Abstract

Latar Belakang: Prosedur pengambilan sampel darah vena dapat menimbulkan stres pada anak terutama pada anak prasekolah. Sesuai tahap perkembangan, anak prasekolah sangat rentan terhadap ancaman integritas tubuh. Faktor karakteristik anak seperti usia, jenis kelamin, pendidikan dan pendampingan orang tua, diduga dapat berhubungan dengan stres anak saat dilakukan prosedur tersebut. Stres yang dialami dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan anak jika tidak ditangani dengan baik. Tujuan: Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan karakteristik anak terhadap stres anak yang dilakukan prosedur pengambilan sampel darah vena. Metode: Desain penelitian menggunakan metode Cross Sectional dengan 60 anak prasekolah sebagai responden. Pengukuran stres menggunakan Children’s Fear Scale. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa umur anak tidak berhubungan dengan stres anak yang dilakukan prosedur pengambilan sampel darah vena, sedangkan jenis kelamin, status sekolah dan orang tua yang mendampingi berpengaruh secara signifikan (p value < 0.05). Kesimpulan: Diharapkan perawat memperhatikan karakteritik anak dalam manajemen stres pada prosedur pengambilan sampel darah vena, terutama pada anak perempuan, belum sekolah dan anak yang didampingi ayah.

Abstract

Introduction: Premenopause is a matter that is feared and feared by every woman. Changes that occur during premenopause will cause decreased estrogen hormone production accompanied by psychological and physical complaints, which are characterized by irregular menstrual cycles with prolonged menstrual bleeding and many bleeding sizes accompanied by pain. Along with decreased organ function a woman will experience anxiety which will affect relations with her husband and social environment which results in a woman's self-confidence decreases. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine, examine and analyze articles relating to the Effects of Health Education on Knowledge and Attitudes of Premenopausal Mothers. The design used is Literature Review, articles are collected using search engines such as Science Direct, Pubmed, Google Scholar. Criteria for articles used are those published in 2016-2020. Keywords used in article search are health education, knowledge, attitudes, premenopausal women by getting 167 articles or journals and only 8 articles are used that are appropriate, through objective analysis, topic suitability, research methods used, and the results of each article. Results: There are effective results in the implementation of health education about knowledge and attitudes in premenopausal mothers.

Abstract

Background: Sex education that is still considered taboo in Indonesia is one of the causes of adolescents engaging in improper sexual behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of sexual health education on adolescent knowledge. This research method uses literature review research, which is research in the form of a literature review of the results of previous research either textbooks or research journals. To obtain data in accordance with the specified topic, researchers conducted a search for national and international journals through three databases, namely Scopus, Science Direct and Google Schoolar. Results with publication years 2010-2020 and researchers obtained 8 journals used for literature review. Conclusion: there is an effect of health education about sex on adolescent knowledge, and the method most often used is the lecture method, with the use of media such as leaflets or power points.
