Abstract

FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization) defines snacks as food which are presented or sold in side of road, in a public area, that has been prepared and cooked before at home or at production place. In this case, from 2001 until 2009, the data showed that Elementary students were poisoning as much 1.101 KLBfood poisoning. In 2011, there were 128 cases of KLB. In 2013, in Riau province, PJAS was out of standard for 52 samples, with 2samples, 1 formalin sample, 1 rhodamin B sample, 21 physics and chemistry samples dan27 microbiology samples. It was really a bad situation. The objective of this research is to find out some related factors to the snacks choices at Sekolah DasarNegeri29 Pekanbaru Tangkerang Selatan Bukit Raya in 2017.This is a quantitative research with analysis survey by using cross sectional design. This research was done on May 2017 with respondents are class I, II, III, IV and V of SDN 29 Pekanbaru Tangkerang Selatan Bukit Raya. The data was collected by giving questionnaire and it was analyzed by using univariate and bivariate chi-square tests, and also it was processed by computer program. The result shows that there is relationship among knowledge (P value 0,002, nilai POR= 2,561), students’ attitude (P value 0,000, nilai POR = 3,291) and teachers’ role (P value 0,003, nilai POR= 3,007) to the food choice practice.Finally, the writer suggests to teachers of SDN 29Pekanbaru and health agency to do counseling program about healthy food. In other words, students’ negative attitude about food can be decreased. Then, teachers’ role in supervising healthy food like healthy canteen should be increased that it can be applied well in SDN 29 Pekanbaru in term of food choice practice.

Abstract

Anemia is a condition where there is a decrease in the number of red cell mass which is indicated by adecrease in hemoglobin level <11 g / dl, hematocrit, and erythrocyte count (red cell count). The Indragiri HilirDistrict Health Office for girlsin 2016 amounted to 22.8% of 880, 201 young women who experienced anemia.General Objectives Describe and determine Determinants that affect the incidence of anemia in youngwomen in SMA 1 Reteh in 2018. This type of research is observational analytic with Cross Sectional researchdesign. The population in this study were all young female in SMA 1 Reteh with a total of 405 female studentsand the number of samples in this study was 198 students taken using simple random techniques. Theanalysis used was univariate and bivariate analysis with chi-square test. The results showed values forknowledge (P value = 0.001), eating habits for inhibiting iron absorption (P value = 0.001), menstrual patterns(P value = 0.001) and nutritional status (P value = 0.001) meaning that there was a significant relationshipwith the incidence of anemia. It is better for the SMA 1 Reteh to be expected by the teacher to provide anemiaknowledge to the students and put information on anemia. And it is expected that students consumenutritious foods to avoid anemia

Abstract

Kebiasaan Buang Air Besar Sembarangan adalah praktik membuang tinja disembarang tempat terbuka yang mengakibatkan pencemaran lingkungan. Berdasarkan data dari Puskesmas Dumai Kota, salah satunya yaitu di Kelurahan Laksamana. Dari jumlah 811 jiwa yang memiliki sanitasi belum layak masyarakat masih melakukan BABS. Hal ini di sebabkan karena masih memiliki pengetahuan yang rendah dan kurangnya informasi tentang dampak dari BABS. dan Ekonomi masyarakat terutamanya menjadi salah satu penyebab, dikarenakan pekerjaan masyarakat tersebut belum mendapatkan hasil yang cukup sehingga memungkinkan masyarakat sulit untuk membuat jamban yang layak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan sanitasi dasar, pengetahuan, sikap dan pendapatan terhadap kebiasaan BABS di Kelurahan Laksamana wilayah kerja Puskesmas Dumai Kota. Penelitian ini menggunakan desai Cross Sectional dan menggunakan teknik sampel Stratified Random Sampling. Sampel sebanyak 91 responden. Variabel Independen pada penelitian ini adalah kondisi jamban, sumber air bersih, pengetahuan, sikap dan pendapatan. Variabel dependen adalah kebiasaan buang air besar sembarangan. Dari hasil uji statistik Chi-Square terdapat hubungan antara kondisi jamban dengan BABS bahwa (p=0,007), tidak terdapat hubungan sumber air bersih dengan BABS bahwa (p=0,748), terdapat hubungan pengetahuan dengan BABS bahwa (p=0,031), terdapat hubungan sikap dengan BABS bahwa (p=0,004), dan terdapat hubungan pendapatan dengan BABS bahwa (p=0,005). Saran yang diharapkan masyarakat untuk mengurangi kebiasaan BABS dan membiasakan sikap untuk memanfaatkan jamban agar kondisi lingkungan bersih dan sehat
