yang diperlukan untuk meningkatan peringkat Greenship 1 (level) pada kawasan Perumahan Graha Riski Harmoni beserta biaya yang harus dikeluarkan. Penilaian diawali dengan penyediaan data sekunder berupa perangkat penilaian Greenship Neighborhood version 1.0, site plan, dan AHSP Kabupaten Banyuwangi tahun 2020. Dengan metode wawancara dan observasi lapangan, hasil penilaian dapat diketahui menggunakan tujuh tolok ukur yaitu, LEE, MAC, WMC, SWM, CWS, BAE dan IFD. Berdasarkan analisis dan penilaian, kawasan Perumahan Graha Riski Harmoni mendapatkan nilai 27 atau 22,13% maka belum memenuhi batas minimum kawasan hijau menurut GBCI. Kawasan perumahan membutuhkan minimal enam pekerjaan tambahan untuk mendapatkan nilai 45 atau 36,88% agar memenuhi batas minimum kawasan hijau dengan predikat Bronze. Kebutuhan biaya untuk peningkatan peringkat sebesar Rp. 2.045.276.163 atau jika dibulatkan menjadi Rp. 2.046.000.000.

Abstract

A construction project in general always applies the concept of project management. The components of a construction project's success include cost, quality, and time. Planning and management of detailed scheduling of activities are necessary to complete a project to get the most optimal results within a predetermined time period. In the Shangrila Hotel Resort and Spa project, the remaining work is building finishing. The percentage of project completion was still at 3% in July 2019, so in this condition, rescheduling was carried out with the right approach to determine the project time. The Shangrila Hotel, Resort, and Spa project rescheduling use the PERT and FLASH methods. This method uses a probability percentage rather than uncertainty probability when analyzing project completion time. The rescheduling period is 272 days. The PERT method analysis based on activities on the critical path produces a probability percentage of 79.39%. Analysis of the FLASH method by considering all project activity relationships resulted in a probability percentage of 90%. In making a schedule, you can use modifications from other project management applications, such as BIM (Building Information Modeling). ABSTRAK Pada umumnya proyek konstruksi selalu menerapkan konsep manajemen proyek. Faktor keberhasilan suatu proyek kontruksi antara lain faktor biaya, mutu, dan waktu. Perencanaan dan manajemen penjadwalan terperinci tentang aktivitas kegiatan sangat diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan suatu proyek yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang paling optimal dalam jangka waktu yang telah ditentukan. Pada proyek Shangrila Hotel Resort and Spa memiliki pekerjaan proyek yang tersisa adalah pekerjaan finishing gedung. Persentase penyelesaian proyek masih 3% pada bulan Juli 2019, maka dalam kondisi ini dilakukan penjadwalan ulang dengan pendekatan yang tepat untuk menentukan waktu proyek. Penjadwalan ulang pada proyek Shangrila Hotel Resort and Spa menggunakan metode PERT dan FLASH. Metode ini menggunakan persentase posibilitas daripada probabilitas ketidakpastian ketika menganalisis waktu penyelesaian proyek. Penjadwalan ulang yang direncanakan adalah 272 hari. Analisa metode PERT berdasarkan kegiatan pada lintasan kritisnya menghasilkan persentase probabilitas sebesar 79,39%. Analisa metode FLASH dengan mempertimbangkan seluruh hubungan kegiatan proyek menghasilkan persentase posibilitas sebesar 90%. Dalam membuat rencana penjadwalan dapat menggunakan modifikasi aplikasi Manajemen Proyek yang lain seperti BIM (Building Information Modeling).

Abstract

Project performance is an essential reference in supporting the success of construction implementation so that costs and completion time are according to plan. Previous research states that projects that experience delays will impact cost overruns which can be detrimental to contractors and project owners. This study takes the case of a performance evaluation on a building construction project that experienced a delay of 15.496% (25th week). The performance measurement results using the earned value, the project has an SPI value = 0.493, meaning that the project experienced significant delays. If the project is not controlled, it will take 72 weeks to complete from the 48-week plan at the cost of Rp. 64.57 billion from Rp. 57.23 billion. Control of this project needs acceleration which was carried out using the Crash Program method in 2 ways: (i) increasing the number of workers and (ii) maintaining the number of existing workers but increasing overtime hours. A practical solution alternative is to increase the number of workers, which results in a project completion time of 43 weeks with a final project cost of IDR 58.89 billion
