Abstract

The aim of implementing community service in Benda sub-district is to support business actors in promoting SME products in Benda sub-district, Tangerang-Banten City. This activity began with a preparation and field survey stage, which involved direct discussions with the village administrators and village officials of Benda Subdistrict to identify the needs, opportunities and challenges faced by SME business actors. Next, the service team carries out the socialization and training stage, which includes five important aspects: (1) how to create attractive products, (2) choosing a strategic location, (3) practice of creating easy promotional content on social media, (4) distribution strategy products to reach customers, and (5) online marketing. This activity aims to produce SMEs in Benda sub-district, especially home-based businesses, who have an entrepreneurial spirit so they are able to create good marketing strategies. This research aims to optimize the application of digitalization to MSMEs in Benda Subdistrict, Tangerang City, in order to strengthen their position in increasingly dynamic business competition. Through Community Service with seminars and workshops held to provide motivation and marketing strategies as well as introduce digital technology in MSME business operations. The results show a significant increase in MSMEs' abilities and understanding of marketing strategies and the use of digital technology to face healthy competition.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan publik terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di desa serdang wetan kecamatan legok kabupaten Tangerang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1)Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel kualitas pelayanan publik terhadap kepuasan masyarakat Kantor Desa Serdang Wetan. Diketahui bahwa nilai koefisien korelasi 0,545, koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,122 thitung (2,484) > ttabel (1,987) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Berdasarkan koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,122, artinya kualitas pelayanan publik mempengaruhi kepuasan masyarakat sebesar 12,2%.

Abstract

Komunitas lari memiliki kebutuhan tinggi terhadap asupan cairan dan elektrolit untuk mendukung performa dan menjaga kesehatan. Namun, minuman isotonik komersial umumnya mengandung pemanis buatan dan bahan tambahan yang berpotensi berdampak negatif jika dikonsumsi dalam jangka panjang. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan komunitas lari melalui pengembangan kewirausahaan berbasis produksi minuman isotonik alami dari bahan lokal. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif melalui enam tahapan utama, yaitu analisis kebutuhan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, pendampingan usaha, pembuatan branding, evaluasi, dan keberlanjutan program dengan melibatkan 30 anggota komunitas Freeletics Tangerang. Kegiatan meliputi edukasi mengenai kebutuhan hidrasi dan elektrolit serta kewirausahaan, pelatihan pembuatan minuman isotonik berbahan air kelapa, madu, dan buah-buahan, serta pendampingan dalam pengemasan, penentuan harga, dan pemasaran digital sederhana. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan peserta, dengan skor rata-rata meningkat dari 46 menjadi 92. Seluruh peserta (100%) mengalami peningkatan keterampilan dalam memproduksi minuman isotonik alami yang sehat dan aman. Selain itu, kelompok peserta berhasil mengembangkan merek produk sebagai bagian dari luaran program. Program ini berpotensi meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi komunitas sekaligus mendorong gaya hidup sehat melalui pemanfaatan bahan lokal. Kata kunci: Komunitas lari, Minuman isotonik, Pengabdian masyarakat Abstract Running communities have a high demand for fluid and electrolyte intake to support physical performance and maintain health. However, commercially available isotonic beverages often contain artificial sweeteners and additives that may have negative long-term health effects. This community service program aimed to empower a running community through entrepreneurship development based on the production of natural isotonic beverages using local ingredients. The program employed a participatory approach consisting of six main stages: needs assessment, training implementation, business mentoring, branding development, evaluation, and program sustainability, involving 30 members of the Freeletics Tangerang running community. Activities included education on hydration and electrolyte needs as well as entrepreneurship, hands-on training in producing natural isotonic beverages using coconut water, honey, and fruits, and mentoring on packaging, pricing, and simple digital marketing strategies. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ knowledge, with the average score increasing from 46 to 92. All participants (100%) demonstrated improved skills in producing safe and healthy natural isotonic beverages. In addition, participant groups successfully developed a product brand as a program output. This program has the potential to enhance community economic independence while promoting a healthy lifestyle through the utilization of local resources.
