Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to describe teacher competence, student motivation, student learning styles and student learning outcomes, the effect of teacher competence on student learning outcomes, the effect of student learning motivation on student learning outcomes, the influence of student learning styles on student learning outcomes, moderation student learning styles on the influence of teacher competence on student learning outcomes, moderation of student learning styles on the effect of student motivation on student learning outcomes. This research was conducted because the average odd semester final exam scores for economics subjects can be said to be still low, also considering the importance of student learning outcomes obtained because they are closely related to learning achievement, therefore teachers feel the need to master teacher competence, know student learning styles and arousing student motivation. The research method used is survey method. The research was conducted on students of SMP Negeri 4 Kuningan Regency using a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis will use multiple regression with the help of SPSS 24. The findings of this study: 1) the description of learning outcomes, teacher competence, learning motivation and learning styles are in the high category. 2) teacher competence has a significant effect on student learning outcomes. 3) learning motivation has a significant effect on student learning outcomes. 4) learning styles have a significant effect on student learning outcomes. 5) learning style significantly moderates the influence of teacher competence on student learning outcomes. 6) learning style moderates the influence of learning motivation on student learning outcomes significantly.Keywords: Teacher competence; learning motivation; learning styles;learning outcomes. AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kompetensi guru, motivasi belajar siswa, gaya belajar siswa dan hasil belajar siswa, pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa, pengaruh motivasi belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa, pengaruh gaya belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa, moderasi gaya belajar siswa pada pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa, moderasi gaya belajar siswa pada pengaruh motivasi belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena melihat rata-rata nilai ujian akhir semester ganjil untuk mata pelajaran ekonomi dapat dikatakan masih rendah, juga mengingat pentingnya hasil belajar siswayang didapatkan karena erat kaitannyya dengan prestasi belajar, karena itu guru dirasa perlu menguasai kompetensi guru, mengetahui gaya belajar siswa dan membangkitkan motivasi belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode survey. Penelitian dilakukan pada siswa SMP Negeri 4 Kabupaten Kuningan dengan menggunakan instrumen angket. Analisis data akan menggunakan regresi multifle dengan bantuan SPSS 24. Temuan penelitian ini:1) gambaran hasil belajar, kompetensi guru, motivasi belajar dan gaya belajar berada pada kategori tinggi. 2) kompetensi guru berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa.3) motivasi belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. 4) gaya belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. 5) gaya belajar memoderasi pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa secara signifikan. 6) gaya belajar memoderasi pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa secara signifikan. Kata kunci: Kompetensi guru; motivasi belajar; gaya belajar; hasil belajar.

Abstract

Abstract : The Student Organization Capacity Strengthening Program (PPK Ormawa) is an initiative by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of Indonesia to empower students as agents of social change. This article describes the implementation of the PPK Ormawa program by the Student Association of Economic Education in Kalimanggis Kulon Village, Kuningan Regency. The method applied was a participatory approach involving planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation stages. The results indicate significant   improvements   in   three   key   areas:   literacy,   economy,   and   culture.  The establishment of five literacy corners in each hamlet increased community reading interest, while the empowerment of local MSMEs (pareredan snacks) led to product diversification, modern packaging, and an average 25% income increase. In the cultural aspect, the establishment  of  an  art  studio  and  village  festival  encouraged  youth  involvement  in preserving traditional arts. The study concludes that PPK Ormawa can create a smart village ecosystem based on literacy, creative economy, and local culture, with strong sustainability potential supported by the village government. Keywords: Community empowerment, literacy, MSMEs, local culture Abstrak : Program Penguatan Kapasitas Organisasi Kemahasiswaan (PPK Ormawa) merupakan salah satu upaya Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi untuk  mendorong  mahasiswa  menjadi  agen  perubahan sosial di masyarakat. Artikel ini menguraikan implementasi program PPK Ormawa oleh Himpunan Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi di Desa Kalimanggis Kulon, Kabupaten Kuningan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif dengan tahapan perencanaan, implementasi, monitoring, hingga evaluasi.  Hasil  kegiatan  menunjukkan  adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam tiga bidang utama, yakni literasi,  ekonomi, dan budaya. Pojok literasi yang dibangun di lima dusun berhasil meningkatkan minat baca masyarakat, sementara pendampingan UMKM pareredan berdampak  pada  diversifikasi  produk,  modernisasi  kemasan,  dan  kenaikan  pendapatan rata-rata 25%. Pada aspek budaya, pembentukan sanggar seni dan festival desa meningkatkan keterlibatan generasi muda dalam pelestarian seni tradisional. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa PPK Ormawa mampu menciptakan ekosistem desa cerdas berbasis literasi, ekonomi kreatif, dan budaya lokal, dengan potensi keberlanjutan yang kuat melalui dukungan pemerintah desa. Abstract

The problem in this study is the learning discipline and student learning outcomes of class XI students at the SMK Muhammadiyah in Kuningan which are not optimal. This is shown from the scores of students who have scores below the KKM, this shows that student learning outcomes are still low. The purpose of this research is to find out the description of teacher competence, learning outcomes and learning discipline of Muhammadiyah Vocational High School students in Kuningan. The method used in this research is survey method and descriptive research and mediation method. The sample used was 191 class XI students at SMK Muhammadiyah in Kuningan. The results showed that the effect of teacher competence on learning outcomes was known. The results of testing and analysis showed that teacher competence was significant for learning outcomes with a significance value of 0.010 and a regression coefficient (c) = 0.185; the effect of teacher competence on learning discipline it is known that the results of testing and analysis show that teacher competency is significant for learning discipline with a significance value of 0.030 and the regression coefficient (a) = 0.157; Learning Discipline mediates the influence of Teacher Competence on Learning Outcomes, it is known that the results of testing and analysis show that teacher competence is significant for learning outcomes, after being mediated by learning discipline with a significance value of 0.031 and a regression coefficient (b) = 0.191; The effect of Teacher Competence on Learning Outcomes is reduced (c'= 0.155 <c = 0.185) and significant 0.031 after being mediated by learning discipline. It can be concluded that this model is included inpartial mediation or partial mediation occurs, meaning that learning discipline partially mediates the influence of teacher competence on learning outcomes.
