Abstract

Berangkat dari pengalamam terjadinya pandemi di seluruh dunia yang mengakibatkan beberapa negara memilih opsi lockdown untuk membatasi pergerakan laju penyebaran dari virus COVID 19. Dengan diiberlakukannya social distancing dan physical distancing untuk membatasi pertemuan secara langsung sebagai langkah awal pemerintah indonesia untuk menekan laju penyebaran virus di indonesia, maka perlu dilakukan penyesuaian-penyesuaian terhadap SOP atau aturan perusahaan maupun aplikasi yang mendukung peraturan pemerintah tersebut untuk dilakukan secara jarak jauh guna menjalankan aturan-aturan yang telah pemerintah buat. Kantor NOTARIS & PPAT ATINA INDIRA IBRAHIM,SH perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang notaris dan PPAT yang berada di wilayah BSD kota tangerang selatan yang selama ini masih memberlakukan sistem temu langsung dalam memproses data-data yang berkaitan dengan notaris,pajak, sertifikat dan lainnya yang mana perlu dilakukan penyesuain-penyesuaian seperti disebutkan diatas, agar kedepannya jika terjadi kejadian ini kembali pt sudah memiliki prosedur secara online tanpa perlu tatap muka kembali. untuk mempelajari aplikasi-aplikasi serta situs-situs online untuk digunakan oleh KANTOR NOTARIS & PPAT ATINA INDIRA IBRAHIM,SH dalam memproses pelayanan ntaris dan PPAT secara online dan mengurangi intensitas temu langsung guna mendukung keputusan pemerintah terkait kebijakan social distancing dan physical distancing juga dapat meningkatkan pelayanan kepada klien

Abstract

The lack of understanding of students at Mts Al Hidayah is one of the reasons for the lack of results in poster competitions which are usually held at Mts level, and the lack of student creativity in making school assignments which are usually done by students in general. Therefore, we as the Pamulang University PKM Team held poster design skills training using the Canva application as one of the media which is very helpful in the field of posters and making school assignments. direct practice, previously the Pkm team provided material in lectures and direct practice. Meanwhile, after the pkm team held poster design training using the Canva application, all students who took part made progress in understanding the material with the results of the assignments that the pkm team had given. the pkm team concluded that with this poster design training, Mts Al Hidayang students were able to understand and even about the application of poster design and they can also implement it in various fields. And the hope of the Pkm team in the future is that students can have even better abilities if they already have a basic knowledge.

Abstract

The training carried out at the Nafidatunnajah Islamic Boarding School is part of the obligations of community service college tridharma lecturers in understanding computer assembly for students at the Nafidatunnajah Islamic boarding school in installing computer hardware and software, where the quality of the students greatly influences the human resources that can used as a benchmark in assembly mastery. As is known, the Nafidatunnajah Islamic Boarding School has a vision and mission to form students with noble character, discipline, intelligence, character and insight into science and technology education. As well as the mission of performing the five daily prayers on time, educating students to appreciate and respect each other, implementing a clean heart, mind, speech and environment, developing students' potential through creative education. And the human resources section for students is a benchmark for students in knowing or understanding the main parts of a computer. The computer assembly training activities are presented in the form of explanations, video showings, discussions and practice in the field. The benefits obtained from this activity include being able to assemble computers and computer parts, so that students can have skills in the field of computer assembly and can master proper assembly techniques. This shows that the students are very proficient in knowing hardware and software, so that in the future the students will be used as capital in getting jobs or independent businesses.

Abstract

Bangunjaya Village processes employee attendance by writing their names in the attendance book and signing it every day. If an employee is unable to come in or is sick, the employee will not carry out the attendance process. The number of reports submitted to the admin is the number of names of employees who have been absent or are listed in the absence book. Research methods that can be used in research on Digital Attendance Applications for Employees Using Face Detection using the Face Recognition method in Bangunjaya Village. Building digital attendance applications for employees using Android-based face detection in Bangunjaya Village, as a more sophisticated and reliable solution for optimizing the attendance process. Research has succeeded in implementing a digital solution in the form of an attendance application using facial detection using the Face Recognition method as a replacement for manual processes in Bangunjaya Village.

Abstract

Proses pemilihan Guru terbaik merupakan salah satu sikap dalam melaksanakan sistem pendidikan yang berkompeten, sehingga dengan adanya program ini diharapkan guru-guru di SMK Panti Karya saling menunjukkan dan terpacu memberikan pengajaran kepada siswa-siswa secara lebih baik. Tentunya penilaian ini bukan sekedar penilaian yang berdasarkan hard skill dalam menyampaikan pengajaran kepada siswa-siswa saja, melainkan juga dinilai berdasarkan soft skill yang dimiliki para guru sebagai teladan dan juga role model yang baik di lingkungan sekolah pada khususnya dan juga di lingkungan masyarakat pada umumnya. Program ini dijalankan per semester berdasarkan penilaian dari ketua yayasan, dewan sekolah dan juga orang tua wali murid, yang dirasa akan sangat adil dalam memberikan penilaian. Salah satu sistem yang dapat digunakan dalam membantu menentukan dan memberikan analisis terkait pemilihan guru terbaik adalah dengan menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan. Sistem pendukung keputusan adalah sistem yang digunakan untuk membantu menganalisis bagi ketua yayasan, dewan sekolah dan juga orang tua wali murid untuk melakukan pengambilan keputusan pada kondisi semi tersrtuktur dan tidak terstruktur. Ada beberapa metode dalam sistem pendukung keputusan, salah satunya adalah metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) adalah salah satu metode sistem pendukung keputusan yang digunakan untuk mengolah dan menganalisis guru-guru calon calon guru terbaik yang direkomendasikan untuk kebutuhan program di SMK Panti Karya. Pada metode ini akan diolah 5 kriteria, yaitu tanggung jawab, hardskill berupa penguasaan materi ajar, disiplin, kehadiran dan kepuasan orang tua wali murid. Dari semua kriteria diatas nantinya akan diperoleh guru terbaik di SMK Panti Karya.

Abstract

Anxiety disorder is a mental disorder related to the mind that causes significant and excessive anxiety in patients, accompanied by specific signs and symptoms. Although this disorder is a common mental disorder in society, many people are not aware of its initial onset. The first aspect that may contribute to anxiety is the environment or nearby living place, which can impact how people view themselves, and the second is feeling depressed. When people cannot express their emotions in intimate relationships, anxiety can arise. Physical causes are included in the latter category. Anxiety may result from constant interaction between the mind and body. Based on these problems, an expert system with the certainty factor method is one technique to reduce and help patients with anxiety disorders understand symptoms or causes in the field of technology. This study aims to develop a web-based expert system application to diagnose anxiety disorders based on symptoms experienced by patients (users) using the Certainty Factor method. Diagnostic results will be provided in the form of information and initial solutions for each type of anxiety disorder diagnosed with the disease experienced, which has a percentage value. Based on information collected from experts, as a result of researching to identify anxiety disorders, the system can operate according to its function. And the diagnosis testing of the system based on a collection of patient symptoms can indicate optimal diseases.

Abstract

PT GLOBAL KARYA CEMERLANG (Hexro) is a company engaged in household sales. The need for medical equipment and health support equipment in the country is very large, this is the basis for the presence of this company. Apart from that, developments in health technology are needed to answer new challenges. Armed with a pre-formed marketing network, the health support tools offered by the company are very easily accepted by the public because their specifications are higher than similar products and are offered at very competitive prices. Sales data processing is still carried out manually, consumers have to come directly to the place to purchase products and make cash payment transactions, this makes the process of recapping reports on purchases from suppliers and sales to consumers difficult in making reports, this is because they have to recap all transactions that occurred during the reporting period you want to make. Therefore, this research aims to provide a solution by designing a web-based sales system using the PHP programming language [1] and a MySQL database. Where the author carried out system development using the waterfall method and used use case diagrams, activity diagrams and class diagrams. This research produces a solution in the form of a web-based sales system that can provide detailed product information to customers and can carry out purchase transactions anywhere and at any time.[2]

Abstract

Pemberian insentif guru merupakan salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja guru di sekolah. Namun, proses pemberian insentif seringkali tidak objektif dan tidak transparan, sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk meningkatkan proses ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) dalam pemberian insentif guru di SMKN Panti Karya 3. Kedua metode tersebut digunakan untuk menentukan alternatif terbaik berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode SAW dan TOPSIS dapat digunakan untuk pemberian insentif guru di SMKN Panti Karya 3. Berdasarkan perbandingan bobot, alternatif 12 terpilih sebagai pilihan terbaik pada kedua metode. Namun, metode SAW lebih relevan untuk menyelesaikan kasus pemberian insentif guru dengan rentang bobot terbesar sebesar 0,96, dibandingkan metode TOPSIS dengan rentang bobot terbesar sebesar 0,92. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode SAW dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif dalam pemberian insentif guru di SMKN Panti Karya 3. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai acuan untuk meningkatkan proses pemberian insentif guru di sekolah, sehingga dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja guru. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di SMKN Panti Karya 3.
