Abstract

Tujuan  penelitian  ini  adalah  untuk  mengidentifikasi  variabel kompetensi dan hubungan antar manusia (human relation) mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan PDAM Sumber Pocong Bangkalan baik secara parsial, simultan dan variabel yang paling dominan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan total populasi 167 dan total sampel 63 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin, serta teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Penelitian ini di analisis menggunakan uji analisis regresi linier berganda, untuk menguji instrument penelitian ini menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, dan teknik analisis untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan uji F dan uji t.Berdasarkan uji statistik, ditemukan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini dapat di lihat dengan nilai koefisien regresi (B) sebesar 0,472 dan memiliki nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,001 yang lebih kecil dari a = 0,05. Sedangkan hasil thitung sebesar lebih besar 3,478 dari ttabel  sebesar 1,67065. Selanjutnya di temukan bahwa hubungan antar manusia (human relation) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini dapat di lihat dengan nilai koefisien regresi (B) sebesar 0,447 dan memiliki nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,007 yang lebih kecil dari a = 0,05. Sedangkan hasil thitung sebesar 2,797 lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 1,67065. Kemudian ditemukan secara bersama-sama atau simultan kompetensi dan hubungan antar manusia (human relation) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai Fhitung  sebesar 89,194 lebih besar dari Ftabel  yaitu 3,15 dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,000 0,05. Sedangkan untuk variabel yang paling dominan kompetensi berpengaruh lebih dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan daripada hubungan antar manusia. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai koefisien Beta kompetensi  sebesar  0,493    dari  nilai  koefisien  Beta  hubungan   antar manusia (human relation) sebesar 0,397

Abstract

The purposes of this study are (1)Employee Retention test whether variables affect the performance of employees at Kospin Services Branch of East Java. (2) To determine whether the variable turnover intention influence on the performance of employees at Kospin Services Branch of East Java. (3) To determine whether job satisfaction variables affect the performance of employees at Kospin Services Branch of East Java. (4) To determine whether a variable Employee Retention effect on job satisfaction in Kospin Services Branch of East Java.(5) To determine whether the variable Turnover Intention effect on job satisfaction. (6) To determine whether a variable Employee Retention mediating influence on employee performance through job satisfaction in Kospin Services Branch of East Java. (7) To determine whether the variable Turnover Intention mediating influence on employee performance through job satisfaction in Kospin Services Branch of East Java. Respondents in this research used a sample of 140 respondents.The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis.Using this method, the results indicate that (1) Partially Employee Retention Variable has positive and significant effect on employee performance variables. (2) Partially Turnover Intention variable has positive and significant effect on employee performance variables. (3) Partially Job satisfaction variables has positive and significant effect on employee performance variables. (4) Partially Employee Retention variable has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction variables. (5) Partially Turnover Intention variable has positive and significant impact on job satisfaction variables. (6) Variable Employee Retention can directly affect the performance of the employee and the indirect effect through job satisfaction. (7) Turnover Intention variables can directly affect the performance of the employee and the indirect effect through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of social capital in a growing community interaction ( as a customer ) with a managed LKMS on performance , which is to determine the ability of social capital in improving the performance LKMS activity that is based on the principles of : Siddiq , tabligh, amanah dan fatonah, determine the ability of social capital in improving the performance of the economic impact of the source of financing . This study also aims to determine the development efforts in the sphere of social capital LKMS -run boarding pesantren and how the influence of charisma kiai as a leader in the development of socialcapital. Social capital in this study include the capacity of members of the social capital that exist around schools by function , namely : cognitive aspects ( norms , trust, solidarity , and integrity ) and structural aspects ( network and groups ) . The output of these two aspects in the form of ideas or expectations that leads to collective behavior in order to generate collective profits . The one aspect that affects why the community is willing to do in order to produce the collective behavior collective profit anyway (mutually beneficial collective action,MBCA) and others serve to facilitate the MBCA, Research sites in Pamekasan , considering there are a number of boarding pondok pesantrenin Pamekasan who manage LKMS. By using purposive sampling to sampling techniques and research using SEM analysistools. Research results show that social capital is built in community interaction with Pondok Pesantren Darul Ulum Cooperatives play a role in improving the performance of LKMS . Growing social capital LKMS then increased performance , better performance of economic activity as well as its economic impact performance. Growth social capital impact to the increasing performance of institutions based on the principles shiddig , sermons , trustworthy , and fatonah ( performance of economic activity ) . Growth of social capital to the growing impact welfare and increasing the accessibility of financing sources ( economic impact performance ) . The impact of social capital influence on the performance of economic activity rather than on the performance of the economic impact.

Abstract

Learning innovation is learning by using new ideas, methods and models toachieve learning goals. The Entreprenurship Study Program improves students' soft skillswith a joint business group model. Where this business group is used as a place ofpractice for students to apply the learning process in the classroom. The aim is toincrease student creativity in carrying out their business ideas. The implementation ofKUB model learning uses a qualitative approach, where data is obtained by means ofinterviews and observations. KUB will be managed by students, while lecturers superviseand provide direction.

Abstract

In the midst of the covid-19 pandemic, CV. Buana Tengka Garment Bangkalan experienced a decline in employee performance and K3 due to employees doing work activities side by side with work machines and equipment. The purpose of this study is to identify the magnitude of the influence of K3 on employee performance in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic on CV. Buana Tengka Garment Bangkalan. The method used is a survey research method using descriptive and inferential quantitative statistical analysis techniques assisted by SPSS version 22 software. The findings and implications are that work safety affects employee performance which can be seen at the t value (3.106 1.673) with a significance value of t ( 0.003 0.05); Occupational health has an effect on employee performance, which can be seen from the t value (7.861 1.673) with a significance value of t (0.000 0.05); Leader or owner of CV. Buana Tengka Garment Bangkalan is advised to continue to develop K3 through training and socialization so as to improve the performance of employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of Taman Wisata Laut Labuhan, about the work culture, and interpersonal communication that occurs in members of the pokdarwis payung kuning and SMEs. The method used in this research is descriptive with an interpretative qualitative approach, while the data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Then to test the validity of the data using source triangulation, triangulation techniques, and time triangulation.The results of the study indicate that the management of the Taman Wisata Laut has been running in accordance with mutually agreed rules. The Pokdarwis Payung Kuning as the manager has good planning for the development of tourist sites. The work culture of the Pokdarwis payung kuning is by prioritizing togetherness with mutual agreement and enthusiasm and unyielding in carrying out work in accordance with the positions and duties of each member. Coordination that runs smoothly with related institutions and agencies in the management of existing facilities and infrastructure, as well as intense interpersonal communication makes the management of this Taman Wisata Laut become responsive in solving problems that occur in the management of Taman Wisata Laut.

Abstract

This study discusses the problems that exist in the Batik Business, Tanjung Bumi District, which are related to authoritarian leadership, work environment, and work motivation that can affect the performance of craftsmen. This study aims to examine the formulation of the problem. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a sample of 96 craftsmen. Data obtained from the interview process and distributing questionnaires to respondents, the data were analyzed using multiple regression with SPSS to answer the hypothesis. Based on the results of the analysis, partially authoritarian leadership and work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on work motivation with each tcount value of authoritarian leadership above 4.074 with a significant level of 0.000 0.2 and a work environment above 2.772 with a significant level of 0.007 0.2. The variables of authoritarian leadership, work environment, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of craftsmen with each tcount value of authoritarian leadership above 1.338 with a significant level of 0.184 0.2, work environment above 4.931 with a significant level of 0.000 0.2, and motivation work above 1.616 with a significant level of 0.000 0.02. Based on the intervening regression analysis, it is known that authoritarian leadership and work environment have a positive and significant impact on performance through work motivation with an indirect coefficient of 0.087061 for authoritarian leadership and the results of the Sobel test with a t value of 2.4647066253 t table 0.67717 with a significant level of 0 ,2, and motivation of 0.047965 and the results of the Sobel test with a tcount of 2.5484676708 ttable 0.67717 with a significant level of 0.2.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to conceptualize the competitiveness of Madura halal tourism village destinations, formulate strategies to manage halal tourism village destinations effectively to help management make policies and for practitioners to better understand the advantages and problems of halal tourism village destinations and the development of halal tourism in Madura. especially after the COVID-19 pandemic.Methods This research uses a mix method with triangulation (case study design and survey design). For qualitative, data were collected from a number of tourist village destinations through observation, in-depth interviews, and FGD methods.The competitiveness of Madura as a halal tourism village destination is based on 7 sub-variables including: tourist attractions, most of the respondents tend to state that they are in good condition. as well as from the aspect of accessibility, amenities and institutions, that overall, respondents tend to say they are ready. The accommodations available in Madura as a whole have implemented halal principles in their services. need commitment and consistency in working on halal tourism in Madura in order to be competitive with other tours.

Abstract

Abstract Igniting the acceleration of the increase in the economy of rural communities then creates the potential for unproductive village assets to become tourist villages with all forms and types of "themes". To explore village potential, of course, requires quite good creativity, especially village stakeholders, in this case the village head and his apparatus. Through the community service activities carried out, this is a series of activities that begin with mapping village potential with the aim of how to bring out village potential that has not been managed properly to become productive and of economic value. Through this activity it is hoped that methodologically it can be accepted and understood as an endeavor of the community service program carried out by LPPM Trunojoyo University Madura. This type of article writing adapts the writing approach to qualitative descriptive research with the business model canvas (BMC) approach. Data collection techniques used literature study, interviews, observation and documentation and there were also group discussion forums (FGD). The results show that the BMC method is an alternative strategy to explore village potential and is able to influence the mindset of respondents (Village heads, BUMDesa heads, tourism village managers, markets, waste, and Batik MSMEs) to explore the potential of Telaga Biru village in a comprehensive and thorough manner. With the existing methods in the business model canvas, the community is represented by respondents by method (how to explore village potential), business elements (knowing the components needed to understand the village's main potential), and strategy (taking advantage of modified opportunities to reduce risk). in improving the economy of rural communities in general. The visualization model presented by BMC makes it easier for respondents (the people of Telaga Biru village) to map the potential of their village, innovate and be creative, think simple, collaborate with all the elements needed to carry out activities to increase value to the potential of the village, and take advantage of opportunities so as to improve the economy of the village community. BMC is very effectively used as a "business" model tool that facilitates understanding of village officials in mapping village potential and making maximum use of it for the welfare of village communities. Abstrak Memantik percepatan meningkatnya ekonomi masyarakat desa maka ciptakan potensi aset desa yang tidak produktif menjadi desa wisata dengan segala bentuk dan jenis “tema”nya. Untuk menggali potensi desa tentu memerlukan keratifitas yang cukup baik terutama pemangku desa dalam hal ini kepala desa beserta perangkatnya. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan ini merupakan serangkaian kegiatan yang diawali dengan melakukan pemetaan potensi desa dengan tujuan adalah bagaimana memunculkan potensi desa yang masih belum dikelola dengan baik menjadi produktif dan bernilai ekonomi. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan secara metodologi dapat diterima dan dipahami sebagai ikhtiar program pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh LPPM Universitas Trunojoyo Madura. Jenis penulisan artikel ini menyesuaikan pendekatan penulisan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan metode business model canvas (BMC). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi pustaka, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dan juga ada forum grup discussion (FGD). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa metode BMC salah satu alternatif strategi menggali potensi desa dan mampu mempengaruhi mindset responden (Kepala desa, ketua BUMDesa, pengelola desa wisata, pasar, sampah, dan UMKM Batik) untuk melakukan penggalian potensi desa Telaga Biru secara komprehensif dan menyeluruh. Dengan metode yang ada dalam business model canvas ini masyarakat yang diwakili oleh responden secara metode (cara menggali potensi desa), elemen bisnis (mengetahui komponen-komponen yang diperlukan untuk memahami potensi utama desa), serta strategi (memanfaatkan peluang yang dimodifikasi untuk mengurangi resiko) dalam meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat desa secara umumnya. Model visualisasi yang disajikan BMC memudahkan responden (masyarakat desa Telaga Biru) dalam memetakan potensi desanya, berinovasi dan berkreasi, berpikir simple, mengkolaborasikan seluruh elemen yang dibutuhkan dalam menjalankan aktifitas untuk meningkatkan nilai pada potensi desa, dan memanfaatkan peluang sehingga mampu meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat desa. BMC sangat efektif dipakai sebagai alat model “bisnis” yang memudahkan pemahaman perangkat desa dalam memetakan potensi desa dan memanfaatkan secara maksimal untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat desa.
