Abstract

Micro business “AA” and “Rahayu” are a businessman engaged in the field of making wet cakes and pastries. Two entrepreneurs have been getting coaching Disperindag city of Surabaya and two micro enterprises crowned as a village cake. the problems that are still faced by these two entrepreneurs are: not many have the means of production to fulfill their business activities; the ability to make bread is still simple; have not been able to make good bookkeeping and have not utilized online marketing in their business activities. The activity method used by this activity are:  Provide the right means of production, among others: toaster or oven machine, mixer, blender, and other supporting tools:  Cake-making training such as:  Sus Fla, Sus Fla buah, Sus Rogut, Cum-cum, Panada, Bongko menthuk dan risol mayo,dadar gulung, lumpur kentang, lemper, kroket, cake basah and aneka rotimanis cake:  Business bookkeeping training and mareketing online training. The result community empewering have been achieved are:  Micro business “AA” and “Rahayu” have production equipment and ever more tools production.  They have been accustomed to doing business bookkeeping and they have known the use of online marketing. The impact is all they have been an increase in the quantity and quality of production. Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan kinerja maupun dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan, bahwa Kota Surabaya kini sudah menerapkan e-government yang dimana tertuang dalam Peraturan Walikota Surabaya Nomor 5 Tahun 2013 tentang Pedoman Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi dalam Penyelenggaraan Pemerintah Daerah. Kebijakan yang dibuat ini memiliki tujuan untuk dapat meningkatkan pemerintahan yang bersih, transparan, mampu menjawab tuntutan perubahan secara efektif serta sebagai sarana untuk perbaikan organisasi, sistem manajemen dan proses kerja pemerintahan. Sama halnya, bahwa saat ini pada lingkungan Sekretariat DPRD Kota Surabaya terutama bagian Humas dan Protokol menerapkan inovasi yang dibuat oleh Pemerintah Kota dengan beragam jenis Web, maupun aplikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Deskriptif dengan pendekatan Kualitatif yang dimana menggunakan Teori Karakteristik Inovasi dari Everett M. Rogers dan Teori Kinerja dari Agus Dwiyanto. Dengan adanya inovasi governansi digital pada bagian Informasi dan Protokol Sekretariat DPRD Kota Surabaya sudah dinilai baik. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan adanya inovasi yang berbasis aplikasi yaitu E-Performance dan E-SDM bisa meningkatkan performa kinerja, tanggung jawab, kualitas kinerja serta keuntungan yang relatif. Kelebihan dari adanya aplikasi/website E-Performance dan E-SDM ini bisa memberikan suatu penghargaan yang diakumulasikan menjadi uang tunjangan kinerja kepada pegawai pada bagian Informasi dan Protokol Sekretariat DPRD Kota Surabaya yang berasal dari skor pelaporan yang ada pada aplikasi tersebut. Namun, terdapat Kelemahan yang bisa menjadi penghambat yaitu pada aplikasi E-Wadul/Sapawarga yang tujuannya untuk bisa melaporkan aduan/penyaluran aspirasi masyarakat masih belum bisa efektif kepada masyarakat karena aplikasi tersebut masih sering Erorr, masih dirasa masyarakat belum banyak yang mengetahui, dan petugas dalam menanggapi masih dinilai kurang tanggap. Sehingga Saran yang diberikan oleh penulis yaitu Memberikan sosialisasi aplikasi E-Wadul/Sapawarga kepada masyarakat, Memberi Evaluasi kembali petugas dalam memberikan waktu tanggapan/dalam merespon pada aplikasi serta selalu melakukan perbaikan pada aplikasi governansi digital ini agar tidak mengalami Erorr saat digunakan.

Abstract

The quality of educational services is the most important part of the administration of the management of educational institutions, especially in madrasah which are religion-based institutions. This study aims to describe efforts to improve the quality of education services, and explore constraints to quality improvement and find a model for improving the quality of madrasah education by considering the relevance of national education policies. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach that chooses the object of the public tsanawiyah madrasah in Surabaya. The data was collected through interviews and FGDs as well as documents on student development. The results of the study can explain that the management of madrasah institutions since the implementation of the 2013 curriculum until now has not indicated an increase in the quality of aspects of education services, especially quality that can be measured from outcomes or graduation. Madrasah management must still be motivated by trying to raise awareness from those involved in management. Internal factors that become obstacles in fulfilling the SNP are (1) educational staff, (2) leadership support, (3) infrastructure, (4) availability of funds, and (5) understanding of the school community regarding the implementation of the SNP. While the external factors that are thought to be hindering the fulfillment of the SNP are (1) the geographical location of the school, (2) the carrying capacity of the community, and (3) the economic conditions of the surrounding community. The model for improving the quality of education services in madrasah is directed at service synergy, which integrates the school management administration system and the quality control cycle. With regard to this synergy, it is suggested that local governments issue regulations governing quality assurance in madrasah schools by involving the Office of Education and the Ministry of Religion which oversees the Madrasah system and curriculum to jointly develop measurable and sustainable indicators of improving the quality of Madrasah education services.

Abstract

Increasing public knowledge and information about the diversity of food consumption is expected to reduce people's dependence on rice as a staple food, which is still high, improve diet so that it is more diverse, nutritionally balanced and safe which supports the community to be able to live a healthy, active and more productive life. productive. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of Yard Land Utilization Optimization activities in Tuban Regency in the Sustainable Food Yard (P2L) activity program, and Women Farmer Groups (KWT) in 2021 in Tuban district. A descriptive qualitative approach is used as an approach to obtain a more detailed review of the evaluation that implies the CIPP concept. The results of the research can explain and construct the CIPP evaluation model, that CIPP in the context aspect is able to describe things that need to be considered in program planning such as environmental characteristics and farming communities, especially women farmers, curriculum, strengths and weaknesses of implementing staff, facilities and infrastructure, funding, and the P2L and KWT communities; Evaluation of inputs to activities is able to identify and assess (1) the methods used in the food cultivation and food diversification program, (2) strategies to achieve the goals of the home yard utilization program, and (3) the design of the selected strategy implementation; in process evaluation it is known the pattern of relationship between executors and women farmers and the community, communication media, logistics, required resources, schedule of activities, and potential causes of program failures; while product evaluation produces information to determine to what extent predetermined goals can be achieved and to determine whether the strategy and achievement of goals, namely diversification and family-based food security, are sufficient, the impact of the program on targets.

Abstract

Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) adalah lembaga perwujudan demokrasi dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa. Tujuan dari kegiatan adalah memberikan peningkatan kualitas anggota BPD tentang fungsi BPD dalam menetapkan peraturan di desa bersama kepala desa, menampung dan menyalurkan aspirasi dari masyarakat, menjaring berbagai permasalahan berkaitan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Metode kegiatan dilakukan dengan cara penyuluhan kepada anggota BPD. Hasil dari kegiatan ini berupa pemahaman dalam menyusun pedoman kepada anggota dalam bertingkah laku atau bersikap sesuai kedudukannya dalam menghadapi masalah yang berkaitan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Kesadaran akan tugas dan wewenang dalam membahas dan membuat rancangan peraturan desa dengan kepala desa, melakukan pengawasan kepada pelaksanaan peraturan desa dan peraturan kepala desa, mengajukan usulan pengangkatan dan pemberhentian kepala desa, dan membentuk panitia pemilihan kepala desa.

Abstract

PeneIitian ini guna untuk mengetahui dan menganaIisis apakah pemerintah desa mampu meningkatkan pelayanan administrasi terhadap masyarakat dengan penerapan program inovasi pelayanan administrasi pada malam minggu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui proses inovasi pelayanan melalui program pelayanan administrasi pada malam minggu sebagai upaya pemberian pelayanan prima kepada masyarakat desa sumberwudi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu program baru yang di buat oleh pemerintah desa sumberwudi dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat sudah cukup baik dengan adanya program baru pelayanan administrasi pada malam minggu menui tanggapan yang sangat postif dan masyarakat sangat terbantu dengan adanya program baru tersebut, apabila di temukan beberapa elemen pendukung dan penghambat yang mempengaruhi pelayanan publik prima di kantor kelurahan Desa Sumberwudi Kecamatan Karanggeneng Kabupaten Lamongan akhirnya butuh dikembangkan.

Sesuai dengan ,e-filling merupakan metode pengiriman Surat Pemberitahuan Tahunan secara elektronik yang dilaksanakan dengan daring dan secara langsung menggunakan jaringan online, melalui situs web Directorat Jendral Pajak atau penyediaa layanan aplikas.i . Tujuan peneliti.an ini ialah untuk menganalisis implementasi program e-Filing dalaam upaya meningkatkan Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak pada studi Kantor Pelayanan Publik Pajjak Pratama Surabaya Gubeng dan mengetahui seberapa banyak penggunaan e-Filing di masyakarakat pada Kantor Pelayanan Publik Pajak Pratama Surabaya Gubeng. Menggunakan kualitatif dalam pendekatan deskrip.tif, untuk pengumpulan informasi dalam konteks ini dilakukan melalui pengamatan, interaksi tatap muka, serta penyusunan dokumen.

Abstract

This study delves into the challenges and opportunities surrounding the implementation of subsidized fuel policies in North Hulu Sungai Regency, with a focus on management and distribution. Utilizing qualitative research methods such as interviews, observations, and document analysis, the study identifies obstacles that impede effective policy implementation across legal, social, economic, and administrative dimensions. These findings underscore the intricacies involved in executing such policies within real-world contexts, emphasizing the necessity for a nuanced understanding of local dynamics and stakeholder perspectives to formulate tailored solutions. Moreover, the study explores potential strategies for surmounting these challenges through the diffusion of innovation model. This model emphasizes key aspects such as relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, trialability, and observability. By integrating this model, the study proposes strategies for bolstering policy effectiveness, including cross-sectoral collaboration, capacity building, and knowledge sharing. Ultimately, this research aims to contribute to the successful implementation of subsidized fuel policies in North Hulu Sungai Regency and beyond, providing valuable insights and practical recommendations informed by the diffusion of innovation perspective
