Abstract

MySIPKA (Sistem Presensi dan Kinerja) merupakan aplikasi absensi dan pengisian e-kinerja yang digunakan oleh aparatur sipil negara (ASN) di Kota Sukabumi. MySIPKA mempunyai fitur-fitur dengan tujuan membagikan kemudahan terhadap penggunanya. Riset bertujuan mengetahui variable apa saja yang pengaruhi pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi MySIPKA di Dinas Kesehatan Sukabumi menggunakan pemodelan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Tipe riset yang digunakan merupakan kuantitatif deskriptif, Data diperoleh dari sumber primer (kuesioner) serta sumber sekunder berupa literatur dan jurnal ilmiah. Tahapan Riset adalah membuat kuesioner bersumber pada indicator dari operasional variable, menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden , mengumpulkan data serta menganalisis data. Sampel diambil memakai metode purposive sampling yang mengaitkan 115 responden. Riset ini memakai tata cara analisis Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dan pengolahannya memakai aplikasi SmartPLS4. Riset ini melaksanakan proses pengujian tiga sesi : outer model, inner model, serta pengujian hipotesis. Hasil riset ini merupakan fitur desain aplikasi MySIPKA mempunyai pengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap perceived usefulness (PEU) sebesar 64.1% serta perceived ease of use (PEOU) sebesar 76.4%. PEOU mempunyai pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap perceived usefulness (PU) dengan nilai 15.8%. PU memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap attitude toward using (ATU) sebesar 62.7%. Sedangkan PEOU mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap ATU sebesar 24.7%. Terakhir, ATU mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap actual use of MySIPKA (AU) sebesar 75.6%. Abstract

This research paper presents a systematic literature review of sustainable educational data mining (EDM) studies published between 2017 and 2022 with the objective of identifying the primary factors that affect student academic performance. The purpose of this study is to provide a comprehensive analysis of sustainable EDM research and identify the most important factors that influence student performance while highlighting commonly used data mining techniques in the EDM field. The results suggest that student demographics, previous grades and class performance, social factors, and online learning activities are the most common and widely used factors for predicting student performance in educational institutions. Furthermore, Decision Trees, Naive Bayes, and Random Forests are the most frequently used categories of data mining algorithms in the studies included in the dataset. The methodology used in this study is a systematic literature review, which is a widely used technique for literature review that provides a reliable and unbiased process for reviewing data from diverse sources. The findings of this study provide valuable insights into the factors influencing student performance in educational institutions and can be used by researchers to inform future research and identify relevant factors to consider when predicting student performance.

Abstract

Lomba Nasional Kreativitas Mahasiswa (LO Kreatif) merupakan ajang tahunan yang diadakan oleh APTISI 7 Jatim untuk mahasiswa perguruan tinggi swasta di Indonesia. Meskipun proses pendaftaran lomba telah beralih ke platform digital, penelitian terbaru menunjukkan keterbatasan performa website LO Kreatif saat menghadapi lebih dari 1000 pengguna secara bersamaan. Evaluasi performansi menggunakan metode load testing mengidentifikasi dua faktor utama yang berkontribusi pada penurunan performa, yaitu penggunaan file load pada halaman web dan penggunaan data gambar, proses query yang kompleks, serta penggunaan library. Penelitian ini mengusulkan solusi dengan merancang arsitektur microservice sebagai alternatif terhadap arsitektur monolitik yang digunakan saat ini. Analisis terhadap penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa arsitektur monolitik lebih cocok untuk aplikasi dengan jumlah pengguna kecil, sedangkan arsitektur microservice menawarkan skalabilitas dan reliabilitas yang lebih baik. Melalui Design Science Research Methodology (DSRM), penelitian ini melibatkan enam tahapan, mulai dari identifikasi permasalahan hingga komunikasi hasil kepada pemangku kepentingan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa arsitektur microservice berhasil meningkatkan throughput tanpa mengalami penurunan, meskipun rata-rata error rate sebesar 8.52% masih memerlukan perbaikan. Dengan demikian, arsitektur microservice dapat menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan performansi website LO Kreatif, namun perhatian terhadap aspek perangkat keras juga krusial untuk mendapatkan performansi optimal.

Abstract

This study focuses on enhancing the selection process for software developers by integrating the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) and the Fuzzy Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (F-TOPSIS). The primary objective is to address the uncertainties and ambiguities in determining evaluation criteria and weights, thereby facilitating accurate decision-making when faced with multiple criteria and alternatives. Conducted within a software development company in Bandung, Indonesia, the study involved evaluating ten potential candidates for the software developer position. The methodology employed F-AHP to assess the importance of each criterion through pairwise comparisons, and F-TOPSIS to rank the candidates based on these criteria weights. The results revealed that Candidate CK-7 exhibited the highest closeness coefficient (CCi), making them the top candidate, while CK-4 ranked the lowest. This integrated approach provided a systematic and transparent framework for decision-making, demonstrating its effectiveness in optimizing recruitment processes. The study contributes to the field by offering a robust decision-making tool that can be adapted to various industries, ensuring the selection of high-quality employees who meet necessary competencies, thereby improving overall productivity and performance.

Abstract

AbstrakProgram pengabdian masyarakat merupakan salah satu bentuk kontribusi perguruan tinggi dalam memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Namun, dalam melaksanakan program tersebut, seringkali terdapat banyak program yang diusulkan namun sumber daya terbatas. Oleh karena itu, pemilihan prioritas program pengabdian masyarakat perlu dilakukan secara efektif dan efisien. Metode SWARA (Stepwise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis) telah digunakan sebagai salah satu pendekatan dalam pengambilan keputusan multi-kriteria yang dapat diaplikasikan dalam pemilihan prioritas program pengabdian masyarakat di perguruan tinggi. Metode ini memungkinkan pengambil keputusan untuk memberikan bobot pada kriteria-kriteria yang relevan dan mengukur nilai relatif setiap program yang diajukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggunakan metode SWARA dalam pemilihan prioritas program pengabdian masyarakat di perguruan tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi prioritas program pengabdian masyarakat yang dapat membantu perguruan tinggi dalam mengalokasikan sumber daya secara optimal.===================================================AbstractCommunity service programs are one of the forms of a university's contribution to meeting the needs of society. However, in implementing these programs, there are often many proposed programs but limited resources. Therefore, the prioritization of community service programs needs to be done effectively and efficiently. The SWARA method (Stepwise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis) has been used as one approach in multi-criteria decision making that can be applied in prioritizing community service programs in universities. This method allows decision-makers to assign weights to relevant criteria and measure the relative values of each proposed program. This research aims to use the SWARA method in prioritizing community service programs in universities. The results of this study are expected to provide recommendations for prioritizing community service programs that can assist universities in allocating resources optimally.

Abstract

Digitalization of Education in realizing the vision of an independent curriculum, encourages the development of educational unit technology. In realizing the development of information technology, enterprise architecture planning (EAP) is used to build a balance between business strategy and information technology in implementing integrated educational unit digitalization. This research was conducted at SMA ABC Bandung. The research method used is The Open Group Framework (TOGAF) Architecture Development Method (ADM) with the aim of explaining and providing a methodology in analyzing EAP and finding the vision architecture and business architecture periodically. The purpose of this study is to design information system management, direct business strategy with planning, information technology governance and educational unit management. Research results In the architectural vision, the research is able to identify the needs of organizational capacity that must be met to support the achievement of the vision and mission of SMA ABC Bandung. While at the Business Architecture stage, it produces a gap analysis (GAP analysis) of existing business processes, produces business process diagrams and functional decomposition diagrams to describe the main and supporting business processes at the school, produces stakeholder identification, organizational scope, and main business processes at SMA ABC, and formulates a catalog of principles that are the basis for the proposed enterprise architecture design.

Abstract

The results of the review of the implementation of differentiated learning activities at SMA ABC Bandung which are in accordance with the vision of an independent curriculum based on a digital school as well as the diverse characteristics of students at SMA ABC Bandung support the development of a digital technology-based learning management system with the E-Learning Management System of SMA ABC Bandung which is built in 2020 in line with the LFH (Learning From Home) learning scheme. This supports innovation and creation in the development of digitalization-based learning in this school. This research aims to evaluate the design of E-Learning products that use Moodle as a platform, with a focus on the product's ability to increase the effectiveness of differentiated learning at SMA ABC Bandung. This research uses a Research and Development approach with a one group pre-test post-test design. The samples for this research were students in classes X, XI, XII and several E­Learning Management System operators at SMA ABC Bandung. Based on the results of the existing design analysis, it can be seen and concluded that the E­Learning Management System application for SMA ABC Bandung has good effectiveness. In this way, it can be utilized effectively by all school components that use it.

Abstract

Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE) merupakan bentuk bantuan sosial pemerintah untuk membantu masyarakat yang kurang mampu. Saat ini, proses seleksi calon penerima bantuan KUBE masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan rentan terhadap kesalahan atau kecurangan. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, penelitian ini mengembangkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode Stepwise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis dan Elimination ET Choix Traduisant LA Realite untuk membantu karyawan di bidang Penanganan Fakir Miskin Dinas Sosial Garut dalam melakukan seleksi calon penerima bantuan. Sistem ini memanfaatkan metode SWARA untuk menetapkan bobot kriteria pada pemilihan penerima bantuan KUBE dan metode ELECTRE untuk perangkingan alternatif. Metode SWARA mengevaluasi pentingnya tiap kriteria, sementara metode ELECTRE membandingkan alternatif berdasarkan kriteria yang sama. Gabungan kedua metode ini meningkatkan efisiensi dan ketepatan seleksi, mengurangi risiko kesalahan dan kecurangan yang mungkin terjadi dalam proses manual sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa sistem ini berhasil memberikan rekomendasi alternatif penerima bantuan KUBE dengan perolehan poin sebanyak 3 yaitu Domba Sagara 2 yang berada pada peringkat pertama, Domba Sagara 1 pada peringkat kedua, dan Berkah Wijaya pada peringkat ketiga. Metode Stepwise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis terbukti mampu menghitung bobot kriteria dengan akurat, sedangkan metode Elimination ET Choix Traduisant LA Realite efektif dalam melakukan perangkingan pada alternatif dengan baik. Selain itu, sistem ini juga mencapai tingkat akurasi sebesar 90% berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan confusion matrix. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan keakuratan proses seleksi penerima bantuan sosial KUBE.

Abstract

Dalam era digital yang berkembang pesat, peran mobile developer menjadi semakin penting untuk mendukung transformasi digital melalui aplikasi berbasis mobile. Namun, proses seleksi mobile developer menghadapi tantangan kompleks akibat banyaknya kriteria teknis dan non-teknis yang harus dipertimbangkan secara bersamaan, sehingga diperlukan metode seleksi yang lebih efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji model terpadu yang menggabungkan Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) dan Weighted Sum Model (WSM) guna mengoptimalkan proses seleksi mobile developer. Model ini dirancang untuk menangani ketidakpastian dan ambiguitas dalam evaluasi kandidat dengan memberikan pembobotan kriteria yang objektif dan terstruktur. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif-eksploratif diterapkan dalam penelitian ini, melibatkan tiga pengambil keputusan dan analisis dokumen serta portofolio dari 15 kandidat. F-AHP digunakan untuk menghitung bobot relatif kriteria utama dan sub-kriteria, sementara WSM menggabungkan bobot tersebut dengan skor kandidat untuk menentukan peringkat akhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model ini meningkatkan akurasi seleksi dari 72% menggunakan metode konvensional menjadi 100%. Uji sensitivitas membuktikan bahwa model ini cukup robust terhadap perubahan kecil pada bobot kriteria dan sub-kriteria (±5% hingga ±10%). Analisis lebih lanjut mengungkapkan bahwa sub-kriteria seperti Penguasaan Bahasa Pemrograman dan Pengalaman Pengembangan Aplikasi memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap hasil seleksi. Model ini direkomendasikan untuk diimplementasikan dalam seleksi mobile developer, karena menawarkan fleksibilitas dan akurasi yang lebih tinggi sekaligus meminimalkan bias dalam penilaian.   Abstract In the rapidly evolving digital era, the role of mobile developers has become increasingly crucial in supporting digital transformation through mobile-based applications. However, the selection process for mobile developers faces complex challenges due to the need to consider multiple technical and non-technical criteria simultaneously, requiring more effective selection methods. This study aims to develop and evaluate an integrated model combining the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) and Weighted Sum Model (WSM) to optimize the selection process for mobile developers. The model is designed to address uncertainty and ambiguity in candidate evaluations by providing objective and structured criteria weighting. A quantitative approach with a descriptive-exploratory design was employed in this study, involving three decision-makers and an analysis of documents and portfolios from 15 candidates. F-AHP was used to calculate the relative weights of main criteria and sub-criteria, while WSM combined these weights with candidate scores to determine the final ranking. The study results show that the model improved selection accuracy from 72% using conventional methods to 100%. Sensitivity tests demonstrated that the model is robust to minor changes in the weights of criteria and sub-criteria (±5% to ±10%). Further analysis revealed that sub-criteria such as Programming Language Proficiency and Application Development Experience significantly influenced the selection outcomes. This model is recommended for implementation in mobile developer selection as it offers higher flexibility and accuracy while minimizing assessment bias.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this activity is to provide training and guidance on the use of a mobile-based attendance system using QR-Codes and geofence to improve efficiency in attendance management and data security. Method: The training and socialization process involved several steps, including identifying the application features, creating training materials, conducting internal testing, introducing the concept to teachers and students, demonstrating the application's usage, and providing practical training sessions. The training used interactive lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on practice to ensure participants understood and could use the mobile attendance application effectively. Results: Socialization and training received positive responses. For teachers, 91% found the training excellent, and 83% felt very ready for implementation. Students, particularly in higher grades, showed positive responses, with 80-100% finding the training excellent and feeling prepared for the application. Limitations: The limitations include varying levels of readiness among students and the need for additional support for some. Some students expressed neutrality or lesser readiness, especially in lower grades. Contribution: The initiative contributes to education technology integration, ensuring efficient and effective implementation of the mobile-based attendance system. The application benefits both teachers and students in improving attendance accuracy, saving time, and supporting academic success. The successful implementation sets a precedent for similar educational institutions and contributes to broader discussions on technology adoption in education.
