Abstract

This research aims to know and analyze the impact human resource management insimultan and partial that influence toward employees morale of PT Bukit Jaya AbadiSurabayya. And find out the most dominan variable that influenced.The population of thisresearch is the permanent employes which has about 95 personal there.method samplingused stastitied random sampling technical with 75 sample.Variable of this research includethe variable of human resource management (X), consisting variable of selection (X),Development (X2), compensation (X3), maintance (X), with significant (α) 5%. Analysismodel, which is used is Multiple Regression Analysis that F-tes and t-test.Based on theresearch results shows the F-test that human resource management (X), including ofSelection (X1), Development (X2), Compensation (X903)4, Maintance (X) variable in simultanthat influenced toward employees morale (Y). It is proven F-count 6,148 > F-table 2,5 .while F-test, that influence the employees morale (Y) it is prove t-count -3.258 > t- tabel 1.6669with significant 0,000.Based on the research results shows the t-test that Selection (X41) and Maintance (X)variable in partial that influenced toward employees morale (Y). It is proven, that Selection(X) t-count 3,258 > t-table-1,666 with significant 0,002, wile It is proven, that Maintance(X14) variable t-count -2,786 > t-table-1,6669 with significant 0,007. Selection (X) is themost dominan variable that influenced toward employees morale (Y). Which contribute thewhole variable on the variation employees morale is 26,01%, that is R2=0,2601. While therest of a big 73,99% that influenced variable other that don’t exist in this research.Keywords: Human, Resource, Management, Employees, Morale

Abstract

Investasi merupakan hal yang penting dilakukan mengingat ketidak pastian di masa depan. Investasi juga sudah dikenal sejak lama dengan pilihan yang beragam. Masyarakat pada umumnya lebih mengenal tabungan dan deposito dibandingkan saham, meskipun hasilnya belum tentu sebanding dengan tingkat inflasi. Sebelum berinvestasi di saham, investor perlu melakukan analisa lebih dalam sebagai bentuk perhatian dan kehati – hatian dalam memutuskan menanamkan modalnya pada sebuah perusahaan. Risiko yang menyertai investasi dapat diminimalkan oleh investor melalui diversifikasi dan analisis yang cermat. Seorang investor perlu melakukan analisis sebagai alat untuk mengambil keputusan investasi, memahami seluk beluk bursa dan memprediksi tren saham maupun pergerakan harga saham yang selalu berubah. Tujuan Pengabdian ini adalah untuk melakukan penyuluhan pengenalan analisa Fundamental sebagai salah satu alat untuk melakukan analisis sebelum mengambil keputusan investasi. Pandemi covid-19 telah memaksa masyarakat untuk lebih banyak di rumah yang mendorong mereka untuk mencari alternatif lain dalam mengembangkan modal yang dimiliki. Namun jika tidak disertai dengan analisa yang mendalam, maka investasi tersebut akan sangat berisiko. Mitra pengabdian ini adalah Kelompok Ibu-ibu Dasawisma 2, Perumahan Taman Pondokjati Sidoarjo. Memiliki ketertarikan untuk belajar berinvestasi dan merubah mindset dari saving menuju investment. Kegiatan yang dilakukan antara lain memberikan penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Hasil pengabdian ini memberikan pemahaman dan menambah keahlian dalam melakukan analisis investasi saham.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of service quality of "Mas Alief" automotive workshop Bangkalan on customer’s satisfaction. The study uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis techniques, with the dependent variable of service quality consisting of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and care. Whereas, independent variables are in favour of customers’ satisfaction. The research involves 100 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The results showed simultaneous significant impact of service quality variables comprising physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and care on customers’ satisfaction. On the contrary, assurance variable partially has no significant impact on customers’ satisfaction of the workshop service. In addition, the variable with dominant impact on consumers’ satisfaction is the care variable.
