Abstract

ABSTRAK Revitalisasi interior Istana Gebang sebagai Museum Bung Karno di Kota Blitarbertujuan mewujudkandesain interior yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pengunjung untuk beraktivitas  yang bersifat edukasi dan rekreasi secara aman dan nyaman. Tema interior yang digunakan adalah Indis dengan sentuhan Blitar yang ditampilkan secara kekinian. Museum Bung Karno di Kota Blitar adalah bangunan yang berfungsi melayani masyarakat dan perkembangannya, terbuka untuk umum, yang bertugas mengumpulkan, melestarikan, meneliti, mengkomunikasikan, memamerkan bukti-bukti bendawi presiden pertama Indonesia yaitu Soekarno, untuk tujuan studi, pendidikan dan kesenangan. Aktifitas yang ada pada museum Bung Karno di Kota Blitar adalah sebagai wadah pusat informasi tentang Soekarno, pengungkapan sejarah Soekarno dari masa ke masa .Untukmencapaitujuanperlumenggunakanpendekatanfungsi, ergonomi, danestetis.Metodepengumpulan data meliputistudi literature, wawancara, danobservasi.Metodeanalisis yang digunakanadalahmetodeinteraktif.Sehinggahasilrevitalisasimeliputibeberaparuangyaituruang lobby, introduksi, pamer, perpustakaan, dan audiovisual. Kata kunci : Revitalisasi, Istana Gebang,Museum,Fasilitas, dan LokalitasBlitar.  ABSTRACT Revitalization interior Istana Gebang as Museum in Kota Blitar Bung Karno aim of building an interior design that can meet the needs of visitors to be active are education and recreation in a safe and comfortable. Interior theme used was Indis with a touch of Blitar shown in the present. Bung Karno Museum in Kota Blitar is a building that serves serve society and its development, open to the public, which is in charge of collecting, preserving, researching, communicating, showing evidence of material first president of Indonesia, Sukarno, for the purposes of study, education and enjoyment. Activities that exist in museums in Kota Blitar Bung Karno is a venue information center about Sukarno, Sukarno history disclosure from time to time .To achieve the goals need to use the approach function, ergonomics and aesthetic. Methods of data collection include literature studies, interviews, and observations. The analytical method used is the interactive method. Abstract

ABSTRACT Sangiran Sangiran Site is the most complete ancient human site in the world. The museum has several clusters, one of them is Ngebung Cluster which tells the grandeur and greatness of Sangiran. The purpose of this study is to know the interior design and display system of Ngebung Cluster Museum showroom. This study employs qualitative research methods which lead to detailed descriptions and interactive analysis techniques. The results of the research indicate that the interior of the showroom was created to adjust to the existing museum building and was designed in accordance with museum design standards. The composition of interior elements such as wall finishing, flooring and ceiling materials are repeated and plain in order that museum visitors can focus on the displays and collections of the museum. Therefore, the arrangement of furniture and display systems is adjusted to the available space. The display system in the museum's showroom can be said to have met the requirements of a good display, which refers to the principles of the exhibition system and technical requirements that need to be considered in the arrangement of the museum's collection. The presentation, display furniture, and the completeness of information are expected to encourage visitors to understand and interpret what is seen. Meanwhile, based on the results of the research it can be concluded that the display system in the showroom of the Ngebung Archaeological Museum has fulfilled good display standards referring to the principles of exhibition administration and taking into account the technical requirements in organizing museum collections. Keywords: Museum, Sangiran, Display System, Interior Design. ABSTRAK Situs Sangiran merupakan situs manusia purba terlengkap di dunia. Museum tersebut memiliki beberapa klaster, salah satunya yaitu Klaster Ngebung yang menceritakan kemegahan dan kebesaran Sangiran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui desain interior dan sistem display ruang pamer Museum Klaster Ngebung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang mengarah pada pendeskripsian secara rinci dan teknik analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa interior ruang pamer diciptakan menyesuaikan dengan bangunan museum yang sudah ada dan didesain sesuai dengan standar perancangan museum. Komposisi elemen interior seperti finishing dinding, bahan lantai dan ceiling yang berulang dan dibuat polos dimaksudkan agar pengunjung museum dapat terfokus pada display dan koleksi yang disajikan museum. Oleh karena itu, penataan perabot serta sistem display disesuaikan dengan ruang yang tersedia. Sistem display di ruang pamer museum ini dapat dikatakan sudah memenuhi syarat display yang baik, yakni mengacu pada prinsip-prinsip tata pameran dan persyaratan teknis yang perlu diperhatikan dalam penataan koleksi museum. Melalui metode penyajian, perabot display, serta didukung dengan kelengkapan informasi pengunjung diharapkan dapat memahami dan menginterpretasi apa yang dilihat. Sementara itu, berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem display dalam ruang pamer Museum Manusia Purba Klaster Ngebung sudah memenuhi standar display yang baik mengacu pada prinsip-prinsip tata pameran serta memperhatikan persyaratan teknis dalam melakukan penataan koleksi museum.Kata Kunci: Museum, Sangiran, Sistem Display, Desain Interior.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe Griya Earthenware Planning aims to be an alternative educational or educational destination. Offering tourism options that provide pleasure through knowledge and experience about Melikan Village pottery products and their environment. The creative process in this work uses several approaches, namely the function approach, ergonomics and themes or styles. Approach function to find out the functions and benefits of Griya Gerabah for tourists or visitors and surrounding communities. The ergonomics approach is needed to know the human dimension and all things related to the five human senses that are related to the comfort and safety of visitors. Approach to the theme or style, which is used to support the identity of Gerya Gerabah as a pottery craft tourist attraction. The theme or style used is rustic, which is applied by applying to interior elements, namely floors, walls, ceilings, space filler elements, and space conditioning. The results of this work process are to create interior shapes and displays on Griya Gerabah that can support the activities of visitors or tourists at the Melikan Bayat Pottery Griya in Klaten and display designs with strong pottery characters.Keywords: Pottery, tourism, creative process, interior design

Abstract

Batik, warisan budaya yang tetap dilestarikan dari generasi ke generasi Indonesia. Batik Indonesia diakui oleh UNESCO pada tanggal 2 Oktober 2009 dalam daftar Representative sebagai Budaya Tak-benda Warisan Manusia (Representative list of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity) karena kaya akan simbol dan filosofi kehidupan rakyat Indonesia. Sejarah batik di Solo bermula pada masa Kerajaan Pajang lebih dari 4 abad yang lalu. Memasuki abad XX, batik menjadi salah satu identitas perekonomian masyarakat Jawa dan hingga kini nilai komersil lebih unggul dari edukasi. Perihal perlunya penunjang sarana edukasi mengenai batik yang mencakup rekreasi dan apreseiasi melatar belakangi perlu adanya Perancangan Interior Omah Batik Solo di Surakarta. Penggunaan kata Omah dari judul mengacu pada arti fungsional rumah, yakni sebagai tempat istirahat atau hunian, pembinaan atau perawatan dan bersosialisasi. Objek yang digarap memfokuskan pada interior ruang informasi, museum, runaway hall dan showroom dengan gaya ekletik (indisch-jawa) dengan pendekatan batik solo terpilih. Kata kunci: batik, solo, indisch, jawa

Abstract

The interior Designing of Omah Batik in Bayat is aimed at accommodating the activities of developing traditional batik, especially in Bayat by presenting the theme of several motifs on batik which are packaged in art deco style. This design offers facilities such as galleries, shops, vehicle repair shops, cafes, and lobbies. This goal is achieved by a design method that uses a design process including input, synthesis, and output. The input is in the form of literature, field data, and synthesis through the design analysis process; whereas the output is in the design results. The approach used is the approach to function, ergonomics, themes, and styles as well as materials. The design analysis takes ideas from several batik motifs, such as kawung, sidomukti, and parang motifs combined with art deco patterns. The design result is the interior design of Omah Batik in Bayat which has several main facilities such as a lobby, shop, gallery, café, and vehicle repair shop. Supporting facilities include inns, audio-visual rooms, and a library in art deco style.

Abstract

The Interior Design of a Women’s Health and Beauty Center in Surakarta City, precisely in a building of fitness and beauty center, applies a postmodern style. This design aims to create the interior design of a Women’s Health and Beauty Center in Surakarta City which is able to facilitate all activity needs in comfortable and safe ways, and provides excellent beauty care and body fitness services. The interior design of a Women’s Health and Beauty Center adopts Kurtz's programming method consisting of orientation stages, basic program creation, programming repetition, until the design reaches approval. The design foundation used is the aesthetic, ergonomic, and functional approaches. This design, with eclectic concept, is objected to gain attraction from the visitors by the creation of a space with a post-modern style that presents the theme of parang batik motifs. Surakarta's local wisdom in the form of such batik motifs aligned with modern elements with tropical nuances will answer the typical Indonesian comfort within several spaces, including: Main Lobby, Fitness Area Lobby, Gymnastics Studio, Fitness, Beauty Area Lobby, Whirlpool Room, Day Spa Room, Facial Treatment Room, Pedicure &Manicure Room, and Sauna Room.

Abstract

ABSTRACTKusuma Sahid Prince Hotel is one of the hotels with Javanese-style interiors. Before becoming Kusuma Sahid Hotel, this place was the residence of Prince Kusumoyudo. There are rooms that are still preserved at this hotel, including pendapa functioned as a lobby, pringgitan functioned as the Pantiarjo Room, dalem and krobongan functioned as the Sriwedari Room, four main rooms next to the left and right of the krobongan function as Royal Suites (Presidential Suite ), and left Gandhok functioned as Gambir Sekethi Restaurant. The object of this research is Gambir Sekethi Restaurant which is inside Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel. Before being used as a restaurant, this space is used for family rooms or dining rooms. The interior design of this restaurant is specially designed with Javanese nuances. This study aims to determine the restaurant service system in relation to spatial layout and interior design of Gambir Sekethi Restaurant in Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel Surakarta. To achieve the goal, a qualitative descriptive method with an interior design approach is needed. Data sources are informants, literature and objects / artifacts. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, literature studies, and observations. The analytical model used is an interactive analysis model. The results of this study indicate that the Gambir Sekethi Restaurant service system can form a layout and circulation that is a unified interior design. This restaurant service system for American service is served by a waiter or waitress and self service. Restaurant layout is made in groups, with the aim of giving guests the freedom to choose the menu served and form regular circulation. Sebelum menjadi Hotel Kusuma Sahid, tempat ini merupakan kediaman Pangeran Kusumoyudo. Terdapat ruangan-ruangan yang masih lestari pada hotel ini, di antaranya pendapa dialih fungsikan sebagai lobi, pringgitan difungsikan sebagai Ruang Pantiarjo, dalem dan krobongan difungsikan sebagai Ruang Sriwedari, empat kamar utama di sebelah dalem kiri dan kanan krobongan difungsikan sebagai Royal Suite (Presidential Suite), serta gandhok kiri difungsikan sebagai Restoran Gambir Sekethi. Objek penelitian ini adalah Restoran Gambir Sekethi yang berada di dalam Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel. Sebelum diguankan sebagai restoran, ruang ini digunakan untuk ruang keluarga atau ruang makan. Desain interior pada restoran ini di desain khusus bernuansa Jawa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem pelayanan restoran dalam kaitannya dengan tata ruang dan desain interior Restoran Gambir Sekethi di Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel Surakarta. Untuk mencapai tujuan dibutuhkan penelitian dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan desain interior. Sumber data berupa narasumber/informan, literature dan benda/artefak. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara mendalam, studi literature, dan observasi. Model analisis yang digunakan dengan menggunakan model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sistem pelayanan Restoran Gambir Sekethi dapat membentuk suatu tata letak dan sirkulasi yang menjadi satu kesatuan desain interior. Sistem pelayanan restoran ini american service dilayani oleh waiter atau waitress dan self service. Layout restoran dibuat perkelompok, dengan tujuan untuk memberikan kebebasan pada tamu dalam memilih menu yang dihidangkan serta membentuk sirkulasi yang teratur. Desain interior restoran ini bergaya Jawa yang dapat dilihat dari beberapa elemen unsur tradisional.Kata Kunci: Sistem Pelayanan Restoran, Desain Interior Restoran Gambir Sekethi, Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan limbah serbuk kayu (limbukyu) jati sebagai bahan pendukung pembuatan assesories interior yang bersumber pada budaya nusantara. Tujuan ini diangkat mengingat pemanfaatan bahan baku kayu di Indonesia semakin langka. Pemerintah juga menghimbau dan mengarahkan agar semakin efisien dalam pemanfaatan bahan kayu. Inovasi melalui re-use dengan cara memanfaatkan kembali bahan yang sudah tidak berguna menjadi lebih berguna dan bersifat ramah lingkungan merupakan sebuah pilihan. Pemilihan material dengan konsep re-use ini akan memiliki keuntungan lebih, selain unik, dan efisiensi, limbah serbuk kayu dapat dipakai sebagai bahan pengganti bahan baku utama kayu jati. Pemilihan produk yang bersumber pada budaya nusantara dan dikhususkan pada karakter budaya Jawa tradisional dengan cara menelusuri bentuk-bentuk artefak dan ornamennya yang dapat direproduksi sebagai upaya pelestarian budaya. Untuk mencapai tujuan diperlukan metode penelitian kualitatif. Sumberdata yang diperlukan berupa artefak, literature, dan informan. Teknik analisis dengan menggunakan analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan limbah serbuk kayu setelah melalui proses pengolahan dapat digunakan sebagai bahan baku pendukung pembuatan furniture dan assesories interior. Bahan baku pendukung interior ini diarahkan pada pembuatan produk yang bersumber pada budaya nusantara, seperti stupa, relief, patung dewa-dewi, ornamen hias, topeng, dan relief tiga dimensi.

Abstract

Potential uniqueness of Lurik Pedan fabric not only distributed as textile but it can be optimally used using development of accessories design innovation and hotel accessories as strategic marketing which become the core in this activity. Some handicraft industry in Klaten (woodcraft, foundry industry, earthenware industry, and interior accessories) are worked together to maximize the goal. Training, mentoring, redesign, procurement of equipment and supplies, and product expo are implemented to achieve the goal. Training such as design, accessories product, hotel accessories, redesign (lay out of workshop and showroom area, facade, fireplace, interior sign, dyeing yarn tub, lighting, and corporate identity); procurement of appropriate technology for example thread scouring furnace, handloom, thread dryer tool, and exhibition display tools. Those activities will be allocated in three years based on the urgency which is synchronized with performance production of SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) are plotted in schedule master that has been previously agreed.

Abstract

The research entitled " World Dance DAay: A Cultural Conservation in Maintaining Local Wisdom of Traditional Arts" was conducted to explore the strengths in maintaining the existence of traditional arts, which began to shift with the introduction of Western culture. World Dance Day was a dance event with a duration of 24 hours. This event had been going on for several years. It had become a routine agenda at ISI Surakarta by involving the public, community, art activists, cultural observers, foreign participants, and others. World Dance Day could be used as branding in building ISI Surakarta amid competition among higher education institutions. Organized events could be media promotions both domestically and internationally. This event was held once a year in April, on the 29th. The problem in this research was how to maintain the existence of traditional arts through the activation of World Dance Day and brand World Dance Day activation as a medium for introducing art. The purpose of the research was to find ways to maintain the existence of traditional arts through the World Dance Day activation and to find ways to make World Dance Day branding activation a medium for introducing dance arts to the community. This type of research was qualitative descriptive research. The data source in this study was primarily data source in the form of World Dance Day activation. The monitoring method was carried out by identifying the types of activation included in World Dance Day. Data were obtained from the World Dance Day activation. Researchers directly observed the World Dance Day activation and saw Youtube and other social media. The result of this research was to find ways to maintain the existence of traditional arts through World Dance Day activation. Apart from that, they also carried out branding in the form of World Dance Day activation as a medium for introducing dance arts to the community.
