Abstract

Tanon is one of tourism village in Semarang Regency that has potentials in natural and human resources. The problems are 1) traditional art in Tanon needs to be developed, 2) the limit resources able to develop the art, because they studed art in autodidact. Based on the promblems, it is important to give the dance training to improve their knowledge and skill, at once create a dance to add the traditional dance as welcoming dance. The activity consists of 10 persons. The steps are making Forum Grup Discussion with the leader of Pokdarwis dan dance coordinators, training and mentoring activities, and evaluation. The method used collaborative learning. The result shows that an increase in their dancing skill, created a Lembu Tanon dance as welcoming sance. The activities carried out produce the outer covering of articles and publication in the printed and online. We hope the activities to continue autonomously by the members to dancer junior.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the creativity of children (dancers) in the Geculan Bocah dance performance and how the performance becomes a space to arouse creativity. The case study in this research was the phenomenon of the Geculan Bocah dance performance in Sanggar Tanuwiyoyo Semarang Regency. The method used is a qualitative research method through a phenomenological approach. Data collection was done by using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis test used the Miles and Hubberman model through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity used triangulation of sources, techniques, and methods. The results showed that Geculan Bocah dance performance consisted of 3 parts, namely the beginning, middle (core) and final (ending). Each part of the performance requires the creative role of the child as a dancer. Children’s creative roles include individual creativity, collaborative creativity, and communal creativity. Individual creativity attempts every child to show good performance. Collaborative creativity can be seen in the cohesiveness and togetherness during the show. The communal creativity arises because it is influenced by the audience and the atmosphere of the performance. The Geculan Bocah dance performance is a creative product, a creative space/ process, and a driver for the development of children’s creativity.

Abstract

Untuk menunjang pengembangan profesi, guru dituntut dapat melakukan kegiatan di antaranya berupa membuat karya tulis/karya ilmiah di bidang pendidikan, menemukan teknologi di bidang pendidikan, membuat alat pelajaran/alat peraga atau alat bimbingan, menciptakan karya tulis ilmiah dan mengikuti kegiatan pengembangan kurikulum dan bidang keilmuannya. Pengembangan profesi juga berkaitan dengan kesejahteraan guru, baik dalam peningkatan kompetensi bidang keilmuan, pangkat/jabatan maupun peningkatan ekonomi pendapatan. Tujuan kegiatan pendampingan dan atau pelatihan penulisan karya ilmiah bagi para guru ini lebih difokuskan pada penulisan buku, terutama untuk kenaikan pangkat serta memenuhi harapan Direktorat Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan (GTK) Kemdikbud yaitu program Satu Guru Satu Buku disingkat SAGUSABU. Untuk itulah para guru perlu meningkatkan pemahaman dan kompetensinya tentang penulisan buku beserta kemanfaatanya, terutama buku mata pelajaran yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya.

Abstract

Tanon merupakan salah satu desa wisata di Kabupaten Semarang dengan branded ‘desa wisata menari’. Kegiatan ini merupakan lanjutan dari PkM tahun 2018. Pada tahun 2018 tim pengabdi membantu menciptakan Tari Lembu Tanon yang dijadikan sebagai tarian ikonik di Tanon serta melaksanakan pelatihan gerak Tari Lembu Tanon. Pada tahun ini, tim pengabdi melanjutkan program berupa pelatihan tata rias dan busana Tari Lembu Tanon. Kegiatan PkM bertujuan untuk menciptakan desain tata rias dan busana Tari Lembu Tanon serta meningkatkan keterampilan rias dan busana anggota pokdarwis. Pelatihan melibatkan sekitar 10 orang yang berpotensi sebagai kader penggerak kesenian. Tahapan PKM meliputi FGD bersama ketua pokdarwis dan koordinator tari, pelatihan dan pendampingan, serta evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan terciptanya desain tata rias dan busana Tari Lembu Tanon serta meningkatnya keterampilan rias dan busana para peserta. Hasil pelatihan diterapkan dalam pementasan Tari Lembu Tanon yang digelar sebagai opening Festival Telomoyo 02 di Dusun Tanon.

Abstract

Seni Barongan merupakan cerminan kreativitas seni dan budaya Blora di Jawa Tengah yang bersifat kerakyatan dan syarat makna, seperti spontan, sederhana, kekeluargaan, kasar, menantang, dan berani karena memang benar. Sifat kerakyatan membuat masyarakat Blora memiliki kekuatan yang luar biasa dalam menjalani kehidupannya. Topeng singa dalam kesenian Barongan merupakan simbol kekuatan dan kekuatan. Simbol ini merupakan nilai yang sangat penting untuk digunakan dalam mendukung pendidikan karakter anak bangsa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bentuk dan corak seni Barongan (kearifan lokal) serta nilai-nilai yang terkandung di dalamnya sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan untuk kepentingan pendidikan karakter. Urgensi penelitian ini karena beberapa acara budaya tradisional di Blora memerlukan keterlibatan kesenian Barongan di dalamnya, seperti tradisi sedekah bumi, tradisi bersih kampung, dan tradisi lamporan. Hasil penelitian menginformasikan bentuk pertunjukan Barongan di Blora dibedakan menjadi dua yaitu bentuk arak-arakan dan drama. Gaya penampilan Barongan ditentukan oleh pola karyanya dan ragam gerak yang unik. Form and Art Style of Barongan BloraAbstract: Barongan art is a reflection of the artistic and cultural creativity of Blora in Central Java, which has populist nature and conditions of meaning, such as spontaneous, simplicity, kinship, rough, challenging, and brave because it is true. The populist nature means that the Blora people have tremendous power in living their lives. The lion mask in Barongan art is a symbol of strength and might. This symbol is a significant value to be used in supporting the character education of the nation's children. This study aimed to examine the form and style of Barongan art (local wisdom) and the values contained therein so that it can be utilized for the benefit of character education. The urgency of this study is because some regular cultural events in Blora require the involvement of the Barongan art in them, such as the earth alms tradition, the clean village tradition, and the lamporan tradition. The results of the study inform the form of Barongan performances in Blora can be divided into two, namely the form of procession and drama. Barongan performance style is determined by the pattern of his work and a unique range of motion.

Abstract

Ikon Kabupaten Sragen yaitu binatang gajah. Dalam sejarah di Kabupaten Sragen, tepatnya di Sangiran pernah ditemukan fosil gajah, hingga akhirnya gading gajah dijadikan ikon Kabupaten Sragen. Dengan adanya maskot tersebut, muncul gagasan penciptaan tari yang bertemakan imitasi kehidupan dan karakteristik gajah hingga terwujudlah Tari Kridha Dwipangga. Berdasarkan observasi awal, Tari Kridha Dwipangga belum dikenal luas oleh masyarakat Kabupaten Sragen termasuk masyarakat Desa Mageru, padahal lokasi Desa Mageru terhitung dekat dengan pusat kota, akan tetapi masyarakatnya belum mengenal Tari Kridha Dwipangga sebagai tarian ikonik di Kabupaten Sragen. Banyak anak yang gengsi belajar tari tradisi karena dianggap kuno, mereka lebih bangga mempelajari budaya luar. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan apresiasi dan keterampilan menari Tari Kridha Dwipangga untuk generasi milnial di Desa Mageru Kabupaten Sragen serta melestarikan Tari Krida Dwipangga sebagai tarian ikonik Kabupaten Sragen. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah mix method yaitu penggabungan antara metode demontrasi dan metode drill.

Abstract

Kencar-kencar dance is a traditional creation dance from Karanganyar Regency. Kencar-kencar dance has meanings of life which are symbolized through movement, accompaniment, make-up, costume, and property. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the symbolic meaning of Kencar-kencar Dance in Karanganyar Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a semiotic approach. Research on the Symbolic Meaning of Kencar-kencar Dance in data collection techniques used through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validation techniques use source triangulation, technical triangulation, and time triangulation. Data analysis using data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the study show that the meaning of the Kencar-kencar Dance is found in motion, accompaniment, make-up, costume, and property. Living in harmony with mutual respect, mutual love, mutual respect, namely tolerance for differences that exist between communities to create harmony and peace between the Karanganyar people. Kencar-kencar dance has the meaning of Karanganyar which is brightly lit at night. The symbolic meaning in the Kencar-kencar Dance gives the spirit of life to the people of Karanganyar Regency

Abstract

Bank Sampah memberikan solusi yang mampu menghasilkan keuntungan tidak hanya menjaga kebersihan lingkungan, tetapi juga meningkatkan nilai ekonomi dan memberdayakan masyarakat. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberdayakan masyarakat Desa Semen dalam pengelolaan sampah melalui program Bank Sampah Dengkol. Metode yang digunakan yaitu sosialisasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan dalam mengolah sampah rumah tangga seperti bagaimana cara memisahkan sampah organik dan anorganik, bagaimana cara mendayagunakan sampah yang dapat didaur ulang kembali, dan mengurangi produksi sampah melalui penggunaan produk yang tidak menimbulkan sampah reduksi. Selain itu kegiatan juga menghasilkan luaran berupa artikel dan publikasi di media cetak dan online. Pengabdi berharap kegiatan dapat dilanjutkan secara mandiri oleh Ibu Kepala Desa dan Kader penggerak PKK.

Abstract

"Ngidam Muncar" is a culture-based tourism village located in Muncar Village, Susukan District, Semarang Regency. Muncar has the Jaran Kepang Langen Turonggo Jati (LTJ) community which has so far contributed to strengthening tourism potential in Muncar, however based on the findings there are problems including: 1) lack of regeneration of Jaran Kepang dancer cadres; 2) lack of human resources in terms of understanding and skills in Jaran Kepang dance because they are self-taught; 3) have not been able to wear fashion make-up independently. This problem is urgent to be resolved immediately because currently tourism in Muncar Village has started to revive after yesterday's hiatus due to the Covid 19 pandemic. The program implementation method starts with FGD, training for 5 meetings and evaluation. The results of the activities that have been carried out include 1) forming a cadre of 20 young people and youngsters; 2) participants have basic dance knowledge and movement skills; 3) participants have the knowledge and skills to wear fashion make-up independently. The conclusion of this activity program is that there is an increase in the understanding and skills of the participants. These skills will get better if honed continuously.
