Abstract

To determine whether a hadith is ????? or not is not enough if the research is carried out only to focus on aspects of its sanad, but research on content (al-matn) of ?ad?th is also a step that should not be abandoned, because there is no guarantee that if sanad of a ?ad?th is ????? (????? al-isn?d), so the matn of ?ad?th is ????? (????? al-matn) too. However, the studies of critics on matn al- ?ad?th have so far still tend to be few. For that reason, through this paper, the authors tried to examine about the critique of matn al- ?ad?th as an attempt to test the validity of the ?ad?th of Rasulullah Saw. from the side of its content (al-matn). A Hadith is declared as ????? al-matn if it fulfills two criteria, which is avoiding sy?dz and free from ?illat. The steps that can be taken to critique the content of ?ad?th are: compiling ?ad?th that are intertwined in the same theme, conducting research on content of ?ad?th with ????? ?ad?th approach and approach of the Qur'an, conducting research on content of ?ad?th with language approach, and research content of ?ad?th with a historical approach.

Abstract

This study examines "WAFA" Qur’anic learning method and its relationship with Roger Sperry’sBrain Hemisphere Theory and Learning Styles (Visual, Auditorial, Kinesthetic/VAK). Withliterature research, the research result indicates that WAFA method has a comprehensive andfun learning system of the Qur'an. WAFA is an al-Qur'an learning method innovation whichpackaged by left and right brain optimization and it also accommodates the three kinds oflearning styles of children. It can be seen from the teaching materials which arranged insequence letters that are packaged in a unique concept of combined words, equipped withinteresting pictures, and colorful. In addition, the comprehensiveness of WAFA method can alsobe seen from TANDUR learning strategies used in the learning process which can make theQur'an learning process very lively, easy and fun. The use of ‘hijaz’ song and body movements in“tilawah” and “tahfidz” are also the form of WAFA’s comprehensiveness in optimizing both theleft brain and right brain of children.

Abstract

Dalam beberapa kasus, perbedaan suku, ras, agama, dan golongan seringkali menjadi pemicu konflik. Namun, ternyata hal tersebut tidak berlaku bagi masyarakat Dusun Trenceng Desa Mrican Jenangan Ponorogo. Meski masyarakatnya memiliki latar belakang perbedaan agama, namun mereka tetap mampu hidup berdampingan dengan harmonis. Hal ini tentu terjadi bukan tanpa sebab melainkan ada faktor yang turut berperan yang salah satunya adalah kearifan lokal masyarakat setempat. Untuk itu, artikel ini mengkaji secara mendalam tentang bentuk-bentuk kearifan lokal yang merajut harmoni antarumat beragama di Dusun Trenceng beserta fungsinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk-bentuk kearifan lokal yang menyatukan masyarakat Dusun Trenceng yang multireligius diantaranya adalah perayaan hari raya, sambat-sinambat, gotong royong, kegiatan rutin masyarakat, perayaan hari besar nasional, dan slametan. Keseluruhan bentuk kearifan lokal masyarakat Dusun Trenceng tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai perekat hubungan antarumat beragama, melainkan juga memerankan fungsi sentral yang lain, yaitu sebagai penanda identitas, sarana resolusi konflik, memberi ‘warna’ keharmonisan dan kebersamaan bagi masyarakat, mengubah mindset dan menciptakan hubungan timbal balik individu dan kelompok dengan meletakkannya di atas common ground atau kearifan lokal yang dimiliki, dan berfungsi untuk mendorong tercipta dan terbangunnya kebersamaan, apresiasi, sekaligus sebagai sebuah mekanisme bersama untuk mencegah berbagai potensi yang mungkin saja dapat meredusir bahkan merusak solidaritas komunal masyarakat. [In some cases, differences in ethnicity, race, religion, and class often trigger conflict. But, it turns out that this does not apply to the society of Dusun Trenceng, Mrican Jenangan Ponorogo. Even though the societies have different religious backgrounds, they are still able to live in harmony. This certainly does not happen without a reason but there are factors that play a role, one of which is the local wisdom of the local community. For this reason, this paper examines the depth of the forms of local wisdom that weave inter-religious harmony in Trenceng village and their functions. This research used a qualitative research approach and type of case study research. The results showed that the forms of local wisdom that unite the multi-religious community of Trenceng village include the celebration of holidays, sambat-sinambat, mutual cooperation, routine community activities, national holidays celebrations, and slametan. The whole forms of local wisdom of Trenceng village society do not only serve as the glue for the relationship between religious believers in Trenceng village, but also play another central functions, namely as a marker of identity, as the tool of conflict resolution, providing a 'color' of harmony and togetherness to the community, changing mindset and creating reciprocal relationships between individuals and groups by placing them on the common ground or local wisdom they have, and the encouragement to create and to develop the togetherness, appreciation, as well as the mechanism to prevent various possibilities that may reduce and even destroy the communal solidarity of society.]

Abstract

Fenomena pelecehan seksual pada anak (child sexual abuse) merupakan permasalahan yang terus menghantui siapapun, khususnya para orang tua. Kepolosan dan ketidaktahuan anak-anak merupakan salah satu sebab mengapa mereka seringkali menjadi sasaran tindakan pelecehan seksual. Untuk itu, pendidikan seks menjadi hal yang tak kalah penting untuk diberikan kepada anak sejak dini. Melalui makalah ini, penulis akan mengkaji secara mendalam tentang pendidikan seks untuk anak usia dini dengan memfokuskan kajiannya pada dua poin pembahasan, yaitu: materi dan strategi pendidikan seks pada anak usia dini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah library research. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan seks untuk anak usia dini dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan materi pendidikan seks melalui beberapa strategi yang diantaranya adalah mengenalkan anggota tubuh beserta fungsinya, mengajarkan anak untuk bisa membersihkan area intim mereka sendiri, memahamkan bagian tubuh yang tidak boleh dilihat dan disentuh orang lain, mengajarkan konsep perbedaan jenis kelamin, memotivasi anak untuk berani berkata “tidak” saat ada orang lain yang menyentuh bagian tubuh mereka yang terlarang dan berani meminta tolong dan melaporkan kepada orang tua ketika hal tersebut terjadi. Selain itu, orang tua juga perlu membekali anak-anak dengan literasi digital yang positif saat mereka mulai mengenal atau dekat dengan gadget, internet, dan media sosial. Perhatian dan pengawasan maksimal dari orang tua dan pendidik juga merupakan hal yang tidak boleh terlupakan untuk memaksimalkan proses pendidikan seks bagi anak.

Abstract

Abstrak: Indonesia adalah negara dengan masyarakat multikultural dan plural. Hal ini merupakan keuntungan bagi Indonesia, namun di sisi lain, hal tersebut juga menyimpan potensi konflik. Sebagai bukti, konflik dan kekerasan bernuansa SARA (suku, agama, ras, dan antargolongan) seringkali terjadi di Indonesia, sedangkan konflik agama adalah yang paling dominan diantara mereka. Menanggapi tantangan-tersebut, SMA Perguruan Islam Republik Indonesia (PIRI) 1 Yogyakarta, salah satu sekolah yang berdiri di bawah organisasi Ahmadiyah, telah mencoba untuk merekonstruksi pendidikan Islamnya. Dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini difokuskan untuk membahas tentang best practices yang dilakukan oleh SMA PIRI 1 Yogyakarta untuk mengembangkan Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam rangka memperkuat visi moderasi Islam Indonesia kepada siswanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PAI di SMA PIRI 1 Yogyakarta telah dikembangkan dengan pendekatan multikultural mencakup pengembangan kurikulum yang terdiri dari tujuan, materi pelajaran, kegiatan pembelajaran, dan evaluasi; pengembangan media dan sumber belajar, serta diperkuat dengan menciptakan budaya religius-multikulturalis di sekolah. الملخص: إندونيسيا دولة ذات مجتمع متعدد الثقافات والتعددية. هذه ميزة لإندونيسيا، لكنها من ناحية أخرى تنطوي على احتمالات الصراع. كدليل، مثلا أنّ الصراعات و العنف القبلية و الدينية والعرقية والمذهبية تحدث كثيرا بالنسبة لإندونيسيا، في حين أن الصراع الديني هو أكثر شيوعا بينها. استجابة لهذه التحديات، حاولت SMA PIRI 1 يوجياكارتا، إحدى المدارس التي أنشئت في إطار منظمة الأحمدية، بإعادة النظر فى تربيتها الإسلامية. بطريقة المنهج الوصفي النوعي، يركز هذا البحث على مناقشة أفضل الممارسات التي قامت بهاSMA PIRI 1  يوجياكارتا لتطوير التربية الإسلامية (PAI) من أجل تعزيز نظرة اعتدال الإسلام الإندونيسي للطلاب. أظهرت نتيجة هذا البحث أن التربية الإسلامية فىSMA PIRI 1  يوجياكارتا تطورت بمنهج متعدد الثقافات تشتمل بما في ذلك تطوير المنهج الدراسي الذى يتكون من الأهداف والمواد التعليمية وأنشطة التعلم والتقييم، تطوير الوسائل التعليمية ومصادر التعلم، وتعزيزها من خلال تكوين ثقافة دينية متعددة الثقافات في المدرسة.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the madrasa head's strategy for managing change in creating superior madrasas and to analyze the success of change management in creating superior madrasas. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of change management in madrasahs, especially Madrasah Aliyah (MA) needs to be implemented and the principal plays a key role in the success of leading change in realizing superior madrasahs by implementing change management, including Awareness, namely motivation and monthly meetings; Desire, namely a personal approach and giving rewards; Knowledge, namely discussion and socialization activities; Ability, namely workshop activities; and Reinforcement, namely monitoring and controlling. Indicators of superior madrasahs include Input, namely the acceptance of new students; Process, namely teacher abilities, learning facilities, curriculum, learning methods, extracurricular activities, and cooperation networks; and Output, namely intellectual competence, emotional competence, and spiritual competence.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the Islamic education programs for children with special needs and their implementation in nonformal institutions. The setting of this study was one of the orphanages in Ponorogo. It was Panti Asuhan Tunanetra Terpadu ‘Aisyiyah Ponorogo. This study used a qualitative research approach. It was a case study research. The data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. This study revealed that the Islamic education programs at this nonformal institution were divided into two categories. They were academic and non-academic education programs. The programs at this orphanage employed an inclusive approach by involving regular and special needs students in an education scope. It showed that the institution has tried to present an inclusive and friendly Islamic education milieu for children with special needs to fulfill their right to obtain a good education in religion and skill. Hence, they have equal opportunities to develop all their potential.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the influence of Islamic learning and parent’s support on religious character and the role of self-control in mediating the relationship between these two variables. The research method used was a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving 126 MTs Al-Istiqomah Dungus students as participants. The data collection technique used a Likert scale. Data analysis was carried out using PLS-SEM. The results of the analysis showed that Islamic learning β-value = 0.211 and ρ-value = 0.029 had a positive and significant influence on improving students’ religious character, while parent’s support β-value = 0.011 and ρ-value = 0.913 has a positive and insignificant influence. Self-control as a mediator of the relationship between Islamic learning and religious character obtained β-value = 0.158 and ρ-value = 0.000 which shows that self-control has partial mediation. Meanwhile, self-control in the relationship between parent’s support and religious character obtained β-value = 0.184 and ρ-value = 0.000 which shows that self-control has a full mediation. The implications of this research finding highlight the importance of self-control in the development of children's religious character. The suggestions given include improving the learning system by compiling an Islamic curriculum that can actualize religious values so that students can identify good and bad actions as a form of self-control. Parents needed to communicate intensively with their children to create comfort and confidence in carrying out correct actions as a manifestation of their ability to control themselves from disgraceful behavior.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss the challenges of PAI teachers in teaching and inculcating Islamic religious values to students and what efforts they made to maximize the process of inculcating Islamic values to students during the COVID-19 pandemic in Ponorogo Regency, East Java. A qualitative descriptive approach was used, while the data were collected through interviews and observation. The results showed that: 1) among the challenges faced by PAI teachers in inculcating Islamic religious values in students were the ineffective process of inculcating values to students due to time and distance limitations as a result of the prohibition of holding offline classes, the unpreparedness of many parties such as teachers, students, and parents in facing the change during the COVID-19 pandemic, and technology's inability to replace the teacher's role as values inculcator fully; 2) To maximize the process of inculcating Islamic religion values to students, the PAI teachers have tried to work together with parents and the community to take part in it so that the role and synergy of "tri pusat pendidikan" (three education centers), namely school, family and community education are truly revitalized.
