Abstract

Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang akan dilaksanakan berupa pembinaan Pembuatan Laporan Keuangan dan Pemasaran Online Usaha Kecil Menengah Bank Sampah Mandiri. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dilapangan bahwa UKM Rafflesia ini memiliki permasalahan untuk melakukan pemasaran hasil produksi dan pencatatan keuangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembinaan UKM Rafflesia yang akan diberikan yaitu metode survei, metode ceramah, metode diskusi dan metode latihan. Hasil dari pengabdian UKM merasakan masih perlu penyesuaian terhadap Pembuatan Laporan keuangan yang berstandar akuntansi keuangan entitas tanpa akuntabilitas publik, sudah ada pemisahan laporan keuangan yang telah biasa disusun oleh UKM melalui keuntungan usaha dan kas pribadi serta telah tersedianya laman media sosial UKM yang dijalankan peserta dan pahamnya mengenai yang harus dilakukan dengan laman tersebut untuk memaksimalkan penjualan

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diadakan diPerumahan Buana Impian 1 & 2 khusus untuk Pedagang Kaki Tua. Awalnya Perumahan Buana 1&2 memiliki satu RW 014 namun pada tahun 2016 Buana Impian 2 menjadiRW 028. Terdapat pertokoan disepanjang jalan Perumahan Buana Impian 1&2 dan terdapat 53 Pedagang asongan (PKL). Tujuan utama dari Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah untuk membantu mengembangkan usaha Pedagang Kali Lima diPerumahan Buana Impian 1&2 dengan berbagai jenis kegiatan usaha seperti penjualan buah-buahan, sepatu, pakaian, sayuran, pakaian dan lain-lain yang pada gilirannya umumnya makanan/kuliner; Para PKL diberikan pelatihan dan bimbingan berupa ceramah dan diskusi yang membahas permasalahan yang dihadapi PKL diPerumahan Buana Impian 1 dan 2. Materi pendidikan dan pelatihan PKL tentang manajemen usaha dan kewirausahaan, pelatihan akuntansi pendapatan dan biaya, cara mempromosikan usaha dan akses permodalan yang dapat diperoleh PKL. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan dan pendidikan PKL, harapannya agar usahanya tumbuh dan berkembang dengan baik. Materi pendidikan dan pelatihan PKL tentang manajemen usaha dan kewirausahaan, pelatihan akuntansi pendapatan dan biaya, cara mempromosikan usaha dan akses permodalan yang dapat diperoleh PKL. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan dan pendidikan PKL, harapannya agar usahanya tumbuh dan berkembang dengan baik. Abstract

This study aims to examine the variables that influence employee turnover intention in Batam City. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job stress and job satisfaction toward employee turnover intention partially and simultaneously. Total of Samples are 96 respondents which were taken by using purposive sampling method and then the data was analyzed by SPSS Program. Methodology in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. This study shows that job stress partially has positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention with t value 3.532 and significant value 0,001. Job satisfaction partially has negative and significant effect on employee turnover intention with t value -2.509 and significant value 0,014. Simultaneously, this Research shows that job stress and job satisfaction have positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention with t value 13.213 and significant value 0,000.

Abstract

The implementation of community service activities that will be carried out in the form of fostering Pemasaran Digital-Based Marketing Empowerment which is located at Rindang Garden Blok B2 No. 04 Buliang Batu Aji Village, Batam. Based on the results of interviews in the field that KUBE Jasmine SMEs have problems marketing their products. In general, SMEs have limitations in mastering the use of information technology facilities plus marketing media that are less well known by the public. SMEs or conventional entrepreneurs consider accounting records to be a hassle. The training method used is to provide training on training using an online website. The methods used in the development of KUBE Jasmine UKM that will be given are survey methods, lecture methods, discussion methods and training methods. The sustainability of the results of the coaching activities is that KUBE Jasmine SMEs are expected to be able to manage marketing through web-based Pemasaran Digital.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the Location and the Price on consumer Purchase Decisions on Buana Impian Shock Market in Batam City either partially or simultaneously. The independent variable of this research is Location and Price and the dependent variable is Purchase Decision. The population of this research was people who have bought in this market. Samples of this study were taken by using accidental sampling. The technique of collecting data from this study is by using questionnaires. Methods of data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of statistical software SPSS. The results of this study are the Location has negative and insignificant effect on Purchase Decisions with coefficient -0.251. Prices has positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions with a coefficient of 0.564. F test results indicate the Location and Price simultaneously have positive and significant influence on Consumers purchase decisions on Buana Impian Shock Market in Batam City. The value of F count 5.408>3.18 and significance value 0.007<0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. Value t count -1.380<2.00758 shows the Location has insignificant and negative influence on Purchase Decisions, with significant value 0.174>0.05 then Ho is accepted and Ha rejected. Price has positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions by value t count 2.400> 2.00758 and the significance value 0.020<0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted.
