Abstract

The Uninhabitable Houses assistance program is an effort of the Indonesian government to assist the underprivileged in having decent housing. The process of analyzing data and criteria that are still carried out directly by the appraiser causes the decision results to be inconsistent. Processes that have not used computational tools also cause the process to be slow. This study aims to build a decision support application in determining the candidate for home surgery assistance by applying the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method as the reasoning basis for the application. SAW works by analyzing the parameters of the work of the head of the family, the income of the head of the family, the number of dependents of the family, the condition of the house, the type of roof of the house, the type of floor of the house, the status of the house, and the status of the land. Validation of the accuracy of the SAW algorithm performance in the application is done by comparing the results of manual SAW calculations with Application-based SAW calculations. The validation results show that the SAW process in the application has worked correctly. Functional testing of the application is carried out using the Blackbox Testing method. The test results show the functional features have been functioning validly.Keywords: Priority Determination; Functional Test; Blackbox Testing Abstrak. Program bantuan Rumah Tidak Layak Huni merupakan upaya bantuan pemerintah Indonesia kepada masyarakat kurang mampu dalam memiliki rumah hunian yang layak. Proses analisis data dan kriteria yang masih dilakukan secara langsung oleh penilai menyebabkan hasil keputusan menjadi tidak konsisten. Proses yang belum menggunakan alat bantu komputasi juga menyebabkan proses menjadi lambat. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun aplikasi pendukung keputusan dalam penentuan calon penerima bantuan bedah rumah dengan menerapkan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) sebagai basis penalaran aplikasi. SAW bekerja dengan menganalisis parameter pekerjaan kepala keluarga, penghasilan kepala keluarga, jumlah tanggungan keluarga, kondisi rumah, jenis atap rumah, jenis lantai rumah, status rumah, dan status tanah. Validasi ketepatan kinerja algoritma SAW dalam aplikasi dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil perhitungan SAW secara manual dengan Perhitungan SAW berbasis Aplikasi. Hasil validasi menunjukkan Proses SAW dalam aplikasi telah bekerja secara benar. Pengujian fungsional aplikasi dilakukan dengan metode Blackbox Testing. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan fitur-fitur fungsional telah berfungsi secara valid.Kata kunci: Penentuan Prioritas; Uji Fungsional; Blackbox Testing
