Abstract

Kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam keberhasilan sebuah perusahaan, yaitu dengan kualitas produk yang baik mampu menarik perhatian pelanggan untuk memilih suatu produk yang ditawarkan, dan pentingnya nilai suatu kualitas pelayanan juga dapat menciptakan loyalitas pelanggan terhadap perusahaan. Kedua hal ini berkontribusi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kontribusi kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan PT. Mitra Bangun Cemerlang. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti mengambil populasi sebanyak 150 pelanggan  dalam pembelian produk selama kurun waktu satu bulan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner pada sampel penelitian yang berjumlah 60 responden.Tahap-tahap dalam penelitian ini meliputi penyebaran kuesioner pada pelanggan yang membeli produk pada PT. Mitra Bangun Cemerlang. Pengolahan kuesioner menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan berkontribusi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa (adjusted R²) adalah 0,456 artinya 45,6% variasi dari semua variabel bebas (kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan) dapat menerangkan variabel tak bebas (kepuasan pelanggan), sedangkan sisanya 54,4% diterangkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kualitas Pelanggan.

Abstract

Democratic reform, to make employers more clean and responsible, professional to make an efficient and effective bureaucracy, and to create prime for the people. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of democratic leadership style and incentives on motivation in the Garut Regency Regional Secretariat Office. This research is then carried out quantitatively using multiple linear regression analysis. Intention is the most powerful motivator variable. Employee motivation can be increased if the intention is carried out correctly. The t test results also show that incentives have a positive and significant influence on employee motivation at the Regional Secretariat of Garut Regency.

Abstract

Dedication to the Society with the theme Increasing Creativepreneurship in Students at SMKN 4 Tangerang Regency "is a real effort to increase students' ability to create entrepreneurship with a creative approach and following technological developments". Anyone can become a creativepreneur as long as they can create and promote products in a way that is creative, unique, interesting and follows current trends in society. Of course, becoming a creativepreneur is not easy because it requires hard work, commitment and continuous effort as well as following technological developments and trends in society in order to build a successful business. The stages of this community service activity are carried out with the Preliminary Study preparation stage, Preparation of Goals and Targets, Socialization and Registration, Development of Educational Materials including the importance of creativity in entrepreneurship, types of creativepreneur activities, and the use of social media to promote business, Monitoring and Evaluation.

Abstract

The aim of implementing community service in Benda sub-district is to support business actors in promoting SME products in Benda sub-district, Tangerang-Banten City. This activity began with a preparation and field survey stage, which involved direct discussions with the village administrators and village officials of Benda Subdistrict to identify the needs, opportunities and challenges faced by SME business actors. Next, the service team carries out the socialization and training stage, which includes five important aspects: (1) how to create attractive products, (2) choosing a strategic location, (3) practice of creating easy promotional content on social media, (4) distribution strategy products to reach customers, and (5) online marketing. This activity aims to produce SMEs in Benda sub-district, especially home-based businesses, who have an entrepreneurial spirit so they are able to create good marketing strategies. This research aims to optimize the application of digitalization to MSMEs in Benda Subdistrict, Tangerang City, in order to strengthen their position in increasingly dynamic business competition. Through Community Service with seminars and workshops held to provide motivation and marketing strategies as well as introduce digital technology in MSME business operations. The results show a significant increase in MSMEs' abilities and understanding of marketing strategies and the use of digital technology to face healthy competition.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan publik terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di desa serdang wetan kecamatan legok kabupaten Tangerang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1)Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel kualitas pelayanan publik terhadap kepuasan masyarakat Kantor Desa Serdang Wetan. Diketahui bahwa nilai koefisien korelasi 0,545, koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,122 thitung (2,484) > ttabel (1,987) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Berdasarkan koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,122, artinya kualitas pelayanan publik mempengaruhi kepuasan masyarakat sebesar 12,2%.
