Abstract

Abstract: The objectives of this research are to investigate: (1) the effect of the motivation to achive on the learning achievement; (2) the effect of the learning facilities on the learning achievement; and (3) the simultaneus effect of the motivation to achive and the learning facilities on the learning achievement. This research used the descriptive quantitative research method. The population of the research was all of the XI class students of the office administration skill program of the state vocational high school 1 of Surakarta in the education and training year 2011/2012 as many as 75 students. The sample of the research consisted of 45 students or 60% out of the total number of population, and they were taken by using proportional random sampling technique. The data of the research were gathered by using questionnaire and documentation. They were then analyzed by using the multipel linear regression technique of analysis. The results of the research are as follows: (1) there is a significant and positive effect of the variable of the motivation to achive (X1) on the learning achievement; (2) there is a significant and positive effect of the variable of the learning facilities (X2) on the learning achievement; and (3) there is a simutaneusly significant and positive effect of the variable of the motivation to achive (X1) and that of the learning facilities (X2) on the learning (Y). The relative contribution of the motivation to achive (X1) on the learning achievement (Y) is 66.65%, and that of the learning facilities (X2) on the learning achievement (Y) is 33.34%. The effective contribution of the motivation to achive (X1) on the learning achievement (Y) is 48.05%, and that of the learning facilities (X2) on the learning achievement (Y) is 24.03%.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara signifikan Peran remaja masjid raodatuljannah di TPA An-nur kelurahan talaka Kecamatan Ma’rang Kabupaten Pangkep adalah memancing emosional untuk beribadah dan dalam pengelolaan mesjid dalam hal manajemen, remaja mesjid ini bisa mengatur pola-pola mengenai programnya, Hal ini terlihat dari upaya-upaya dan pembinaan-pembinaan juga pembiasaan-pembiasaan yang dilakukan oleh remaja mesjid. Serta adapun faktor pendukung Remaja Masjid dalam membina kegiatan keagamaan santri di TPA An-Nur adalah adanya sarana dan prasarana yang baik, secara material atau tempat sudah memadai (Mesjid dan tempat belajar). Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalahmasih adanya beberapa kesadaran santri yang minim dan kurang akan pelaksanaan kegiatan keagamaan apalagi pembinaan orang tua, selain itu faktor penghambat yang kedua adalah kurangnya SDM yang berkompeten di bidangnya dalam menjalankan kegiatan keagamaan.Kata Kunci: Manajemen Masjid; Remaja Masjid; TPA

Abstract

The aims of this study were: to find out the learning interest of children with special needs (slow learning) at the 1st storey Mallengkeri Inpres Elementary School. the role of Islamic religious education teachers in increasing interest in learning children with special needs (Slow Learning) in learning Islamic religious education at the Mallengkeri Pres. Elementary School with Grade 1. The type of research used is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data sources in this study are primary and secondary data sources. Meanwhile, the objects in this study were school principals, Islamic religious education teachers, slow learning students at Grade I Mallengkeri Pres Elementary School. The results showed that slow learning students at Grade I Pres Mallengkeri Grade VI Elementary School had a high interest in learning. can be characterized by the level of craftsmanship and activeness of slow learning students in the learning given by Islamic religious education teachers at school. learning strategies carried out by Islamic religious education teachers in dealing with slow learning children at Grade I Mallengkeri Elementary School Grade VI, namely by implementing various strategies in learning such as using a student-centered learning approach with an individual system and a remedial approach, then the methods used by the teacher in Slow learning students are lecture methods, questions and answers, exercises, demonstrations with picture books about the practice of prayer and ablution, reward punishment and assignment methods.

Abstract

One of the main moral principles in Islamic teachings is the value of honesty (ṣidq), which plays a vital role in building one's character and fostering morality in society. The purpose of this study is to examine the concept of honesty from the perspective of the Qur'an and how it is applied in character education and moral development in modern society. Quranic verses, hadith, classical and contemporary commentaries, as well as relevant scientific literature and previous research served as the data sources for this study, which was conducted using qualitative methods and a librarian research approach. The results show that, from the Qur'an's perspective, honesty encompasses personal, social, and spiritual aspects, and that noble character is an essential component of honesty. This study concludes that the value of honesty in the Qur'an is universal and relevant for character education and moral development in modern society. This study provides a conceptual basis for the development of applicable character education strategies and opens up opportunities for further study on the integration of Quranic values ​​in the formation of a society with noble character.

Abstract

This study examines the concept of worship from the perspective of Muhammadiyah, which emphasizes the importance of worship not only as a ritual but also as a means of character and moral formation. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving interviews with Muhammadiyah members. The results show that Muhammadiyah views worship as an educational process that shapes ways of thinking, behaving, and acting in personal and social life. This organization emphasizes the importance of understanding and practicing Islamic teachings based on the Quran and Sunnah, and encourages its members to be open, responsible, and critical in their worship. This study also highlights the challenges Muhammadiyah faces in actualizing the principles of worship in the current era of social change.

Abstract

This study explores the concept of Tawhid in Islam, which affirms the oneness of Allah SWT and serves as the foundation for Islamic thought, ethics, and practice. The study examines the three main dimensions of Tawhid : rubūbiyyah, ulūhiyyah, and asmā’ wa ṣifāt, and their implications for human relationships with God, fellow humans, and the universe. It highlights the importance of Tawhid in shaping a worldview responsive to modern social and moral issues. The research method includes phenomenological study, library research, and content analysis of classical and modern Islamic theological texts. The findings emphasize that Tawhid must be internalized in both mindset and social actions, impacting spiritual, social, and ecological life. Tawhid fosters dependence on Allah, promotes social equality and justice, and encourages ecological responsibility as guardians of nature. The study suggests that understanding Tawhid is essential for developing a contextual and responsive curriculum for Islamic faith education in the contemporary world.

Abstract

Khilafiyah is a phenomenon inseparable from the dynamics of legal and theological thought in Islam. Differences of opinion among scholars arise as a consequence of various methods of interpreting the Qur'an and Hadith, and are influenced by historical, social, and cultural factors. This study aims to analyze the concept of khilafiyah and the comparison of schools of thought in Islam, identify the factors causing the emergence of differences of opinion, and examine their impact on religious practices and the social life of Muslim communities. This study uses a qualitative approach using literature studies, interviews with scholars and community leaders, and observations of religious practices within Muslim communities. Data are analyzed descriptively and analytically to gain a comprehensive understanding of khilafiyah and the dynamics between schools of thought. The results show that khilafiyah reflects not only differences in fiqh but also in theology, ethics, and worship practices. While potentially causing conflict, khilafiyah also has a positive role in enriching the intellectual treasury of Islam and fostering tolerance when addressed wisely. Therefore, an inclusive and dialogical understanding of khilafiyah and comparison of schools of thought is an important key in maintaining harmony and unity of Muslims in a pluralistic society.

Abstract

The Muhammadiyah Struggle Principles (Khittah Perjuangan Muhammadiyah) is a grand strategic framework that serves as an ideological guideline, movement direction, and the basis for Muhammadiyah organizational policies in realizing a True Islamic Society. This article aims to analyze the philosophical foundation, historical development, and contextual implementation of the Muhammadiyah Struggle Principles (Khittah Perjuangan Muhammadiyah) in various regions in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach through literature review and document analysis of various Khittah formulations, including the Twelve-Year Steps, the Palembang Khittah, the Ujung Pandang Khittah, and the Denpasar Khittah. The results of the study indicate that the Khittah functions as a theory of struggle as well as a basic policy pattern that allows Muhammadiyah to maintain ideological consistency while remaining adaptive to socio-political changes. The implementation of the Khittah through the Muhammadiyah Enterprises (AUM) in the fields of education, health, and social society reflects a moral political strategy (high politics), civil empowerment, and inclusive and humanity-oriented community da'wah practices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi program pembinaan ibadah shalat fardhu berdasarkan Himpunan Putusan Tarjih (HPT) Muhammadiyah bagi santri baru di Pesantren Darul Arqam Muhammadiyah Gombara. Latar belakang kajian ini berangkat dari tantangan keberagaman latar belakang keagamaan santri yang datang dari berbagai tradisi Islam non-Muhammadiyah, sehingga menuntut pesantren untuk menanamkan keseragaman praktik ibadah sesuai standar tarjih. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, yang dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pembinaan dilaksanakan secara sistematis melalui kegiatan teori, praktik, dan pembiasaan ibadah berjamaah. Para guru menggunakan strategi keteladanan, dialog, dan evaluasi rutin dalam membimbing santri. Adapun faktor pendukung pelaksanaan program mencakup komitmen kelembagaan, kurikulum berbasis tarjih, dan peran aktif pengajar, sementara hambatannya meliputi keberagaman latar belakang pemahaman santri, keterbatasan waktu, serta adaptasi terhadap kebiasaan baru. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa implementasi ibadah shalat sesuai tarjih di pesantren tidak hanya mencerminkan dimensi normatif, tetapi juga menjadi ruang dialektika sosial dalam pembentukan identitas keagamaan santri secara kontekstual dan moderat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of classical guidance services on the Muslim personality of ninth-grade students at SMP Unismuh Makassar. The background of this research is the importance of forming a Muslim personality as a fundamental foundation in Islamic religious education, especially among adolescents who are experiencing a transitional period of development. The phenomena found indicate that there are still students who lack discipline in carrying out worship and show behavior that does not reflect Islamic values in daily life. This study uses a quantitative approach with saturated sampling technique, so that the entire population of 53 ninth-grade students was used as the research sample. Data collection techniques were carried out through structured questionnaires and documentation, while data analysis used Pearson correlation test, simple linear regression test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that classical guidance services had no significant effect on students' Muslim personality. The R Square value of 0.006 indicates that the contribution of classical guidance is only 0.6%, while the remaining 99.4% is influenced by other factors such as family environment, religious activities at school, daily associations, and students' internal factors. The correlation test shows a very low relationship with a value of r = 0.077, while the results of the simple linear regression test reinforce the finding that there is no significant influence between the two variables. Thus, although the implementation of classical guidance at SMP Unismuh Makassar takes place regularly and systematically as part of the guidance and counseling program, this service has not had a significant effect on the formation of students' Muslim personality. This study recommends the need to optimize the implementation of classical guidance through diversification of methods, strengthening Islamic material, and more intensive collaboration with school religious programs and parental involvement.
