Abstract

The presence of Bukit Panembongan nature tourism is inseparable from the surrounding community and the youth of Karang Taruna in Tembong Village who explore the potential possessed by one of the hill areas located in the Panembongan Village. Bukit Panembongan Nature Tourism which is located in Tembong Village, Garawangi District, Kuningan Regency was opened to the public on March 28, 2015. The area of ​​land reaches 5ha but the effective land is around 3ha. Panembongan Hill natural attractions start open at 08.00 WIB until 17.00 WIB. Based on the conditions in the field can be found the following problems: the dissolution of the group of tourism activists in the Panembongan hill destination. Partners still have not sought to increase tourism service interest at the village / sub-district level by involving tourism service entrepreneurs in order to support the success of the K3 program, Partners still do not have the ability to organize funds seeking tourism activists (Kompepar) through the sale of souvenirs, the establishment of cooperatives, kiosks and so on. After the implementation team discussed with the local authorities , the activity implementation team determined the solution priority, namely the problem related to the formation of a tourism driving group, coordinating with the management of this tourism object was the result of collaboration between Perhutani KPH Kuningan with Forest Village Community Institutions (LMDH) and Tembong Village with a system of Community-Based Forest Management (PHBM), which is managed 90% by Perhutani and 10% by the Village. In connection with the problem, this activity aims to help resolve some of the problems faced by Partners as previously stated. The implementation method used in this activity is by lecturing and training. The conclusion of this activity is that the assistance provided by the Implementation Team can be understood by partners and is in accordance with the planned activities and priorities. Suggestions that can be delivered are: the formation of a tourism driving group, holding a meeting with the Ministry of Forestry and Forest Village Community Institutions (LMDH) and the Village Head to resolve the Joint Forest Management System pattern.

Abstract

Keterampilan berbicara di depan umum atau Public Speaking masih belum sepenuhnya dimiliki oleh para siswa. Keengganan tampil di depan publik ini akibat rendahnya rasa kepercayaan diri, dan minimnya penguasaan teknik berbicara di depan umum. Ketidakmampuan ini menyebabkan komunikasi yang seharusnya efektif, menjadi tergradasi. Bahkan seringkali terjadi kesalahpahaman komunikasi di depan publik. Kesalahpahaman ini didokumentasikan dan tersebar di dunia maya. Hal tersebut kami sebagai Tim Pengabdian berinisiatif untuk melakukan kegiatan mengenai Publik Speaking di SMA 4 Pasundan Bandung. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan   berbicara   siswa   di   depan   kelas   dan   di   depan   umum, meningkatkan   kemampuan dalam   menyampaikan   gagasan   atau   pendapat,   motivasi   belajar   serta kepercayaan  diri. Keterampilan berbicara di depan umum atau Publik Speaking masih belum sepenuhnya dimiliki oleh para siswa. Oleh sebab itu, terlaksananya kegiatan Pengabdian ini kami mengharapkan output dari siswa/i di SMA 4 Pasundan Bandung bisa meningkatkan kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik dan meningkatkan motivasi belajar serta kepercayaan diri siswa/i baik di kelas, di lingkungan sekolah, di luar lingkungan sekitar maupun di lingkungan kerjanya kelak.

Abstract

The problem of dirty water flooding in the Antapani Tengah Village environment is one of the environmental problems that often occurs in the city of Bandung. The dirty water flood that occurred in Antapani Tengah Village was due to dense housing, so that water absorption was decreasing because the catchment area was covered by buildings, the behavior of the community in disposing of garbage, and the lack of coordination between the community and related agencies regarding handling flood problems. The problem of flooding cannot be handled by one institution, therefore efforts should be made to find solutions to the problem through institutional collaboration. Village Community Institutions are government partners who have the duty to maintain and preserve the values ​​of life based on mutual cooperation and kinship, containing the obligations of citizens regarding harmony, security and environmental comfort. The Community Partnership Program implemented aims to help solve environmental problems, namely by providing competency improvement through collaboration programs for LKD, with the aim that LKD is able to transmit knowledge to the community so that the community has the same knowledge, knows program planning, and is able to manage collaborative governance on how to manage collaboration in dealing with environmental problems, especially in handling flood problems and waste management.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah Kota Bandung diperoleh masalah disiplin kerja yang belum maksimal, hal ini terlihat dari indikator : tujuan dan kemampuan yang jelas, teladan pimpinan, balas jasa, keadilan, pengawasan melekat, sanksi hukuman, ketegasan dan hubungan kemanusiaan. .Hal ini disebabkan oleh sistem informasi administrasi presensi yang belum optimal, hal ini terlihat dari indikator: blok input, blok model, blok keluaran, blok teknologi dan basis data.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, yaitu metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk meneliti pada populasi atau sampel tertentu, pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument penelitian, analisis data bersifat kuantitatif/statistik, dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah diterapkan. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari studi kepustakaan, studi lapangan (observasi partisipan dan non partisipan, wawancara mendalam kepada Kepala Dinas, angket yang disebarkan kepada 14 responden yaitu Kepala Bidang dan Kepala Seksi Dinas), desain penelitian, data dan sumber data, key informan dan informan, dan studi dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah secara kuantitatif diperoleh hasil sebesar 52,8% pengaruh sistem informasi administrasi presensi terhadap disiplin kerja di Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah Kota Bandung mempunyai pengaruh yang moderat/sedang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggambarkan Jaringan Sosial dalam Program Citarum Harum khususnya pada Pengelolaan Lingkungan DAS Citarum di Sektor 1 Situ Cisanti, tepatnya di Desa Tarumajaya, Kecamatan Kertasari, Kabupaten Bandung. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah stakeholder pengelolaan lingkungan DAS Citarum di Sektor 1 Situ Cisanti. Informan penelitian ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive, yaitu tokoh masyarakat, Komandan Sektor 1 Kodam III Siliwangi (TNI), Ketua Komisi Pengendalian Daya Rusak Air Citarum, Relawan Tim Citarum Harum, Kepala Bidang Ekonomi Bappeda Kabupaten Bandung sebagai orang-orang yang memiliki pengetahuan dan informasi terkait penelitian yang dilaksanakan. Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh melalui proses wawancara, observasi, studi dokumentasi dan literature review. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, bahwa stakeholder telah mampu memanfaatkan jaringan sosial yang dimiliki melalui berbagai kegiatan sehari-hari bersama dalam komunitas Masyarakat Desa Tarumajaya dimana lingkup Pengelolaan Lingkungan DAS Citarum berada. Melalui partisipasi kebersamaan dalam kegiatan tersebut semua saling mengenal dan mendukung satu sama lain pada satu tujuan yang sama. Jaringan sosial mampu memfasilitasi penyebaran informasi di antara aparatur, relawan dan masyarakat sedemikian rupa kerjasama mengusung program dapat mudah dibangun dan dilakukan. Paradigma jaringan sosial memiliki kunci relasi sosial sebagai unsur terpenting. Melalui relasi sosial antaraktor memiliki konten dan aliran dari konten tersebut jelas mengarah dari siapa kepada siapa. Selain itu, konten yang dimaksud berjalan stabil sehingga keberhasilan program dapat diwujudkan. Aktor individu dan aktor kelompok pada pengelolaan lingkungan DAS Citarum di Sektor 1 Situ Cisanti, meliputi aktor : tokoh masyarakat, TNI, LSM, relawan dan pemerintah. Sumber berharga aktor meliputi uang, waktu, tenaga dan pengetahuan, mekanisme pemberian sumber berharga para aktor digolongkan melalui sosialisasi, kerja bakti dan rapat koordinasi. Faktor pendorong yang dimiliki oleh para aktor didasarkan kesadaran pribadi dan instruksi aktor lainnya. Hubungan pertukaran antar aktor dari sumber berharga (uang, waktu, tenaga dan pengetahuan) juga para aktor mendapat timbal balik berupa perubahan perilaku, kepuasan pribadi dan apresiasi. Selain itu keuntungan yang diperoleh oleh para aktor adalah kondisi lingkungan di Sektor 1 Situ Cisanti lebih bersih dan tertata dibandingkan sebelum dilakukannya Pengelolaan Lingkungan DAS Citarum dengan keterlibatan berbagai aktor didalamnya. Struktur jaringan terlihat adanya kesamaan tujuan, keterikatan antar satu aktor dengan aktor lainnya. Keterikatan ini berupa hubungan kerjasama yang saling menguntungk

Abstract

Dense settlements in urban areas are often not well organized, worsening existing sanitationconditions, in addition to technical, economic and social factors resulting in gaps in theprovision of urban facilities and infrastructure related to wastewater management systems. Theproblem of domestic and industrial waste is a crucial issue related to sustainable environmentalmanagement. Where pollution related to domestic waste has the potential to contaminategroundwater with eColy bacteria due to the rapid development of settlements which is sometimesdifficult to control, while polluting industrial waste has a worse impact on the surrounding environment, it needs to be treated specifically. One concrete example of wastewater problems inurban areas is the builder of a family septic tank that no longer meets the technical requirementsas required in the context of environmental health management, at least 10 meters from the wellcan no longer be met due to limited land in urban areas. This condition is exacerbated by thedisposal of used washing water into the drainage network which should be designated for thedisposal and infiltration of rainwater. Because the capacity of the drainage network is no longerin accordance with the existing dimensions, the impacts that ultimately arise are overflow ofwater from the drainage network, puddles on roads and outbreaks of various diseases, such asdiarrhea, dengue fever, etc. The SANIMAS (Community-Based Sanitation) program is a programto improve quality in the sanitation sector, especially in providing wastewater treatmentinfrastructure, which is intended for communities in slum areas and dense urban areas. Differentfrom the regular sanitation program carried out by the government, in the construction ofSANIMAS, the concept of community empowerment is used to make the community the mainactor in the process of planning, building, operating and maintaining communal sanitationfacilities. With the active role of the community, it is hoped that the community will feelownership so that they do not hesitate to maintain it themselves for the realization of the benefitsof sustainable sanitation facilities.

Abstract

The city of Bandung is the main contributor to Citarum River pollution due to human behavior. The waste problem, both in water and on land, has not been managed properly until the end of December 2023, including the Sarimukti landfill burning incident. The increasing amount of waste makes management problems increasingly complex. Bandung City Regional Regulation no. 9 of 2018 Article 5 states that the Regional Government is responsible for ensuring the planning, organization, implementation and supervision of waste management in a sustainable and environmentally sound manner. Supervision in waste management is very important for the success of the city government in maintaining cleanliness. To prevent errors in programs or policies, supervision is needed as a success factor. This research aims to determine and analyze the implementation of the supervisory function in waste management as well as describe the inhibiting factors and efforts made in waste monitoring in Bandung City. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data was obtained by triangulation and data analysis using John Saldana's manual coding technique by means of coding, categories and themes. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. This research is planned to last for eight months. It is hoped that the research results will produce a concept and implementation of waste management supervision by the Bandung City Environmental Service, fulfilling TKT 2.

Abstract

Sampah di kota Bandung  menjadi isu yang perlu diselesaikan bersama oleh sektor pemerintah, akademisi, hingga komunitas. Sebanyak 1.500 ton sampah dihasilkan setiap harinya di Kota Bandung atau 0,63 kg tiap orang per hari. Pandangan terhadap sampah perlu diubah dari 'permasalahan' menjadi 'potensi' melalui sistem pengelolaan sampah dari rumah yaitu dengan  memisahkan sampah berdasarkan jenisnya agar  sampah tidak tercampur dan  memudahkan penanganan lebih lanjut melalui Bank sampah, sehingga sampah yang masuk ke TPA hanya tersisa residu saja.  Tujuan penelitian  menganalisis kebijakan pemerintah kota Bandung dan mengetahui Model Jejaring Kebijakan  dalam upaya pengelolaan sampah berbasis masyarakat di Kelurahan Antapani Tengah Kecamatan Antapani Kota Bandung Metode yang digunakan  pendekatan kualitatif melalui  studi literatur dan fenomenologi. Sumber data Kepala Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Kebersihan , Pengelola Bank Sampah  , tim peneliti. Data dikumpulkan dengan Wawancara, Observasi , dan Dokumentasi. Keabsahan dan kredibilitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber . Teknik analisis data berupa pengumpulan , reduksi , dan penyajian data , serta penarikan Kesimpulan Hasil analisis 1)standar dan sasaran kebijakan jelas 3) sikap para pelaksana baik respon maupun pemahaman belum cukup baik, 4)lingkungan ekonomi, sosial, politik belum optimal baik sumber anggaran, Sosialisasi . Faktor penghambat yaitu pimpinan kewilayahan, kurang kontrol, partisipasi warga  Simpulan; Model Jejaring Kebijakan Laba-laba sangat sesuai dipakai dalam upaya pengelolaan sampah berbasis masyarakat di kelurahan Antapani Tengah kecamatan Antapani kota Bandung.
