Abstract

The research objective is to investigate and analyze the influence of work discipline, work ethic and organizational climate on the performance of employees at the Department of Agriculture Kubu Raya, either partially or simultaneously. The study used survey methods in an attempt to gather more field data assisted with research instruments adapted to the characteristics of descriptive qualitative research, in this case the researchers provide questionnaires/interview guides are adjusted to the dimensions of the study variables. Based on the research results, simultaneously (Test F) accept the hypothesis of the influence of variables work discipline, work ethic and organizational climate on employee performance Kubu Raya District Agricultural Office. Dominance partially on the performance of successively more influenced by variables discipline, work ethic and organizational climate.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, word of mouth, dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap kepercayaan konsumen pada platform e-commerce Shopee di Kota Pontianak. Penelitian ini ingin membuktikan pengaruh dari masing-masing variabel yaitu kualitas pelayanan, word of mouth, dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap kepercayaan konsumen pada platform e-commerce Shopee di Kota Pontianak. Berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya dan dikaitkan dengan teori pendukung yang dikemukakan oleh para ahli dengan menggunakan program SPSS sebagai alat pengolah data statistik. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu associative research. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling karena peneliti tidak mengetahui jumlah keseluruhan anggota populasi yang diteliti. Sedangkan teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah accidental sampling dengan populasi yang dijadikan sampel sebanyak 30 responden

Abstract

ABSTRACT Survey was conducted at Golden Been Kindergarten in Pontianak City with descriptive method. There are variables which consist of service performance which is limited to five dimensions. The dimensions of service performance are namely reliability, responsiveness, empathy, and manifestation. Due to the services which are given and done by the institution are not yet to be in accordance with stakeholders’ wishes, the main priority dimension of research variables is essential to note in order for the institution services to meet the satisfaction and requirements of all users. Based on Cartesian diagram mapping, the variables dimension is the ability of staffs and officers to give quick responses to complaints, service speed, attentions to complaints, ease in fulfilling the desire of service user. Whilst low priority is considered essential in the variable dimension of the payment time flexibility in case of unexpected delay. Keyword: service, service performance, priority, variables dimension ABSTRAKSurvei dilakukan di Taman Kanak-Kanak Golden Been Kota Pontianak dengan metode deskriptif. Variabel yang terdiri dari kinerja pelayanan dibatasi pada lima dimensi. Dimensi kinerja pelayanan yaitu reliability, responsiveness, empathy, dan manifestation. Dikarenakan pelayanan yang diberikan dan dilakukan oleh lembaga belum sesuai dengan keinginan stakeholders, maka dimensi prioritas utama variabel penelitian perlu diperhatikan agar pelayanan lembaga memenuhi kepuasan dan kebutuhan seluruh pengguna. . Berdasarkan pemetaan diagram kartesius, dimensi variabelnya adalah kemampuan petugas dan petugas dalam memberikan tanggapan yang cepat terhadap keluhan, kecepatan pelayanan, perhatian terhadap keluhan, kemudahan dalam memenuhi keinginan pengguna jasa. Sementara prioritas rendah dianggap penting dalam dimensi variabel fleksibilitas waktu pembayaran jika terjadi penundaan yang tidak terduga. Kata kunci: pelayanan, kinerja pelayanan, prioritas, dimensi variabel

Abstract

The main purpose of this article's research is to describe the level of economic literacy in management students at the Indonesian College of Economic Sciences Pontianak. The research method used by the author is quantitative dexsripfi with data collection instrument in the form of questionnaires. The subject of this study was students of management study program STIE Indonesia Pontianak academic year 2019/2020 which amounted to 221 students. The data analysis uses an average calculation of the total score of questionnaire answers which is then interpreted against the table of economic literacy levels. The main findings of this study are that the level of economic literacy of students of STIE Indonesia Pontianak management study program is in the low category which is reviewed from aspects of literacy that include aspects of the ability to allocate money; financial record skills; knowledge of the benefits of savings; knowledge of debt; knowledge of insurance; decision on replacement of goods; knowledge of investments. The limitation of this study is that it is not able to identify the factors that shape economic literacy

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of trading frequency, trading volume and market capitalization on stock returns in the Coal Mining sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study amounted to 4 companies selected using the purpose sampling method. The analytical tool used is SPSS version 23. Based on the analysis that has been done, the results show that trading frequency has a significant effect on stock returns. Trading volume has a significant effect on stock returns. Market capitalization has a significant effect on stock returns. The magnitude of the influence of the independent variable can affect the dependent variable, which is 45.5% and the remaining 54.5% is influenced by other factors that are not included in the research model.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Analysis of Entrepreneurial Spirit Improvement Strategies for College Students (STIE Indonesia Pontianak)". This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods using data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. This study seeks to describe the strategy in increasing the entrepreneurial spirit for students. The subjects in this study were the Chairperson, Head of Study Programs, Lecturers and Students. The results of this study indicate that the strategy for increasing the entrepreneurial spirit for students is through formal education, through entrepreneurship seminars and through entrepreneurial internships and motivates students to want to open a business. In every strategy, there must be inhibiting and supporting factors, as well as STIE Indonesia Pontianak has obstacles and supports. The inhibiting factors are the students themselves who are still not interested in entrepreneurship, and the supporting factor is the collaboration with the business world.
