Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memperoleh uraian yang lebih mendalam mengenai pengembangan dan penguatan ketrampilan belajar dan inovasi sebagai bagian dari ketrampilan abad 21 pada Buku Siswa Kelas IV Tema “Indahnya Kebersamaan” Subtema “Keragaman Budaya Bangsaku” Edisi Revisi 2017. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analisis isi dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research atau studi kepustakaaan. Pengumpulan dan penelaahan data referensi tentang ketrampilan belajar dan inovasi kemudian dicocokkan dengan kondisi buku siswa kelas IV edisi revisi 2017 terbitan kementrian pendidikan dan kebudayaan. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Keabsahan data dibuktikan menggunakan teknik validasi ahli. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam buku siswa kelas IV tema indahnya kebersamaan subtema keberagaman budaya bangsaku terdapat upaya pengembangan dan penguatan ketrampilan belajar dan inovasi dengan prosentase: ketrampilan berpikir kritis dan memecahkan masalah 51%, ketrampilan komunikasi dan kolaborasi 38%, dan kreativitas dan inovasi 11%.

Abstract

Recognizing the pivotal role of teachers in shaping education, extensive research has been conducted to assess their effectiveness. Among the prominent challenges faced by many educators is mastering public speaking, a crucial skill for effective classroom instruction. This study delves into whether participation in student groups can augment aspiring elementary school teachers' public speaking and teaching competencies while emphasizing the significance of public speaking skills within the teaching profession. Employing descriptive qualitative methods such as interviews, observations, and document analysis, the research elucidates the profound impact of public speaking proficiency on teaching effectiveness. The study encompasses four key stages: preparation, implementation, analysis, and reporting. Twelve students participated as respondents, focusing on those actively engaged in group activities. Additionally, six lecturers from the Primary School Teacher Education Study Program, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta, knowledgeable about the fundamental skill requirements for aspiring teachers and the program director, served as supplementary subjects. The findings suggest that engagement in student groups can significantly enhance aspiring teachers' public speaking skills, thereby better equipping them for successful careers in education.

Abstract

Online games are a sign of fast-growing technological advances. This research aims to 1. Analyze the knowledge gained by students from playing online mobile legend games, 2. Analyze attitudes acquired by students from playing mobile legend online games, 3. Analyze skills acquired obtained by students from playing mobile legend online games. This type of research uses qualitative methods, data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is Miles & Huberman's data validation with steps data collection, data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing/ verification. The validity of the data in this study used two types of triangulations, namely source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of this study are 1. Knowledge gained by students from playing mobile legend online games that students when playing mobile legend games get new vocabulary, namely vocabulary in the form of push, kill, ulti, good game, buff, lord, minion, turtle , victory, defeat etc., 2. Attitudes obtained by students from playing mobile legend online games in terms of the emotional attitude of students have not been able to control their behavior as evidenced by delaying worship, eating, parental orders, besides that it is not uncommon for them to say dirty words when you get team members who are not good at playing. However, emotional attitudes such as speaking harshly are not addressed when they interact with older people. Besides that, playing games for 3-5 hours also inhibits other activities, 3. The skills acquired by students from playing mobile legend online games students are able to interact with older people because in the mobile legend game there is a voice feature where they can talk to team members, this is not realized that it is also included in social interaction, besides that they also carry out direct social interactions such as reciting the Koran, and playing.

Abstract

Student learning motivation plays an important role as a driving force in achieving learning goals. In the learning process, it is important to achieve a balance between the level of student learning motivation and the learning objectives. Each student has a different level of motivation to learn, this is influenced by several factors, one of which is family environmental factors. The purpose of this research was to determine the level of student motivation to learn based on the relationship between mothers and children in grade 5 at SDN 02 Dagen. The relationship studied is the close relationship between mother and child. This research uses a mixed method approach which combines elements of qualitative and quantitative methods. The research subjects were students in class 5 at SDN 02 Dagen and had been selected based on the criteria the researchers needed. The results of the research show that there is an influence of the closeness of mother and child on the level of children's learning motivation. Parents and teachers need to pay attention to and increase children's learning motivation at school, and the role of parents at home must also be carried out well

Abstract

The importance of reading for students in carrying out their learning and acquiring knowledge encourages schools to create a literate school environment. Schools are obligated to provide facilities that support a reading literacy culture for students by enhancing their reading willingness. İt is crucial to develop school programs that boost reading interest and cultivate a literacy culture within the school. This research aims to provide an overview of the literacy program at SDIT Baiturrahman Sepat and an explanation of how this program enhances reading interest among third-grade students. The research utilizes a descriptive qualitative approach, with the school principal, third-grade teachers, and library personnel as the subjects. İnterviews, observations, and documentation are the methods employed by the researcher to collect data. The research findings reveal that the literacy activities at SDIT Baiturrahman Sepat have been effectively carried out with guidance from the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud). This is evidenced by the school’s program that divides literacy activities into three stages: familiarization, development, and learning. The school endeavors to implement this program to enhance reading interest among the students of SDIT Baiturrahman Sepat. The impacts include students developing a fondness for reading, improved reading abilities, increased self-confidence, and creativity, as well as enhanced student academic achievements.

Abstract

TikTok app is a video-based online social media application with interesting special effects designed to interest many people, especially children.  These elementary school kids love to play, and the playful nature of children makes them interested in the tiktok app and its features. The purpose of the study was to assess the advantages, disadvantages and implication of the tiktok application for elementary school students in Krikilan 1, Kec. Kab, Kalijambe Sragen, Prov. Southeast Java qualitative research, also known as field research ,  requires interviews and observation of respondents or actors. Children, class teachers, and parents of SD Krikilan 1 were used as research subjects. Utilizing observation and interview methods for data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing are the three parts of  the  data analysis method used. According to research findings, the most popular TikTok app content for children aged 6 to 8 years is about challenges, food, cuisine, even student idols such as Ibnu wardani and Fuji. The average use of the tiktok application ranges from 30 minutes to 2 hours. The tiktok app has both positive and negative impacts on children who are 6 to 8 years old. The bad result is that children lose interest in learning, while the positive result is that it can foster and develop creativity and help children develop  their skills in video editing.
