Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kontribusi daya ledak tungkai dan kelentukan pergelangan tangan terhadap kemampuan tembakan pada permainan bola basket. Penelitian ini bersifat asosiatif terhadap dua variabel bebas dan satu variabel terikat. Populasi dan sampel adalah mahasiswa Penjaskesrek FKIP UNMUL dipilih secara random sampling diperoleh sampel sebanyak 50 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan regresi (uji-r). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: 1). Ada kontribusi daya ledak tungkai terhadap kemampuan tembakan pada permainan bola basket, dengan nilai β = 0.349 (p < 0.05), dimana besar kontribusi 44.90% . (2). Ada kontribusi kelentukan pergelangan tangan terhadap kemampuan tembakan pada permainan bola basket, dengan nilai β = 0.567 (p < 0.05), dimana besar kontribusi 63.20% (3). Ada kontribusi daya ledak tungkai dan kelentukan pergelangan tangan terhadap kemampuan tembakan pada permainan bola basket, dengan nilai Ro = 0.808 (p < 0.05), dimana besar kontribusi 65.20 %.

Abstract

The method of this activity is in the form of training and assistance in writing articles and publishing research results to students of the Physical Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Mulawarman University. Final semester students are guided to write articles and publish research results in order to improve their abilities and train students to write and publish the results of the scientific work they make. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that students' interest in writing scientific papers is quite high. However, their initial knowledge of scientific papers and writing methods is still lacking. Therefore, this scientific writing training activity is indeed needed to improve students' knowledge and ability to compile scientific papers.  Participants experienced an increase in knowledge and writing skills.  The results of this service show that this training activity is effective in helping students improve their knowledge and ability to write scientific papers. Training in writing scientific papers can be used as a continuous activity. In addition, currently there are various software for writing references for scientific papers. Therefore, it is necessary to hold training on the use of mandeley software for reference so that writing becomes better

Abstract

This research is classroom action research (Classroom Action Research). Aims to find out the learning outcomes of passing students of SMA Negeri 2 Bone with the TGT (Team Games Tournament) learning model. By using the sample method in this research, there are 19 students in class XI. The results of this study show that there is a significant effect on learning to pass the ball using the TGT Learning model. This can be seen from the initial conditions, there are still many students who get scores below the KKM, which is 75%. Then further classroom action research was conducted with 2 cycles in the first cycle, from 19 students there were 9 students still in the incomplete category with a percentage of 47.37% and there were 10 students in the complete category with a percentage of 52.63%. Then in the second cycle of 19 students there were 2 students still in the incomplete category with a percentage of 10.53% of students and as many as 17 students in the complete category with a percentage of 89.47%. From this comparison, it proves that there is an increase in the mastery of student learning outcomes from the first cycle is 52.63% completeness with 10 subjects who reach the KKM to the second cycle, namely 89.47% completeness with the number of students who reach the KKM as many as 17 students. The achievement of mastery student learning outcomes can be categorized into a satisfactory category so that the TGT type cooperative learning model provides changes to aspects of the ability to pass the ball for class XI students of SMA Negeri 2 Bone.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of eye-hand coordination and arm muscle strength to the forehand smash ability of the students of Penjaskesrek STKIP YPUP Makassar. This research is a correlative research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all students who had passed the badminton course with a total of 117 students. The sample taken in this study were 30 students obtained by simple random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by measuring hand-eye coordination with a tennis ball throwing and catching test with a throw that hit the target and was caught by hand with the results of the first 10 throws and 10 second throws. Data was collected by measuring arm muscle strength using a push-up test which was carried out for 60 seconds. Test the ability to hit the forehand smash hitting 10 shuttlecocks towards the areas that have been given numbers. Analysis of research data was carried out as many as three statistical calculation tests, namely, descriptive test, prerequisite test and hypothesis testing. The prerequisite test used is the normality test. While the hypothesis test used is simple regression test and multiple regression test. The results of research data processing showed that eye-hand coordination contributed to the forehand smash ability by 37.8%. Arm muscle strength contributes to the forehand smash ability of 41.2%. Eye-hand coordination and arm muscle strength together contributed to the forehand smash ability of 62.2%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil survey kondisi fisik pada atlet bulutangkis putra U-17 PB Hollywood Samarinda Tahun 2022, ada beberapa komponen yaitu yang terdiri daya tahan, kelentukan, kelincahan, kekuatan, daya ledak, dan kecepatan. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan kondisi fisik pada atlet bulutangkis putra U-17 PB Hollywood Samarinda Tahun 2022. Populasi atau seluruh atlet bulutangkis putra PB Hollywood Samarinda dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 35 orang atlet, sedangkan sampel penelitian ini dengan berdasarkan umur 15-17 tahun berjumlah 15 orang atlet, dalam teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes lari 1,6 km untuk daya tahan, tes duduk dan jangkau untuk kelentukan, tes lari bolak balik untuk kelincahan, tes push up untuk kekuatan, tes loncat jauh tanpa awalan untuk daya ledak, dan tes lari 20 meter untuk kecepatan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan persentase menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian: (1) Daya tahan atlet bulutangkis putra U-17 PB Hollywood Samarinda Tahun 2022 memperoleh hasil rata-rata 8.96 menit dengan kategori kurang sekali. (2) Kelentukan atlet bulutangkis putra U-17 PB Hollywood Samarinda Tahun 2022 memperoleh hasil rata-rata 11.46 Cm dengan kategori kurang sekali. (3) Kelincahan atlet bulutangkis putra U-17 PB Hollywood Samarinda Tahun 2022 memperoleh hasil rata-rata 10.41 detik dengan kategori baik sekali. (4) Kekuatan atlet bulutangkis putra U-17 PB Hollywood Samarinda Tahun 2022 memperoleh hasil rata-rata 31.93 dalam kategori cukup. (5) Daya ledak atlet bulutangkis putra U-17 PB Hollywood Samarinda Tahun 2022 memperoleh hasil rata-rata 205.53 dengan kategori baik sekali. (6) Kecepatan atlet bulutangkis putra U-17 PB Hollywood Samarinda Tahun 2022 memperoleh hasil rata-rata 3.81 dengan kategori kurang sekali.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas media pembelajaran daring pendidikan jasmani olahraga kesehatan (PJOK) di masa pandemi covid-19 pada siswa kelas XII Sekolah Menegah Atas Negeri 1 Sendawar Kutai Barat. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif yang kaitannya dalam teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Narasumber dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 9 orang, 1 guru pendidikan jasmani olahraga kesehatan, dan 8 orang siswa kelas XII. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling, dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis data yang telah dilaksanakan, data yang didapatkan di deskripsikan, diklasifikasikan, dan dihubungkan mendapatkan hasil bahwa media pembelajaran daring pendidikan jasmani olahraga kesehatan (PJOK) pada siswa kelas XII Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Sendawar efektif dalam membantu proses pembelajaran daring. Kesimpulan dari penelitian yang dilaksanakan adalah, media daring pendidikan jasmani olahraga kesehatan (PJOK) di masa pandemi covid-19 pada siswa kelas XII Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Sendawar Kutai Barat Efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui strategi pembelajaran guru PJOK dalam memuwujudkan tujuan kebugaran jasmani pada siswa kelas X SMA N 10 Berau dan Untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi strategi pembelajaran guru PJOK dalam memuwujudkan tujuan kebugaran jasmani pada siswa kelas X SMA N 10 Berau. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan angket, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X di SMA N 10 Berau yang berjumlah 20 siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian analisis pembelajaran guru PJOK dalam memuwujudkan tujuan kebugaran jasmani pada siswa kelas X SMA N 10 Berau di katagorikan “ baik “ 15 siswa atau 50%. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa analisis pembelajaran guru PJOK dalam memuwujudkan tujuan kebugaran jasmani pada siswa kelas X SMA N 10 Berau berkategori baik

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is How to Survey Passing and Shooting Futsal Skills on Komesra FC Futsal Team Players Luwu Regency. The type of research that will be used in this study is quantitative descriptive analysis. into one whole sample. While data analysis using SPSS 21 using descriptive test, and normality test. Based on the results of the analysis of the Futsal Passing and Shooting Skills Survey on the Komesra FC Luwu Regency Futsal Team Players, the percentage value of the Luwu District Komesra FC futsal players' passing skills is in the good category with a total percentage of 53% of the sample or 8 people are in the good category after doing passing test with a distance of 9 meters. Meanwhile, the results of the shooting skills of the Futsal Komesra FC players in Luwu Regency are in the sufficient category with a total percentage of 53% or 8 people are in the sufficient category after taking a shooting test with a distance of 8 meters.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze static balance in students of SDN 004 Samarinda Ilir. Static balance is the ability to maintain a stable body position while standing or standing still. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. Determination of the subject of this study using saturated sampling method by involving all grade 2 students at SDN 004 Samarinda Ilir, namely 30 students. Measurement of static balance using the stork stand test. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that the ability of static balance in grade 2 students of SDN 004 Samarinda Ilir has a good static balance, namely 70% with an average duration of 20 seconds and there are 30% of students who get a shorter duration with an average of 13 seconds so that it falls into the category of less. So it can be concluded that the ability of static balance in grade 2 students at SDN 004 Samarinda Ilir is in the good category.
