Abstract

The research is held to find out the need of villagers toward the ideal transportation in rural area. The data was collected using several methods, including observation, interview, and FGD with the villagers in Desa Pulosari, Sukabumi, Jawa Barat. The collected data was analyzed using Coding Scheme: Customer Needs (Goffin et al., 2012) method. Based on the coding scheme, there are two main needs for villagers toward rural transportation, i.e the need for vehicles to improve villagers’ welfare and economic conditions and the need for suitable and safe vehicles for mobilization in rural areas.

Abstract

Proses peralihan bisnis dari konvensional menjadi digital menyebabkan perusahaan perlu memikirkan langkah strategis untuk membuat bagaimana proses bisnis yang ada di dalamya menjadi berkelanjutan. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi pada bidang pemasaran yang mengubah cara pengerjaan suatu pekerjaan dari cara konvensional mengarah kepada teknologi digital dengan memanfaatkan e-commerce. Pertumbuhan penggunaan internet yang semakin pesat sejak tahun 2017 menjadi faktor utama pergeseran perilaku belanja masyarakat menjadi lebih dinamis, dimana konsumen menginginkan distribusi produk yang lebih cepat dengan hasil yang lebih baik. Pemanfatan teknologi e-commerce sebagai solusi alternatif dalam melakukan inovasi pada strategi pemasaran dengan tujuan untuk menjaring potensi pasar yang lebih besar. Kata kunci : inovasi, teknologi, bisnis

Abstract

Basic Industry and Chemicals or people referred as downstream business line generates a fundamental product, which is then utilized to other manufacture to produce. This research aims to determine the influences of Earning Per Share, Price to Book Value, Return on Asset, Return on Equity, toward stock price. The population in this research are all basic industry and chemicals companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange  .The technique of determining the sample using purposive sampling method and sample acquired from 32 companies for the year 2018 to 2020. This research contains five variables which are one dependent variable and four independent variables.This research is using quantitative approach and IBM SPSS Statistics ver. 27 software to display results of statistical analysis conducted in this research. Total sample of 96, to meet the requirements of the classical assumption test the final data used totaling 61.The analytical model used in this study is a multiple linear regression model. The results of this study indicate that EPS, PBV, and ROE have a significant influence on stock prices. However, ROA have an insignificant influence on stock prices. EPS, PBV, ROE, ROA simultaneously influence stock price. Keywords: Earning Per Share, Price to Book Value, Return on Asset, Return on Equity, Stock Price, Basic Industry

Abstract

ABSTRAKIstri nelayan di Desa Sungai Meriam selain menjadi ibu rumah tangga mereka juga ikut serta dalam membantu meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga. Sebagai seorang nelayan pekerjaan ini bergantung dengan musim dan cuaca, sehingga kurang untuk mencukupi kebutuhan keluarga. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis pendapatan usaha nelayan tangkap serta menganalisis kontribusi anggota keluarga terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sungai Meriam, Kecamatan Anggana, Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara.Sampel yang digunakan adalah anggota keluarga nelayan tangkap di Desa sungai meriam yang berjumlah 14 rumah tangga (28 responden), pengambilan sampelmenggunakan metode sensus.Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis pendapatan dan kontribusi pendapatan keluarga.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwasanya hasil pendapatan dari usaha nelayan tangkap rata-rata sebesar Rp. 4.762.131/responden. Kontribusi pendapatan suami rata-rata 58%, kontribusi pendapatan istri dibidang perikanan rata-rata 34% dan dibidang non perikanan 24%, sedangkan kontribusi pendapatan anggota keluarga lain (anak) rata-rata 34%. Kata Kunci: analisis usaha, pendapatan, kontribusi pendapatan anggota keluarga.ABSTRACTThe wives of fishermen in Sungai Meriam Village, apart from being housewives, also participate in helping to improve the family economy. As a fisherman, this work depends on the season and weather, so it is not enough to meet family needs. The purpose of the study was to analyze the income of capture fishermen's business and analyze the contribution of family members to household income. The sample used was family members of capture fishermen in Sungai Meriam Village, Anggana District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, totaling 14 households (28 respondents), sampling using the census method. The data analysis method used in this research is income analysis and family income contribution. The results of this study indicate that the income from the capture fishermen's business averages Rp. 4,762,131 / respondent. The contribution of husband's income averaged 58%, the contribution of wife's income in the fisheries sector averaged 34% and in the non-fisheries sector 24%, while the contribution of other family members' income (children) averaged 34%.Keywords: analysis of business, income, income contribution of family members.

Abstract

The student teaching assistance program is a concrete implementation of the university's tri dharma, particularly in the field of community service, aiming to integrate students' academic learning with real-world educational contexts. This program was carried out by students of the Early Childhood Islamic Education (PIAUD) Study Program at UIN Jurai Siwo Metro in TK ABA Metro Pusat using a Service-Learning (SL) approach. This method enables students to engage directly in the teaching process and early childhood education management through three main stages: preparation and orientation, implementation and evaluation, and conclusion and reporting.The objective of this program is to develop students’ pedagogical competencies in designing instructional administration, conducting adaptive teaching practices, and participating in extracurricular activities that support holistic child development. The results demonstrate that students were capable of preparing Daily Lesson Plans (RPH), managing classroom learning activities, and initiating extracurricular programs such as dancing, coloring, and Qur’an memorization (tahfidz), all of which contribute to children's motor, creative, and spiritual development. In addition, regular evaluations by field supervisors (DPL) enhanced students’ reflective thinking in their teaching practices. In conclusion, the student teaching assistance program significantly enhances students’ academic and professional skills as prospective early childhood educators while also positively contributing to the partner institution through collaborative innovation and meaningful support in children's learning experiences.
