Abstract

Dalam institusi Pendidikan nilai siswa dapat membantu institusi sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam memberikan beasiswa. Pentingnya data Mining dalam dunia pendidikan dapat memudahkan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Pengambilan data dalam jumlah yang sangat besar pastinya akan memberikan risiko yang sangat besar pula, sehingga data Mining yang menggabungkan beberapa metode ini dapat memberikan hasil secara maksimal. Pendidikan merupakan salah satu komponen kehidupan yang dapat menunjang keberhasilan seseorang menuju kehidupan yang jauh lebih baik lagi. Pemberian beasiswa ini sangat penting, guna memberikan ketenangan mereka dalam mengikuti belajar-mengajar. Namun terkadang pemberian beasiswa atau tidak tepat pada sasarannya. Dari permasalahan tersebut dilakukan penelitian mengenai seleksi penerimaan beasiswa agar membantu meningkatkan kecepatan dan ketepatan dalam penentuan beasiswa dengan menggunakan metodei algoritma C4.5 dan naïve bayes dengan bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat akurasi dan lama waktu proses penentuan penerima beasiswa. dalam memprediksi Setelah dilakukan pengujian, maka hasil yang didapat dari algoritma C4.5 memiliki akurasi sebesar 54%. Lebih baik dari tingkat akurasi dari algoritma naïve bayes sebesar 93.33%, dan dilakukan perbandingan menggunakan naïve bayes. Dengan adanya penelitian diharapkan dapat membantu SMK ISLAM PERMATASARI 1 dalam memberi beasiswa dalam menentukan kriteria yang lebih diutamakan untuk pemberian beasiswa, sehingga pemberian beasiswa dapat tepat sasaran.

Abstract

  Incentives are awards given by an agency or institution to motivate teachers so that their work productivity is high, so that enthusiasm for teaching and loyal attitudes towards Islamic boarding schools will be better. Nafidatunnajah Islamic Boarding School is a private institution operating in the social and educational sector in Rawakalong, Gunung Sindur District. which always strives to continuously improve quality, one of the efforts made is by conducting an assessment of teacher performance at the end of each year using several assessment criteria, namely Morals, Responsibility, Communication, Caring, Discipline, Appearance, Activeness and Language Ability. There are so many methods used to help in this decision making process. However, the research wants to analyze two methods of providing teacher incentives at the Nafidatunnjah Islamic Boarding School, namely the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method and the Technique For Order Performance By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). After making a comparison for each weight of the SAW method and TOPSIS method, it can be concluded that the sum of ranking changes with the largest weight value for each method, alternative 12 is equally selected. With the largest weight range in the SAW method, namely 0.96 and the TOPSIS method of 0.92. so the SAW method is the most relevant method for solving this case.

Abstract

Sistem Pemilihan ketua OSIS pada SMK PANTI KARYA 3 masih menggunakan cara konvensional. Proses voting yang dilakukan adalah secara centang atau coblos pada kertas suara menjadi cara dalam pemilihan calon ketua OSIS. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut maka dibangun sebuah sistem untuk melaksanakan voting berbasis web atau yang disebut e-voting. Sistem e-voting dianggap lebih efektif dan efisien dalam proses perhitungan suara dan hasil pemilihan bisa langsung diketahui secara cepat dan akurat. Metode Systems Development Live Cycle, berbasis web untuk panel admin dengan bahasa pemrograman HTML dan PHP tanpa framwork serta MySql sebagai penyimpanan data. Sistem ini diharapkan agar siswa siswi dapat melakukan proses pemilihan Ketua Osis dengan mudah dan cepat mampu mengurangi permasalahan pada sistem pemilihan konvensional [1]. Hasil kuesioner Sistem ini mendapat penilaian 87,69% dari 22 sampel pemilih dan target penelitian ini adalah jurnal Issn.

Abstract

PT GLOBAL KARYA CEMERLANG (Hexro) is a company engaged in household sales. The need for medical equipment and health support equipment in the country is very large, this is the basis for the presence of this company. Apart from that, developments in health technology are needed to answer new challenges. Armed with a pre-formed marketing network, the health support tools offered by the company are very easily accepted by the public because their specifications are higher than similar products and are offered at very competitive prices. Sales data processing is still carried out manually, consumers have to come directly to the place to purchase products and make cash payment transactions, this makes the process of recapping reports on purchases from suppliers and sales to consumers difficult in making reports, this is because they have to recap all transactions that occurred during the reporting period you want to make. Therefore, this research aims to provide a solution by designing a web-based sales system using the PHP programming language [1] and a MySQL database. Where the author carried out system development using the waterfall method and used use case diagrams, activity diagrams and class diagrams. This research produces a solution in the form of a web-based sales system that can provide detailed product information to customers and can carry out purchase transactions anywhere and at any time.[2]

Abstract

PT. Karsa Bersama Mandiri masih belum memiliki sistem dalam proses pengajuan cuti dan Izin Karyawan untuk menunjang proses tersebut dan Dengan adanya kemajuan teknologi yang semakin canggih, untuk mengatasi permasalahan pada pencatatan cuti karyawan. Dengan Membuat sistem informasi pengajuan cuti yang bersifat komputerasi. Manfaatnya antara lain untuk memudahkan proses pencatatan, baik pengajuan cuti setiap karyawan maupun pengaturan konfirmasi cuti agar setiap tenaga kerja bisa terdistribusi dengan baik. Pada perancangan aplikasi cuti dan izin karyawan ini, digunakan alat pemodelan berupa flow map, metode pendekatan sistem menggunakan metode berorientasi objek yaitu Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Class Diagram dan Deployment Diagram, rancangan sistem basis data dan rancangan antarmuka pengguna. Aplikasi yang digunakan dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini adalah PHP, MySQL dengan framework CodeIgniter. Harapan dari sistem informasi yang dibuat adalah bisa membantu pencatatan cuti pegawai secara akurat dan membuat perusahaan bisa lebih baik dalam mengatur tenaga kerjanya. Berdasarkan analisis dan pengujian Aplikasi yang dilakukan oleh karyawan dengan tingkat kepuasan 98%. Sistem informasi aplikasi ini dapat membantu Karyawan, Pimpinan/ HRD pada PT. Karsa Bersama Mandiri, untuk proses ipengajuan icuti ikaryawan dengan mudah, serta mengolah data karyawan seperti: menyimpan, mencari, mengubah, dan cetak laporan data cuti karyawan menjadi lebih cepat. Abstract

The high demand for houses in the Cibening Pamijahan Bogor area means that consumers must be careful in choosing a house that suits their needs. This is because many consumers do not understand the criteria for selecting a house. So far, consumers have only relied on information from other people or observations without considering the required criteria. Therefore, prospective buyers must carry out the house selection process correctly so as not to make the wrong decision. Field observations show that consumers when choosing housing usually consider at least four factors, namely price, location, facilities, environment and house design. This research aims to develop a decision support system that uses the SPK method to assist consumers in choosing housing. The design of this housing search decision support system uses an object-oriented approach using UML. This system was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. The results of this research are to make appropriate decisions based on information on the criteria or needs of potential buyers. The conclusion shows that the proposed system has the potential to be an effective tool in supporting the Housing Selection process in the Cibening Pamijahan Bogor area. And has the potential to have a positive impact on the people of Bogor, especially users who are confused about choosing housing. By using the SAW method, it is hoped that this system can provide recommendations for the most suitable housing based on predetermined criteria, increase user satisfaction and make a positive contribution to housing development in the Bogor area. As for the results of the research that has been carried out, we get bale asra housing with a value of 0.96, Budiman Asri Cimayang housing 0.7, Grand Vila Cahaya housing 0.72 and Mulia Land Bogor housing with a value of 1. So from these results it can be concluded that Mulia Land Bogor housing is the most suitable housing based on the criteria in the area. Bogor.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem berbasis Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) untuk membantu individu memahami sifat dasar kepribadian mereka dan menciptakan komunikasi kesan pertama yang efektif. Sistem ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk mengidentifikasi tipe kepribadian pengguna dan memberikan rekomendasi komunikasi yang relevan dan personal. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dapat membantu pengguna memahami diri mereka sendiri dan meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini memiliki tingkat akurasi 75% dalam mengidentifikasi tipe kepribadian pengguna. Selain itu, responden memberikan tingkat kepuasan rata-rata 4,4 dari skala 5,0 terhadap pengalaman penggunaan sistem ini. Sistem ini juga membantu pengguna memanfaatkan sifat dasar mereka untuk meningkatkan potensi komunikasi, pengambilan sikap, serta strategi interaksi yang lebih baik. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dapat menjadi alat yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi individu. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode MBTI dapat memberikan manfaat signifikan dalam mendukung komunikasi interpersonal yang lebih efektif dan bermakna. Sistem ini memiliki potensi besar untuk diterapkan secara luas di berbagai bidang, seperti rekrutmen, pendidikan, dan pelatihan interpersonal. Pengembangan lebih lanjut dapat mencakup integrasi teknologi canggih untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan personalisasi sistem guna mendukung kebutuhan komunikasi di era digital. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini dapat menjadi kontribusi yang signifikan dalam pengembangan sistem komunikasi yang lebih efektif dan personal.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an interactive and fun web-based English learning application for school Pupil. The Rapid Application Development (RAD) method is used to design this application, which combines media elements such as animation, text, audio, and images. This application is made to arouse Pupil' enthusiasm for learning, while making it easier for teachers to teach. There are various fun and interactive features in it, for example, English learning materials are packaged with an attractive appearance, as well as the ability to monitor each Pupil's learning progress. By using this application, teachers can provide initial knowledge to Pupil more effectively and monitor Pupil learning progress online. This study has succeeded in developing an effective and efficient web based English learning application in improving Pupil' abilities in learning English. The evaluation results showed that 93.77% of Pupil succeeded in improving their English learning skills, with 30 out of 32 Pupil showing increased skills and a satisfaction level of 89.2% from teachers and 89.4% from Pupil.This web-based English learning application can be an alternative in the learning process at school, improving the quality of English learning for Pupil. The RAD method is effective in developing effective and efficient learning applications. This application is expected to increase Pupil' interest in learning and be an example for other schools. This research can contribute to the development of effective and efficient web-based English learning applications, improve the quality of English learning in schools, and be a solution to improve Pupil' English learning abilities.

Abstract

This study developed a student graduation prediction system using the Naïve Bayes algorithm, using PS1-PS4 scores, PK, and SKS as indicators of academic progress. This model achieved 88.33% accuracy and an ROC value of 0.900, indicating superior predictive ability. These results outperform other common models such as logistic regression and the C4.5 decision tree, which have approximately 85% accuracy in predicting student graduation. These results also outperform previous research in the same field, which had ROC values of approximately 0.85.Graduation predictions were categorized as "ON TIME" and "LATE" with high precision. The Naïve Bayes algorithm has proven effective in predicting student graduation, particularly in identifying factors that influence graduation timeliness, such as poor academic performance, difficulty completing final assignments, poor personal conditions, and lack of motivation and interest.By designing a graduation prediction system using the Naïve Bayes algorithm, this research aims to help educational institutions predict student graduation timeliness and provide appropriate interventions. This system can improve educational quality and reduce dropout rates, making it an important tool for educational institutions to improve graduate quality and achieve their academic goals.This research demonstrates that the Naïve Bayes algorithm can be an effective and accurate graduation prediction method, thus helping educational institutions develop strategies to improve educational quality and reduce dropout rates. Therefore, this research has the potential to significantly impact higher education institutions and assist them in achieving their academic goals.

Abstract

Juvenile delinquency remains a growing concern in school environments, where ineffective manual documentation often slows disciplinary decision-making and delays communication with parents. This study aims to design and develop a web-based student violation information system that integrates WhatsApp notifications to support real-time parental engagement. Using the Waterfall methodology, the system was built with PHP and MySQL and evaluated in a school setting involving administrators, teachers, and parents as primary users. The analysis stage identified recurring inefficiencies in existing disciplinary workflows, including incomplete records and an average communication delay of two to three days between violation occurrence and parental notification. The developed system streamlines these processes by enabling structured data entry, automated point calculation, and instantaneous message delivery. Functional testing across twelve core features showed 100% alignment between expected and actual outputs, while user feedback from initial deployment indicated faster access to violation records and improved traceability of student behavior. Preliminary observations also suggested a reduction in documentation time, from approximately five minutes per case to under two minutes. These findings demonstrate the system’s potential to enhance accuracy, accelerate information flow, and strengthen disciplinary governance within schools. The implications highlight the value of integrating real-time communication technologies into school information systems to support timely intervention and increased parental involvement. Overall, this study provides an empirically grounded model that can be adapted by educational institutions seeking more transparent, efficient, and accountable mechanisms for managing student violations.
