Abstract

Penyandang tunanetra secara global pada tahun 2012 mencapai jumlah 248 juta jiwa. Indonesia sebagai negara yang menduduki tingkat tertinggi penyintas tuna netra di Asia Tenggara, dengan laju prevalensi mencapai 1,47% tiap menitnya. Dan setiap tahunnya meningkat 0,1% di Indonesia. Adapun berdasarkan data berjalan tahun 2020 dari Biro Pusat Statistik (BPS), jumlah penyitas disabilitas di Indonesia mencapai 22,5 juta jiwa dan menempati urutan ke dua sebagai negara dengan jumlah penduduk tunanetra terbanyak di dunia. Adanya perbedaan fisik tunanetra mengakibatkan tunanetra mengalami tingkat kepercayaan tinggi yang rendah sehingga memberikan dampak psikis yang buruk. Dari ketidakpercayaan diri tersebut, sastra dapat memberikan efek positif terhadap tunanetra untuk menaikkan kepercayaan diri dan karakter serta memberikan nilai moral terhadap kehidupan sehari-harinya. Tujuan penulisan yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan fitur dan strategi pengembangan Aplikasi Karsa Sastra berbasis digital audio sebagai strategi inklusi sastra bagi penyintas tunanetra. Apikasi Karsa Sastra terdiri dari beberapa fitur utama yaitu : (1) Sastraku, (2) Tentang, (3) Pilih Sastra, (4) Unggah Bakat, (5) Aku Bisa. Tujuan dari adanya aplikasi ini yaitu untuk membantu anak atau penyintas tunanetra meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dan memenuhi kebutuhan belajar penyintas tuna netra mengenai sastra sehingga dapat dikembangkan untuk bekal prestasi penyintas tuna netra dalam bidang sastra sehingga hak belajar dapat terpenuhi untuk semua kalangan. Oleh karena itu, Karsa Sastra ini hadir untuk memberikan rasa semangat penyintas tunanetra untuk tujuan pendidikan berkualitas menuju tercapainya Sustainable Development Goals serta mengupayakan pendidikan layak untuk semua orang dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi penyintas melalui teknologi pascapandemi.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the form of assertive and directive speech in the novel "Tak Putus Dirundung Malang" by S. Destiny Alisjahbana, as well as to understand the meaning of each speech in the form of writing, especially in novels. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with a pragmatic approach. This research data is the speech of the characters in the novel "Tak Putus Dirundung Malang" by S. Destiny Alisjahbana. Then the collected data is analyzed based on the theoretical studies that have been obtained. From the results of the analysis, seven forms of assertive speech acts and seven forms of directive speech acts were obtained. Forms of assertive speech acts that have been found, namely assertive speech acts stating (8 quotes), bragging (3 quotes), complaining (7 quotes), expressing (8 quotes), expressing opinions (12 quotes), mentioning (2 quotes), and reporting (4 quotes). The forms of directive speech acts found, namely prohibitive directive speech acts (17 citations), commanding (20 citations), begging (4 citations), demanding (4 citations), advising (13 citations), advising (13 citations), suggesting (21 citations), and opposing (3 citations). So, it can be concluded that this novel contains many directive speech acts, especially in the form of speech that has the intention of suggesting and commanding.

Abstract

The potential and uniqueness of Menari Village as a tourist village in Semarang Regency needs to be introduced to the wider community. Based on the survey that was carried out, the community service found problems that needed to be resolved, including 1) Menari Tanon Village already has one social media (Instagram) but it has not been managed optimally; 2) lack of human resource capabilities in terms of understanding and skills in creating content that carries local cultural themes and social media management. The aims of this service include: 1) improving social media management; 2) increasing human resource capabilities and forming cadres. One solution offered to this problem is providing training on content and social media management. The approach used in this service activity is Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) which takes the form of a training and mentoring method. The stages carried out in this service include 1) FGD with Pokdarwis, 2) training and assistance in social media management. The training activity involved 17 participants who were the young generation of Tanon Hamlet. The results of the training indicate increased understanding and ability to create content as well as manage social media and create. After the training is related to techniques for creating content on social media with activity output in the form of creative content videos. Next, assistance is provided with social media management by forming a social media team and creating a posting schedule
