Abstract

The presence of Bukit Panembongan nature tourism is inseparable from the surrounding community and the youth of Karang Taruna in Tembong Village who explore the potential possessed by one of the hill areas located in the Panembongan Village. Bukit Panembongan Nature Tourism which is located in Tembong Village, Garawangi District, Kuningan Regency was opened to the public on March 28, 2015. The area of ​​land reaches 5ha but the effective land is around 3ha. Panembongan Hill natural attractions start open at 08.00 WIB until 17.00 WIB. Based on the conditions in the field can be found the following problems: the dissolution of the group of tourism activists in the Panembongan hill destination. Partners still have not sought to increase tourism service interest at the village / sub-district level by involving tourism service entrepreneurs in order to support the success of the K3 program, Partners still do not have the ability to organize funds seeking tourism activists (Kompepar) through the sale of souvenirs, the establishment of cooperatives, kiosks and so on. After the implementation team discussed with the local authorities , the activity implementation team determined the solution priority, namely the problem related to the formation of a tourism driving group, coordinating with the management of this tourism object was the result of collaboration between Perhutani KPH Kuningan with Forest Village Community Institutions (LMDH) and Tembong Village with a system of Community-Based Forest Management (PHBM), which is managed 90% by Perhutani and 10% by the Village. In connection with the problem, this activity aims to help resolve some of the problems faced by Partners as previously stated. The implementation method used in this activity is by lecturing and training. The conclusion of this activity is that the assistance provided by the Implementation Team can be understood by partners and is in accordance with the planned activities and priorities. Suggestions that can be delivered are: the formation of a tourism driving group, holding a meeting with the Ministry of Forestry and Forest Village Community Institutions (LMDH) and the Village Head to resolve the Joint Forest Management System pattern.

Abstract

Pesantren Darul Fallah yang terletak di kampung lemahduhur. RT 02/04 desa Benteng, kec. Ciampea, Kab. Bogor adalah pesantren yang berada di Kabupaten Bogor , yang menjalankan kegiatan pendidikan keagamaan dari tingkat Ibtidaiyah, Tsanawiyah dan Aliyah. Mayoritas santrinya (60%) anak yatim dan mereka yang dari aspek perekonomian mengalami kendala. Untuk membantu para santri dan biaya operasional pesantren , maka Pondok Pesantren Darul Falah membentuk PT.Dafa yang menjalankan kegiatan bisnis disektor pembibitan tanaman, peternakan sapi dan domba. Dari usaha peternakan sapi ini diolah dan dilakukan pasteurisasi susu menjadi minuman menyehatkan yaitu susu segar., selain itu usaha susu sapi tersebut difermentasi bakteri menjadi yogurt. Pegawai dari PT. Dafa yang memproduksi yogurt adalah beberapa alumni pesantren Darul Fallah maupun pesantren lainnya, dan ibu ibu dari masyarakat setempat yang telah dibina oleh pengelola usaha dalam memproduksi yogurt tersebut. Adapun manfaat dari yogurt ( http://hellosehat.com ) yaitu 1) Mengatasi saluran pencernaan 2) Membantu program penurunan berat badan 3) Menjaga kesehatan gigi 4) Mencegah darah tinggi 5) Menyehatkan gigi 6) Pencegahan osteoporosis 7) Mengangkat sel mati pada kulit yang kering 8) Menyembuhkan jerawat . Kandungan dalam yogurt yaitu karbohidrat, gula, kalsium, Vitamin A dan Vitamin B, berprotein tinggi . Tempat pengelolaan yogurt yaitu disuatu ruangan tersendiri yang disebut Serambi Botani. Bentuk produk yogurt ini yaitu stick,cup,botolan dan curah. Adapun rasa yogurt meliputi rasa original, coklat strawberry dan melon., sehingga konsumen memiliki banyak pilihan untuk menentukan jenis dan rasa yogurt. Permasalahan dalam usaha yogurt yaitu terbatasnya cara promosi Saat ini model promosinya melalui media Whatsapp ( WA ) dan dari mulut ke mulut. Serta dalam kemasan yogurt nya belum memiliki label.sehingga mudah di klaim sebagai produk pihak lain, dan terbatasnya bahan baku susu masih menjadi kendala , selain itu juga masih terbatasnya system pemasaran Metode pelaksanaannya yaitu dengan cara memberi penyuluhan tentang cara cara promosi efektif dengan melalui penyuluhan pentingnya menjalani promosi melalui media social selain WA, pelatihan cara menjalani bisnis on-line, dan pendampingan system pengemasannya serta pendampingan dalam pendaftaran Merek Dagang kekantor Hukum dan Ham Pembahasan dengan diberikan penyuluhan tentang promosi maka dipahaminya cara promosi yang efektif, yaitu cara promosi melalui web, dan dengan diadakannya pelatihan tentang penjualan secara on line , maka PT. Dafa mampu menjalani penjualan secara on-line, Dengan dilakukannya pelatihan pengemasan produk, maka pengelola yogurt mampu mengemas produk yang lebih menarik.. Selanjutnya dilakukan pendampingan untuk pendaftaran Merek produk, sehingga usaha yogurt dari PT. Dafa memiliki legal formal dalam perlindungan produknya. Kesimpulan , bahwa diferensiasi produk dari kegiatan bisnis susu perah menjadi minuman yogurt , memiliki nilai tambah yang bagus bagi pesantren Darul fallah Bogor. Karena pengerjaannya melibatkan ibu ibu dari masyarakat setempat. Usaha yang dilakukan oleh Pondok Pesantren Darul Fallah , dapat dijadikan Model bagi pesantren lainnya dalam mendukung keberlangsungan pondok pesantren yaitu dengan mendirikan badan usaha yang khusus mengelola bisnis secara profesional. Pemerintah perlu mendukung kegiatan tersebut dengan memberikan pembinaan disektor perijinan . dan legal formal yang dibutuhkan dari usaha yang dikelola pada unit bisnis pesantren. Serta Perlu adanya kebijakan dari pemerintah bahwa pesantren perlu membentuk unit bisnis untuk keberlangsungan kegiatan pesantren. Kata kunci: Kebijakan Unit usaha di pesantren

Abstract

Penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik oleh pemerintah merupakan suatu upaya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dasar (barang dan jasa), dalam bentuk pelayanan administrasi dan atau pelayanan umum yang disediakan oleh para penyelenggara pelayanan publik atau instansi pemerintah. Penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik ini bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan setiap warga masyarakat demi menciptakan terjadinya kesejahteraan, sehingga dalam hal ini kinerja dan efektivitas suatu pemerintahan akan terlihat baik atau buruk tergantung dari kredibilitas para penyelenggara pelayanan publik tersebut. Permasalahan yang sering muncul dalam pelayanan publik pada umumnya adalah mengenai pelayanan publik yang tidak berjalan sesuai dengan peraturan dan standar prosedur yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya, masalah struktural birokrasi yang ada keterkaitannya dengan penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik, dan faktor perilaku aparatur negara yang masih terlihat belum mencerminkan sikap dan atau karakter dari seorang pelayan publik. Dengan adanya permasalahan dalam pelayanan publik ini, maka diperlukan adanya kesadaran yang mengedepankan kepentingan publik, transparansi atau keterbukaan pelayanan publik, dan hal-hal lain yang berpotensi untuk untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan pelaksanaan otonomi daerah, dalam era globalisasi saat ini.

Abstract

The main problem responded by partners is Karang Taruna as a business effort in Warnasari, one of which has not yet formed a commitment to make partnerships in planning in its area, because of the lack of resources and capital owned.The purpose of this community service program is to educate business actors related to the potential of existing agrotourism with the resources needed to build partnerships through private-public partnerships needed to develop existing tourism potential.The methodology of implementation in community service is divided into 3 (three) The result of community service activities in the village of Warnasari, Pangalengan Sub-district, Bandung Regency, was to build a public private partnership so that forming an MOU also gained the ability to manage tourism in the village of Warnasari, Pangalengan District, Bandung Regency.The impact of community service activities is the assistance of youth organizations as an aid to businesses and village apparatus in developing existing potential through private public partnerships developed by the MOU.The benefit of community service activities is the achievement of the welfare of the people of Warnasari Village, Pangalengan District, Bandung Regency, with tourism support in the area.

Abstract

Meskipun pemulung tidak memiliki kualifikasi yang diperlukan untuk bekerja di ekonomi formal, mereka dapat melakukannya di kota karena adanya modal sosial, atau koneksi yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk keuntungan ekonomi dan sosial. Pemulung di kota-kota besar sering kali bergabung dengan komunitas pemulung, di mana mereka dapat melakukan pekerjaan mereka dan bertemu dengan anggota lain. Permasalahannya adalah: Bank Sampah belum mampu menjadikan pemulung tertarik menjadi nasabah Bank Sampah. Bank Sampah kurangnya mensosialisasikan keberadaan serta kemanfaatan kepada pemulung. Berdasarkan hasil monitoring dan evaluasi maka dapat dipetakan keberlanjutan program PKM berdasarkan fakta kongkrit di lapangan akan meningkatnya nasabah Bank sampah serta multiplier effect kepada anggota mitra yang lain yang ikut serta dan menjadikan edukasi sebagai pengetahuan baru bagi mitra.

Abstract

Based on the observation results, the Village / Kelurahan Empowerment Policy for Independent Mutual Cooperation by the Community Empowerment and Family Planning Agency in Realizing Village Independence in Subang Regency has not been implemented optimally. Of course, there has not been a significant change in terms of services and development, either directly or indirectly, in increasing the degree of community welfare, so that overall it is still necessary to handle it optimally. The research method used is descriptive analysis, while the type of approach in this research is qualitative. The type of qualitative approach used is the institutional model case study evaluation. Qualitative research is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. The qualitative method was chosen considering that this method is expected to obtain accurate data and examine research problems in depth so that the expected results can be obtained. Evaluation of the empowerment policies of villages / sub-districts independent of cooperation by the Community Empowerment and Family Planning Agency. Some factors evaluate the empowerment policy of the Village / Kelurahan Mandiri Gotong Royong by the Community Empowerment and Family Planning Agency. In realizing the independence of the Village in Subang Regency, it has not been implemented effectively. The Community Empowerment and Family Planning Agency of Subang Regency towards the people of Subang Regency has not been running effectively, because there is no continuous guidance from the Regency Government to villages in Subang Regency, so that village development continues without management, the assessment stages of Village / Village Program Policy The old Mandiri Gotong Royong has made the Village saturated. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, the priority problems that must be addressed are selected so that the results are maximized, namely: Based on the analysis and strategy that will be used, several priority problems can be determined that can be handled immediately by considering the elements of strength, weakness, opportunity, and the threat that tend to be at the quadratic IV coordinate point, namely Aggressive. This means that there is strength to support Thomas R Dye's theory; it must be encouraged by the government in the form of a commitment to progress and activities to organize the Mutual Cooperation Village program.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate and analyze the impact of the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) on increasing the competency of Human Resources (HR) of personnel in an organization. Improving the competence of HR apparatus is a crucial factor in dealing with changes in an increasingly dynamic and complex work environment. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study show that the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in increasing the competence of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) human resources is very important to support e-Government transformation and improve the quality of public services. Through ICT training, ASN can learn independently, collaborate effectively, and manage personnel information more efficiently. With planned preparation, maturation, consolidation, and utilization stages, ICT training systematically increases ASN competence in dealing with information and communication technology challenges in a modern public service environment.

Abstract

When it comes to ASN's ability to perform out their assigned tasks and responsibilities in a professional and efficient manner, a high-quality human resources department is widely regarded as a critical aspect. The purpose of this study is to investigate the initiatives that have been taken to enhance the level of human resources (HR) in order to boost the efficiency of the state civil apparatus (ASN). This investigation was carried out in Compreng District, which is located in Subang Regency, by making use of a qualitative approach and the method of case study. For the purpose of this investigation, data was gathered by conducting in-depth interviews with ASNs who play a role in the management and development of human resources within important government institutions. In addition, document analysis and observations were carried out in order to acquire a full comprehension of the current circumstance. According to the findings of this research, enhancing the quality of human resources in the process of developing ASN performance in the Compreng sub-district can be accomplished through the provision of general orientation, the facilitation of employee needs, the socialization of technical instructions, the provision of opportunities to increase employee capabilities in academic improvement, and the involvement of technical guidance and employee training.
