Abstract

Effects of Relationship in Marketing, Marketing Communication, Corporate Image on the Intention of Consumer Behavior through Customer Satisfaction at Vasa Hotel Surabaya.This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the relationship of marketing, marketing communication, corporate image on consumer behavior intentions through customer satisfaction at Vasa Hotel Surabaya. The number of respondents in this study was 130 people consisting of 68 men and 62 women. Analysis of this study uses Path Analysis. Data analysis was performed using statistics with SPSS tools. Based on the results of the overall data analysis, it can be seen that together the relationship relationship marketing, marketing communication, corporate image, customer satisfaction variables simultaneously have a significant influence on consumer behavior intentions.Keywords: Relationship marketing, marketing communication, trust icon corporate, customer satisfaction, consumer behavior intention

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test experiential marketing, customer delight, and customer trust in customer behavior intentions through customer satisfaction. The subjects of this research are Yamaha customers of PT. Roda Sakti Surya Megah as many as 100 people. Sampling in this study using accidental sampling. Data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. Based on the analysis results, the coefficient of determination show by Adjusted R Square= 0.453 ;. This value indicates that there are any relations between experiential marketing, customer delight and customer confidence in customer satisfaction. Furthermore, based on the research results obtained also obtained the coefficient of determination between the variables experiential marketing, customer delight, and customer trust in customer behavior intentions through customer satisfaction as big as Adjusted R Square = 0.462. This value shows that there is a significant influence between experiential marketing, customer delight, marketers' trust in customer behavior intentions through customer satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Non Performing Loan and Loan to Deposit Ratio on Return on Assets through Capital Adequacy Ratio in banking listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014- 2018. This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples were taken by using purposive sampling technique. The criteria for sampling in this study are banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which publish bank annual financial reports for 2014-2018 as many as 80. Data analysis in this study used Partial Least Square with the WarpPLS 6.0 program. The results showed that (1) Non Performing Loan has a negative and significant effect on the Bank's Capital Adequacy Ratio, (2) Loan to Deposit Ratio has a negative and significant effect on the Bank's Capital Adequacy Ratio, (3) Non Performing Loan has a negative and significant effect on BankÔÇÖs Return on Assets, (4) Loan to Deposit Ratio has no effect on BankÔÇÖs Return on Assets, (5) Capital Adequacy Ratio has a positive and significant effect on BankÔÇÖs Return on Assets, (6) Non Performing Loan has no effect on Return on Assets through the Bank's Capital Adequacy Ratio, (7) Loan to Deposit Ratio has no effect on the Return on Assets through the Bank's Capital Adequacy Ratio. Abstract

This study aims to manifest empirically is there an effect of interest rates and exchange rates on stock returns with capital structure. This study employs mainly a quantitative approach to support in the data analysing. The research data is secondary data. The data collection is from documentation. The population of this study is food and beverage sub-sectors listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014 - 2018 period with the sampling technique uses purposive sampling method, they are amount of 12 samples of the company. The data analysed is used analysis path. These results of this study were interest rates did not have effect on capital structure, the exchange rates did not have effect on capital structure. While, interest rates had a negative effect and significant on stock returns, the exchange rates had a negative effect and significant on stock returns, the capital structure had a positive effect and significant on stock returns. The results also got that interest rates did not have an indirect effect on stock returns with capital structure and exchange rates had a negative effect and significant on stock returns with capital structure.Keywords: interest rates, exchange rates, stock return, capital structure

Abstract

Abstract Normative community service is stated by several empirical problems obtained from the results of initial indept interviews with business partners, so that later in the community empowerment program solutions can be formulated to overcome the problems faced by partners. This community service was carried out at one of the partners of Sowan Coffe Shop Surabaya which is located in the Taman Apsari area of Surabaya. The problems faced are 1) Lack of product consistency; 2) Often the product is unavailable or out of stock; 3) Some places cannot be used when huan; 4) Rarely do promotions; 5) There is no classification of company risk management in product development; 6) The calculation of profit/loss is still not complete; 7) Strategies to accelerate the break event point have not been achieved optimally. This is a challenge for researchers considering the strategic location but has a lot of coffe shop competitors. Increasing the production and quality of coffee servings is one of the most important things. This community service is specifically carried out through indept interviews, mentors, and training consistently. The results of community development are oriented towards 1) product consistency 2) product stock reserves; 3) development of partner locations; 4) marketing promotion strategies; 5) classifying risk management; 6) automatic calculation of profit and loss; 7) acceleration of the break event point. Abstract

This study examines the decline in the performance of teaching staff in carrying out their duties as teachers. The purpose of this study is to know the extent of appreciation and emotional quotions in improving performance through the work performance of teaching staff at SMK AHMAD-YANI Probolinggo City. Analysis of the data used in this study is to test the path analisyis to determine the direct influence and indirect influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The results of this study show that there are significant and positive influences between rewards and performance as well as the work performance of teaching staff and awards can improve performance through work performance. Emotional quotions have a positive and significant effect on performance and work performance with emotional control questions are good able to improve performance through the work performance of teaching staff. Award and Emotional quotions can improve teaching staff performance together through work performance. Keywords: awards, emotional quotions, job performance

Abstract

This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Banyuanyar Jln. Klenang Lor No. 100 Banyuanyar Probolinggo Regency. This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, work motivation, and performance through job satisfaction of Non PNS teachers in SMK Negeri 1 Banyuanyar Probolinggo. The population in this study were all non civil servant teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Bayuanyar Probolinggo, amounting to 33 people. The analytical method of this study uses path analysis. The results showed that compensation had a significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation had a significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation had a significant effect on performance, motivation had no significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a significant effect on performance through job satisfaction of non PNS teachers, work motivation has a significant effect on performance through job satisfaction of Non PNS teacher SMK Negeri 1 Banyuanayar Probolinggo. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of referral marketing and corporate trust icons on radical customers through customer satisfaction at Mie Barracung. This study employs a descriptive research design with explanatory research methods. Sampling was conducted using purposive sampling as the sampling technique. The sample used in this study consists of 100 respondents who are customers of Mie Barracung Manukan Surabaya. This research utilizes a structural equation modeling (SEM) approach - SmartPLS 4.0.9.3, which includes the inner model process, outer model, and hypothesis testing (bootstrapping) to test the significance of the overall model and the predetermined paths. The findings indicate that referral marketing has a direct effect on customer satisfaction at Mie Barracung Manukan Surabaya..Trust icon corporate directly does not affect radical customers at Baraccung noodles Manukan Surabaya. Customer satisfaction directly affects radical customers at Baraccung noodles Manukan Surabaya. Referral marketing indirectly affects radical customers through customer satisfaction at Baraccung noodles Manukan Surabaya. Trust icon corporate indirectly does not affect radical customers through customer satisfaction at Baraccung noodles Manukan Surabaya.
