Abstract

This paper discusses a descriptive charity as fiscal policy during the caliphate of Umar. Zakat has a major position in fiscal policy in the early days of Islam. Besides, as a source of major revenue Islamic state at the time, zakat is also capable of supporting both state spending in the form of government expenditure (expenditure countries) and government transfers (transfer expenses). Zakat is also able to influence the economic policy of the Islamic government to improve the welfare of the people, especially the weak. It was in because zakat is the source of funds that will never dry out.Tulisan ini membahas secara deskriptif zakat sebagai kebijakan fiscal pada masa kekhalifahan umar bin khatab. Zakat mempunyai kedudukan utama dalam kebijakan fiskal pada masa awal islam. Disamping sebagai sumber pendapatan Negara Islam yang utama pada masa itu, zakat juga mampu menunjang pengeluaran Negara baik dalam bentuk government expenditure (pengeluaran belanja negara) maupun government transfer (pengeluaran transfer). Zakat juga mampu mempengaruhi kebijakan ekonomi pemerintah islam untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan rakyat terutama kaum lemah. Hal itu di karenakan zakat adalah sumber dana yang tidak akan pernah kering dan habis.

Abstract

Halal awareness and halal certification have an important role to prevent consumers from fraudulent forms of a product. This has an impact on consumer buying interest in a product. This study aims to analyze the effect of halal awareness and halal certificates on the interest of KFC consumers in the city of Banda Aceh. Data were collected from 100 questionnaires distributed by KFC consumers in the city of Banda Aceh using purposive sampling technique. Based on data analysis using partial regression and linear regression, the results show that halal awareness has a positive and significant effect on buying interest, while halal certificates have a positive and significant effect on buying interest. So, halal awareness and halal certificate simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on buying interest. Food producers are expected to pay more attention to the halalness of the products they sell, because they can increase consumer buying interest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh merek syariah, pelayanan syariah dan kepatuhan syariah terhadap citra bank syariah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Kota Sabang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel penelitian 120 responden. Untuk metode analisis data menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa korelasi pengaruh merek syariah, pelayanan syariah, dan kepatuhan syariah terhadap citra bank syariah sebesar 64,5%. Sementara sisanya 35,5% menunjukkan bahwa adanya faktor-faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi variabel citra bank syariah.  This research aims to test and analyze the influence of sharia brand, sharia services and sharia compliance to the image of Sharia banks. The research methods used are quantitative research methods. The population in this research is customers at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Kota Sabang with sampling techniques uses purposive sampling and obtained sample research of 120 respondents. For data analysis methods use multiple linear regression analysis methods with SPSS. The results of this study showed that the correlation of sharia brand influence, sharia service, and sharia compliance to sharia bank imagery amounted to 64.5%. While the remaining 35.5% indicates that there are other factors that can affect the image variable of Sharia banks.

Abstract

Mudharabah agreement is an agreement between two parties where the bank acts as the manager and customer as the capital owner. The profits obtained will be shared according to the agreement. If there is a loss, it will be fully borne by the owner of the capital, the manager only bears the loss of the business and work only. This study aims to determine how the application of the mudharabah contract to savings products in BSM and whether the application of the mudharabah contract to the savings product is in accordance with sharia. With this study, the author will provide an overview of the implementation of the mudharabah contract on savings products and see what is in theory with those applied in banks. This study uses qualitative methods, namely a method by analyzing the results of research that produces descriptive analysis data. In addition, data collection was carried out by direct interviews at Bank Syariah Mandiri Banda Aceh KCP Darussalam, BSM Customers and Islamic Economics Academics. The results of the study are savings products at BSM using the mudharabah mutlaqah contract. with a profit ratio of 15:85 (15 for customers and 85 for banks). The application of mudharabah contracts applied at BSM can be seen from the aspect of profit ratio in accordance with sharia, because the ratio from the beginning has been determined by the bank. Seen From the aspect of the type of business applied, it is in accordance with sharia, where the BSM party distributes funds to businesses that are not in conflict with sharia. Finally, looking from the aspect of loss risk applied in BSM, it is also in accordance with sharia, this is because the risk of loss is fully borne by the customer as the owner of capital as understood by fiqh Keywords: Implementation, mudharabah contract, and sharia concept  AbstrakAkad mudharabah merupakan akad kerjasama kedua belah pihak dimana bank bertindak sebagai pihak pengelola dan nasabah sebagai pihak pemilik modal. Keuntungan yang diperoleh akan dibagi hasil bersama sesuai dengan kesepakatan. Jika terjadi kerugian, sepenuhnya ditanggung oleh pemilik modal, pengelola hanya menanggung kerugian atas usaha dan pekerjaannya saja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan akad mudharabah pada produk tabungan yang ada di BSM dan apakah penerapan akad mudharabah pada produk tabungan tersebut sudah sesuai dengan syariah. Dengan adanya penelitian ini, penulis akan memberikan gambaran tentang implementasi akad mudharabah pada produk tabungan dan melihat yang ada diteori dengan yang diterapkan di bank. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, yaitu suatu metode dengan menganalisis hasil penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif analisis. Selain itu, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara secara langsung di Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Darussalam Banda Aceh, Nasabah BSM dan Akademisi Ekonomi Syariah. Hasil penelitian adalah produk tabungan di BSM menggunakan akad mudharabah mutlaqah . dengan nisbah bagi hasilnya 15:85 (15 pihak nasabah dan 85 pihak bank). Penerapan akad mudharabah yang diterapkan di BSM dapat dilihat dari aspek nisbah keuntungan sudah sesuai dengan syariah, karena nisbahnya sejak awal sudah ditentukan oleh bank. Dilihat dari aspek jenis usaha yang diterapkan sudah sesuai dengan syariah, dimana pihak BSM melakukan penyaluran dana kepada usaha-usaha yang tidak bertentangan dengan syariah. Terakhir dilihat dari aspek resiko kerugian yang diterapkan di BSM sudah sesuai dengan syariah, hal ini dikarenakan resiko kerugian sepenuhnya ditanggung oleh pihak nasabah selaku pemilik modal seperti yang dipahami oleh fiqh.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality which consists of compliance, assurance, reliability, tangible, empathy and responsiveness and also profit sharing for customer satisfaction of The customers of Bank Syariah Mandiri Meulaboh both partially and simultaneously. The sample in this study amounted to 94 respondents who were selected based on purposive sampling technique. The data used is sourced from primary data and secondary data. Then the data analyzed with multiple linear regression. Based on the simultaneous test (F), the results of the study show that the variables independen simultaneously affect the variabel dependen and based on the partial test (t) the results of the study showed that the profit sharing, responsiveness, reliability and assurance variables had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Meulaboh Bank Syariah Mandiri. Whereas the compliance, tangible and empathy variables did not significantly influence the customer satisfaction of Bank Syariah Mandiri in Meulaboh City. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari compliance, assurance, reliability, tangible, empathy dan responsivenes serta bagi hasil terhadap kepuasan nasabah Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Meulaboh baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 94 responden yang dipilih berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan bersumber dari data primer dan data sekunder menggunakan model analisis regresi linier berganda.  Berdasarkan uji simultan (F) hasil penelitian  menunjukkan variabel independen  berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap variabel dependen dan berdasarkan uji parsial (t) hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel bagi hasil, responsiveness, reliability, dan assurance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah Bank Syariah Mandiri Kota Meulaboh. Sedangkan variabel compliance, tangible dan empathy tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah Bank Syariah Mandiri Kota Meulaboh.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the distribution of productive zakat on the welfare of mustahik in Banda Aceh City. The object of this research is the recipient of venture capital assistance in Baitul Mal, Banda Aceh City. This research is a survey research using a questionnaire as an instrument. The population in this study amounted to 290 productive zakat mustahik for business capital. The sample in this study is 101 respondents who were selected by simple random sampling technique. The results showed that the distribution of productive zakat had a positive and significant effect on the welfare of mustahik. By increasing the distribution of productive zakat, the higher the welfare of the productive recipient mustahik.Keywords: Productive Zakat, Mustahik’s Welfare.AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendistribusian zakat produktif terhadap kesejahteraan mustahik di Kota Banda Aceh. Objek Penelitian ini adalah penerima bantuan modal usaha di Baitul Mal Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumennya. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebesar 290 mustahik zakat produktif untuk modal usaha. Sampel pada penelitian ini yakni sebesar 101 responden yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendistribusian zakat produktif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan mustahik. Dengan meningkatkan pendistribusian zakat produktifnya maka akan semakin tinggi kesejahteraan mustahik penerima zakat produktif.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that influence the interest of Syiah Kuala University students using Internet Banking. Sample in this study were 100 students. The data used are primary data obtained using a questionnaire. Data analysis was  performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that convenience, risk and trust have a simultaneous effect on the interest of students using Internet Banking. From the research, R Square is 0.511, which means that all independent variables have a joint contribution of 51.1% to the dependent variable, and 48.9% are influenced by other factors.

Abstract

No one of God’s creatures is able to predict a future event appropriately, even with the use of analytical methods and advanced tools. This is because everything that will happen in the future will in principle be full of uncertainty followed by various risks in it. In an increasingly advanced era with all the complex issues, insurance comes to improve itself and grow better with the various innovations that run. Along with its progress also shifts social values which is the initial concept of insurance. Where insurance has now turned a face into a business-laden institution by prioritizing profit. So if we look at the insurance that runs like a business institution (conventional insurance) from the eyes of sharia, it is clear that it is prohibited in Islam because it contains gharar, Maisir and indications of usury. But it is still not able to open the eyes of Indonesian people who notabenenya muslim to switch to oriented on Takaful insurance. This paper aims to describe the problems in Takaful insurance that makes the paradigm of the community is reluctant (less interested) Takaful insurance and follow-up what needs to be done to seek Sharia insurance a priority of the community when it wants to minimize risk in accordance with Islamic religious teachings.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test the impact of zakat and infaq distribution collectively or partially against poverty alleviation in the Aceh province, Indonesia. This research is using statistical data from Badan Pusat Staistik (BPS) and Baitul Mal Aceh with a period of research 2007-2017. The methodology used in this research is descriptive quantitative and test multiple linear regression was used to test the infl uence of zakat and infaq decline of poverty in Aceh with t-test and f-test. results t statistics i.e. zakat partially to decrease poverty in Aceh while the Infaq partially has no effect against a decline in poverty in Aceh. Multiple linear regression test results simultaneously zakat and infaq eff ect on decreasing poverty in Aceh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat menguji pengaruh dari variabel religiusitas, kepercayaan,pendapatan dan pengetahuan terhadap minat berasuransi syariah pada masyarakat Kota BandaAceh. Adapun objek penelitiannya yaitu pada masyarakat Kota Banda Aceh dengan sampelberjumlah 100 responden menggunakan metode purpos ive sampling. Penelitian dilakukan secaraparsial dan simultan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan berupa analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa variabel religiusitas, kepercayaan, pendapatan danpengetahuan berpengaruh sign ifikan secara simultan dan parsial terhadap minat berasuransisyariah pada masyarakat Kota Banda Aceh. Adapun variabel yang sangat berpengaruh secaraparsial dalam penelitian ini ditunjukkan oleh variabel religiusitas hal ini menjelaskan bahwamasyarakat K ota Banda Aceh sangat memperhatika n sisi kehalalan dalam menggunakan jasaasuransi syariah.
