Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the physical quality of youth pencak silat athletes in terms of speed, power and strength. The sample of this study was athletes Pencak silat category of young male and female numbered 40 people consisting of 20 male and 20 female. Sampling techniques use purposive samples because it considers the characteristics of age and gender. The quasi-experimental method with the quantitative approach used in this research, The constellation of this research is pretest-posttest one group design. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Descriptive analysis aims to describe the characteristics of this research while inferential analysis using paired one sample test at a significant level ?= 0.05, overall data analysis used is SPSS program version 20.0. The results of this study showed that the quality of physical condition of athletes in the youth competition category is reviewed from speed, power, and strength in the good category. However, in this study, the need to further identify anthropometrics, and psychology athletes to determine the achievements of adolescent martial arts match categories according to gender characteristics.

Abstract

Kota surakarta merupakan salah satu kota yang menjadi pusat kegiatan olahraga. Hal tersebut tidak terkecuali karena adanya kompleks stadion manahan, kampus fakultas keolahragaan, dan pelatnas Asian Paragames juga berpusat di kota Surakarta. Dengan tingginya animo masyarakat kota Surakarta untuk berolahraga, masyarakat masih banyak yang belum mengetahui tentang pemanduan bakat olahraga. Apabila dikembangkan, kota Surakarta akan menciptakan bibit-bibit atlet yang unggul untuk menjadi calon generasi penerus atlet di Indonesia. Tujuan dari kegiatan sosialisasi dan implementasi pemanduan bakat olahraga ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada guru dan mahasiswa agar mampu dan terampil menjadi instruktur dalam pelaksanaan tes kegiatan pemanduan bakat olahraga. Sasaran dari sosialisasi dan pelatihan ini adalah 3 guru PJOK, 25 Mahasiswa, dan 100 siswa. Hasil pengabdian diperoleh bahwa guru dan mahasiswa antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan pemanduan bakat yang dibuktikan dengan guru PJOK dan mahasiswa dapat menjadi tester, serta siswa yang menjadi testi dapat melaksanakan semua item tes. Simpulan dalam pengabdian ini didapatkan bahwa guru, mahasiswa, dan siswa memahami pelaksanaan tes pemanduan bakat olahraga sebagai upaya penjaringan atlet sejak dini. Berdasarkan sosialisasi dan implementasi yang dilaksanakan, guru, mahasiswa, dan siswa mampu melaksanakan tes pemanduan bakat olahraga secara mandiri untuk dapat menemukan bakat siswa dalam bidang olahraga. Surakarta city is one of the cities that has become the centre of sports activities. This is no exception because the Manahan stadium complex, sports faculty campus, and Asian Para game national park are also centred in Surakarta. With the high interest of the people of Surakarta city to exercise, many people still do not know about sports talent scouting. If developed, the city of Surakarta will create the seeds of superior athletes to become candidates for the next generation of athletes in Indonesia. This sports talent scouting and implementation activity aim to provide teachers and students with knowledge in carrying out sports talent scouting activities. These socialization and training targets are 3 PJOK teachers, 25 students, and 100 students. This activity was held in March 2022. The service results were obtained that teachers and students were enthusiastic about participating in talent scouting activities, as PJOK teachers and students could become testers, and students who became testees could carry out all test items. The conclusion in this devotion was obtained that teachers, students, and students knew the implementation of the sports talent scouting test as an effort to screen athletes early on. Thus, it is expected that teachers, students, and students can carry out sports talent scouting tests independently to find student talents in sports.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui kontribusi konsentrasi terhadap hasil ketepatan shooting pada atlet pembinaan prestasi petanque UNS tahun 2020 (2) untuk mengetahui kontribusi motor ability terhadap hasil ketepatan shooting pada atlet pembinaan prestasi petanque UNS tahun 2020 (3) untuk mengetahui kontribusi konsentrasi dan motor ability terhadap hasil ketepatan shooting pada atlet pembinaan prestasi petanque UNS tahun 2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Atlet PP Petanque UNS Tahun 2020. Sampel yang dipilih adalah 20 Atlet PP Petanque UNS Tahun 2020 berjenis kelamin laki-laki dengan teknik sampling purposive. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dengan teknik Nelson Reaction Test untuk data konsentrasi, teknik motor ability test dengan 5 komponen kebutuhan fisik petanque untuk data motor ability, dan teknik shooting test untuk data hasil ketepatan shooting. Analisis data menggunakan Uji Korelasi dan Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pertama, terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara konsentrasi dan hasil ketepatan shooting dengan angka sig penelitian sebesar 0,033 < 0,05. Kedua, terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara motor ability dan hasil ketepatan shooting dengan angka sig penelitian sebesar 0,006 < 0,05. Ketiga, terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara konsentrasi dan motor ability terhadap hasil ketepatan shooting dengan angka sig penelitian sebesar 0,033 < 0,05.  Kata kunci: Konsentrasi, Motor Ability, Hasil Ketepatan Shooting

Abstract

Circuit based inclusion  education  is the  learning of  motion activities through the  circuit method which is divided into several posts  to  improve motor skills according to the characteristics of  children with needs special.  The population and samples in this study were students at the Sukoharjo state extraordinary school totaling 30 people, sampling technique using purposive sampling. The data collection technique using tests and measurements of motor ability k consists of a 20-meter running test, hand eye coordination, agility, and explosive power of the leg muscles. The t-test used in data analysis with a significance level of α = 0.05. The results of this study show that the teacher's strategy in improving the motor skills of children with special needs consists of teachers as companions, mediators, motivators and artists.   Thus, it can be concluded that circuit-based inclusion education can improve the motor skills of children with special needs.  However, it is necessary to conduct further research by considering social environmental factors, psychosocial, physical components, and those related to improving the motor abilities of children with special needs.
