Abstract

Sistem pengolahan data penggajian karyawan pada PT XINHE PLASTIC SILICONE masih bersifat sangat sederhana. Proses memasukkan dan mengolah data dilakukan dengan cara semi manual yaitu dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Masalah yang dihadapi adalah ketidakkonsistenan data yang dapat mengakibatkan kesalahan dalam pengolahan data dan informasi yang dihasilkan tidak tepat waktu, tidak akurat, dan tidak sesuai dengan apa yang dibutuhkan. Tujuan dari Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah menghasilkan sebuah program aplikasi Microsoft Access untuk mengolah data penggajian pada PT XINHE PLASTIC SILICONE. Metode yang digunakan dalam PKM ini adalah dengan menggunakan data primer di mana data diperoleh melalui observasi pengamatan dan wawancara. Hasil dari pelaksanaan PKM ini adalah mempercepat dalam proses pembuatan laporan penggajian setiap bulan dengan menggunakan sistem yang sudah dirancang dengan Microsoft Access dan mempermudah pekerjaan dan pengolahan data penggajian karyawan secara cepat dan tepat waktu. Dari PKM yang dilakukan diharapkan dapat menghasilkan sistem penggajian yang dapat berguna dan membantu dalam menyusun laporan gaji perbulan khususnya bagi PT XINHE PLASTIC SILICONE sendiri.

Abstract

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) makes people adapt to all aspects of life, including education. Maitreyawira Tanjungpinang Vocational High School began implementing face-to-face learning by tightening health protocols to maintain the effectiveness of teaching and learning activities. The application of learning that is carried out face-to-face certainly requires teaching materials. The problem experienced by the school at this time is that they need more time and space to prepare teaching materials for the new school year, specifically 2022/2023. Until now, teachers have only used printed books corresponding to the syllabus in the teaching process. This teaching method is challenging for teachers and not attractive to students accustomed to using information technology during Covid-19. Thus, this community service activity aims to prepare engaging teaching materials for the 11th-grade Government Institutions/Agencies Accounting Practicum at Maitreyawira Tanjungpinang Vocational High School. The primary and secondary data and information needed in this preparation are collected through interviews and literature studies. Stages of implementation of teaching materials preparation activities starting from preparation to assessment and reporting. The outputs of the activities are a learning module consisting of eight chapters with practice questions and answer keys, eight PowerPoints, and eight YouTube videos. Based on feedback from the teacher of related subjects through questionnaire, the teaching materials compiled will be beneficial for the teaching and learning process. Teaching materials are challenging to implement in the long term if there are no periodic adjustments to the core and basic competencies, which are constantly updated following the curriculum and the new school year. Therefore, the suggestion for similar projects in the future is to evaluate and adjust the teaching materials that have been prepared previously following the update of core and basic competencies.

Abstract

Online Shop The Zenzy Shoes was founded in 2017, is engaged in shoes trading and is located at Ruko Ciptaland Blok Anggrek, Batam. The online shop has been around for 3 years, the records are still very simple, their every sales transaction is recorded in Microsoft Office Excel. The purpose of this research is to be able to design a reliable and accurate accounting recording system that has quality for users. The author designed a system using Microsoft Office Access to make it easier for users to enter transactions and display financial reports. The author designs the system according to the needs of MSMEs and makes forms of vendor data, customer data, goods data, purchases, sales and is equipped with a list of accounts, general journals, and a list of assets in order to present information on financial reports and after the system design is complete, the implementation continues with MSMEs to ensure that the system functions properly and there are no errors.

Abstract

Pada masa pandemi saat ini sangat tidak disarankan untuk dilakukan kegiatan belajar secara langsung di sekolah. Pembelajaran jarak jauh menjadi sebuah jalan keluar yang dipilih agar kegiatan belajar tetap berlangsung sehingga tujuan pembelajaran tetap tercapai. Pengadaan kelas secara jarak jauh atau secara daring ini dipandang baik karena tetap bisa memenuhi kebutuhan belajar mahasiswa. Meskipun demikian, kegiatan belajar seperti ini tidak luput dari kendala, baik yang dihadapi oleh siswa maupun oleh tenaga pendidik. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data berupa wawancara di mana terjadinya tanyak jawab antara mahasiswa dengan pihak sekolah tentang kendala yang dihadapi sekolah selama pandemi dan bahan ajar seperti apa yang diinginkan pihak sekolah agar penyampain kesiswa dapat dimengerti. Penyusunan bahan ajar digital berupa powerpoint presentation dan video, pemberian contoh soal berupa studi kasus, dan pengujian pemahaman mata pelajaran berupa soal latihan. Adapun bahan ajar yang dibuat berupa penjualan barang dagang, pengukuran dan pengakuan piutang, metode langsung dan metode cadangan untuk piutang tidak tertagih, kartu piutang, piutang wesel, utang jangka pendek, dan kartu utang. Kegiatan pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan berupa penyusunan bahan ajar digital yang menggunakan powerpoint dan video dapat membantu pihak sekolah pada saat proses belajar mengajar yang akan menambah media pembelajaran dan dapat memudahkan siswa dalam memahami materi pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penulis melakukan proyek ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan Hopeng Kopitiam dalam menghasilkan laporan keuangan sesuai standar akuntansi yang berlaku. Laporan keuangan yang digunakan oleh Hopeng Kopitiam dengan cara pencatatan manual di buku, sehingga sering terjadinya human error. Oleh sebab itu, penulis akan merancang sebuah sistem pencatatan akuntansi dan persediaan dengan menggunakan Microsoft Access yang dapat membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang sedang dialami oleh Hopeng Kopitiam serta dapat mencegah terjadinya human error. Sistem pencatatan akuntansi yang dirancang akan menyesuaikan kebutuhan oleh pemilik Hopeng Kopitiam. Laporan keuangan dan laporan persediaan yang akan dihasilkan pada sistem Microsoft Access. Laporan keuangan terdiri dari Laporan Posisi Keuangan, Laporan Laba Rugi, Laporan Perubahan Modal, Laporan Arus Kas, Buku Besar, dan Jurnal Umum. Laporan persediaan yang dirancang menghasilkan laporan persediaan bersifat kuantitas dan biaya. Setelah melakukan implementasi dan uji coba oleh penulis terhadap pemilik dan semua sistem yang dirancang telah aman untuk dijalankan. Hasil rancangan akan diserahkan kepada pemilik untuk digunakan. Demikian sistem Microsoft Access yang dihasilkan, diharapkan dapat membantu Hopeng Kopitiam menyelesaikan kendala yang selama ini dialami. Sistem yang dirancang berbasis aplikasi web dengan berisi laporan yang lebih lengkap dan akurat diharapkan dapat dilakukan oleh siapa melakukan proyek selanjutnya.

Abstract

Penggunaan cara pencatatan akuntansi yang konvensional pada CV Sarana Niaga merupakan faktor pendorong dilakukannya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini. Cara pencatatan tersebut mengurangi efektivitas dan efisiensi waktu serta keakuratan laporan keuangan yang dihasilkan. Melalui berbagai proses persiapan hingga penerapan yang berjalan dari bulan September 2020 hingga Januari 2021, maka diterapkanlah metode subtitusi iptek sebagai bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Iptek yang dirancang ialah sistem pencatatan akuntansi berbasis web. Sistem tersebut terdapat berbagai fitur seperti daftar kode perkiraan, jurnal umum dan khusus, yang cara kerjanya merupakan kombinasi secara manual dan auto. Dari fitur-fitur dasar tersebut akhirnya menghasilkan laporan keuangan untuk perusahaan sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku di Indonesia. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini akhirnya diimplementasikan pada CV Sarana Niaga dengan baik sesuai rencana awal. Implementasi diawali dengan pengenalan sistem, revisi sesuai hasil diskusi dengan pengguna, hingga akhirnya bisa beroperasi dengan lancar. Sistem yang dirancang masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan jika diterapkan pada golongan usaha yang berskala lebih besar. Akademisi selanjutnya dapat memaksimalkan pengadaan fitur di sistem pecatatan akuntansi seperti adanya buku besar pembantu untuk mempermudah perincian pada akun-akun keuangan.

Abstract

PT. Xinhe Plastic Silicone is a company that is growing rapidly in Batam City which is engaged in the industrial sector that produces various types of silicone which currently has the aim of having an efficient supply system compared to now. Inventory in a company is something important. Based on the results of research that has been done in the company, the company's inventory system has been changed from an excel system to an access system that produces useful data for every user of that information. In this study, it is hoped that business owners will continue to use the inventory recording system with Microsoft Office Access in order to be able to make inventory reports accurately and precisely.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design an accounting recording and financial reporting system to reflect the actual business conditions for Aneka Pancing Store. So far, owner has only done manual accounting records in books where the owner faces difficulties in determining right profit or loss. Beside that, manual recording activities take a lot of time and it is difficult to track old data. This research will be start by observing and interviewing the person concerned to analyze the operational activities and existing problems deeply. Next, the author will carry out the implementation and evaluation process. The authors will design an accounting record system using the Microsoft Access program. The system is designed as starting from the user recording daily transactions which will become a database where the database will automatically generate financial reports. The financial reporting system is expected to assist in accurate and more efficient recording of operational activities. Hence the results of the financial statements are in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to design an accounting record-keeping system for Toys Garden Store owner. The Toys Garden store has been operating for four years but does not yet have accurate and efficient Microsoft Office Access record keeping. Toys Garden stores only have a manual recording in the book, so the record-keeping is still considered quite messy. Manual accounting records will make it harder to track a company's cash flow because it can take a considerable amount of time to make financial statements each period. Over time, the use of the system will facilitate the preparation and creation of financial statements more efficiently and effectively without having to enter them manually. The author will design a financial system using the Microsoft Office Access accounting system to be able to manage the company's financial condition so that it can see expenses, revenues, and control all data that can affect the company's finances. The author will make a plan by the needs of the Toys Garden Store and create an account list form, customer list form, vendor list form, item list form, asset list form, purchase form, and sales form to present account list report, asset depreciation report, asset list report, income statement, statement of owner equity financial position, cash flow statement, purchase report, sales report, inventory report, payable report, receivable report, ledger report and after designing the system continued implementation of Toys Garden Store so that it knows the system can run properly and minimize errors. Thus, the design of the Microsoft Office Access accounting system can provide a positive relationship for toys garden stores because it has an inventory card that can help quickly check for bicycle supplies.

Abstract

In the process of compiling digital teaching materials, the material explanation is adjusted to the syllabus provided by the school. Online media was often used as a learning activity before the Covid-19 pandemic. The discussion of the material is explained by the actual associated events where students can more easily learn the summary that has been designed on each material in the syllabus. Learning activities of students are very important in terms of assessment, the entry of graduates (freshgraduate) into the world of work is a problem for companies to recruit so that there are many unemployed people. Data collection techniques are using online media such as ebooks and the internet. The problem we face when evaluating teaching material data is the absence of partner responses to teaching materials that are ready to be sent. Online learning activities at home accompanied by teaching materials are very efficient where students can gain knowledge when facing a pandemic or review the material. In the future, digital technology is very useful, it is recommended for each school to be able to make a summary of the syllabus material related to the problems of the world of work.
