Abstract

Cognitive apprenticeship model is guided model by the expert in the field and it leads the students to the interdependent learning dichotomy between in the classroom and the real life. This model have several methods such as modeling, coaching, scaffolding, articulation, reflection and exploration. The problem from  students during the learning practice of handcraft material were still in the stage of making the product. They had not been able to do the proper packaging yet and the product had not reached worth selling yet. Entrepreneurship lesson by training the students’ creative expression skill to put their thoughts and ideas by considering their impact on ecosystems, management and economics. Thus, this study aims to increase students’ creativity in making the handcraft and able to analyze the work to describe the material applied. The method used in this research is quantitative experiments with Experimental Design Matched Group Comparison. Based on data analysis (F) with anava one way formula that theresults of  personal creativity is Fcount>Ftable (6.289> 4.85) and analysis data in the results of product creativity (7,019> 4.85). Therefore, the result of this study is that the cognitive apprenticeship model that there is a significant differences on the application of learning model Cognitive Apprenticeship in the learning process. Abstract

Profit growth is one of the indicators used by stakeholders to know the company’s financial performance before. The high-profit growth represents that financial performance is well. The emergence of the obligation to disclose Sustainability Reporting including CSR affects financial performance and profit growth. This study intended to know the effect of financial performance on profit growth moderated by CSR disclosure. Financial performance was measured by using Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Equity (ROE), Current Ratio (CR), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The population was 42 consumer goods industry sector companies registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2016. The study used purposive sampling method and obtained 75 analysis units from 15 companies with 5 years of observation. The data analysis technique used moderating regression analysis with SPSS. The study showed that NPM had a significant positive effect on profit growth, whereas ROE, CR, and DER did not. CSR could moderate the effect of NPM, ROE, and DER to profit growth, but it could not moderate the effect of CR to profit growth. The conclusion was CSR disclosure proven to strengthen financial performance on profit growth. Abstract

Abstrak. Loyalitas merek memberikan kontribusi pada intensi pelanggan untuk membeli kembali merek yang sama dimasa yang akan datang dan intensi mereka untuk merekomendasikan merek tersebut pada orang lain. Terdapat tiga faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas merek, ketiga faktor tersebut adalah karakeristik merek, karakteristik perusahaan dan karaksteristik pelanggan-merek. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah mengkonsumsi Mie Sedaap Di Kabupetan Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Analisis regresi berganda,uji F,uji t dan koefisien determinasi digunakan untuk uji hipotesis penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap karakteristik merek terhadap loyalitas merek, (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap karakteristik pelanggan merek terhadap loyalitas merek (3)karakteristik merek, karakteristik perusahaan dan karakteristik pelanggan merek secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas merek dan nilai Adjusted R squared dari koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,154.

Abstract

Pada pelaksanaan KKN Tahun 2023 Tahap 1 UIN Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq Jember yang berlokasi di Desa Sumberlesung Kecamatan Ledokombo Kabupaten Jember menggunakan metode Asset Based Community Development (ABCD), ada beberapa aset yang berpotensi dikembangkan lebih lanjut. Program yang pertama yaitu taman baca. Program ini muncul dikarenakan ada salah satu taman milik salah satu penduduk desa yang sering dijadikan tempat bermain anak-anak di desa. Dengan adanya taman baca, diharapkan anak-anak di desa bisa membaca sambil bermain ketika menghabiskan waktu luang mereka. Program kedua yaitu pembuatan buku panduan ilmu tajwid. Berdasarkan hasil survei, ada dua TPQ yang sangat membutuhkan buku panduan ini yaitu TPQ yang ada di Dusun Onjur dan Dusun Karang Kebun. Buku panduan ilmu tajwid ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah para pelajar santri tidak hanya untuk belajar ilmu tajwid tetapi juga belajar bacaan solat dan doa harian. Selanjutnya, program terakhir yaitu pembuatan NIB (Nomor Induk Berwirausaha). Program ini dicetuskan dikarenakan aset individu Desa Sumberlesung banyak yang bermatapencaharian sebagai pengrajin atau pengusaha kecil tetapi yang memiliki NIB hanya beberapa saja. Oleh karena itu, dengan adanya program ketiga ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah Usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) di Desa Sumberlesung untuk mendapatkan NIB. Dalam kurun waktu 40 hari, semua program terlaksana dengan baik dan lancar.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of person–job fit, job satisfaction, and transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among employees of the Cultural Service of the Yogyakarta Special Region. OCB represents discretionary employee behavior that enhances organizational functioning but is not explicitly required in formal job descriptions. A quantitative research design was employed, using a census method to collect data from 100 employees through structured questionnaires. The research instruments were adapted from validated scales, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 23. The findings reveal that person–job fit exerts a significant positive effect on OCB, indicating that alignment between employees’ competencies and job demands encourages greater voluntary contributions. Job satisfaction also demonstrates a significant influence, suggesting that satisfied employees are more likely to engage in behaviors that support organizational effectiveness. Moreover, transformational leadership is found to have a strong positive effect on OCB, underscoring the role of inspirational and visionary leadership in motivating employees to perform beyond formal requirements. Collectively, the three predictors explain 94.5% of the variance in OCB, reflecting their substantial contribution to discretionary work behaviors. These results highlight the importance of enhancing job–person alignment, fostering job satisfaction, and strengthening transformational leadership to cultivate OCB in public sector organizations. The study contributes to the literature on organizational behavior and offers practical implications for improving employee performance through human resource management strategies.
