<![CDATA[Unity Drumband Indonesia (PDBI) Region of North Sumatra is an organizational body engaged in sports groups, which involves players in various musical instruments. In selecting players, PDBI North Sumatra through the committee to conduct strict selection, through a judging system with several stages of a rigorous process. From the selection of participants, compare each criterion one by one to get the best athletes. Implementation of decision support systems is expected to provide the right solution and can assist the jury in generating a decision. Thus the process of selecting athletes can produce a decision directly without a long time. So that accelerate the selection process of drum band athletes who will strengthen the team of North Sumatra. The Elimination and Choice Translation Reality (ELECTRE) method is required in decision support systems for the selection of drum band athletes who will strengthen the North Sumatra team.]]>

<![CDATA[Peningkatan kualitas pendidikan menjadi unsur konkret yang sangat penting dalam usaha untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas tersebut maka yang perlu di perhatikan adalah masalah prestasi belajar dari siswa. Banyak faktor yang menyebabkan siswa ataupun peserta didik gagal dalam hal akademis, salah satu faktor adalah sistem pendidikan yang kurang maju dan kurang modern. Pada SMA Negeri I STM Hilir memiliki laboratorium komputer yang telah dilengkapi dengan koneksi internet. Dalam laboratorium tersebut juga dilengkapi dengan screen projector dan proyektor sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menampilkan materi-materi pelajaran menggunakan slide presentasi untuk lebih mudah memberikan simulasi materi pelajaran yang disampaikan oleh guru. Namun kendala yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan guru dalam mempersiapkan materi pada slide presentasi membuat slide presentasi yang di tampilkan kurang menarik dan membuat siswa kurang berminat untuk memperhatikan materi yang diajarkan. Dengan melihat permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh para guru di SMA N 1 STM Hilir maka perlu dilakukan pelatihan kepada para guru untuk memanfaatkan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis multimedia dengan semaksimal mungkin sehingga dapat meningkatkan minat belajar dari para siswa. Sehingga berdampak pada meningkatnya pemahaman siswa terhadap materi pelajaran yang disampaikan.]]>

<![CDATA[Perumahan New Pratama Asri merupakan perumahan subsidi pemerintah yang kurang lebih terdiri 80 KK, masyarakat perumahan tersebut pada umumnya memiliki ekonomi menengah kebawah dengan sumber pendapatan dari gaji tenaga kerja harian dan beberapa sebagai karyawan swasta dan pegawai negeri. Warga pada perumahan tersebut setidaknya terdapat 30 KK yang telah memiliki anak sekolah dasar (SD) dan sebagai sekolah menengah pertama (SMP).Metode pelaksanaan kegiatang yang dilakukan di Perumahan New Pratama Asri ialah LPPM Budi Darma Menerima Surat Permintaan Untuk Melakukan Kegiatan Pengabdian, LPPM Budi Darma Menugaskan Dosen Sebagai Tim Pelaksana Kegiatan, Tim Pelaksana Melaukan Perencanaan, Pembangunan Infrastruktur Jaringan Internet di Perumahan New Pratama Asri, Tim Pelaksana Melakukan Persiapan Untuk Melaksanakan Kegiatan Peatihan, Penyusunan Laporan Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada MasyarakatUntuk meningkatkan atusiasme dan pemahaman dari peserta kegiatan dalam menerima materi yang diajarkan digunakan yaitu dengan memanfaatkan power point dengan tampilan slide yang mudah dipahami dan juga disertai gambar. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini ditujukan langsung kepada masyarakat perumahan new pratama asri sehingga masyarakat tersebut tidak mengeluarkan biaya yang lebih dalam menyediakan akses internet. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan terbilang sukses dalam menyalurkan pengetahuan hal ini disimpulkan dari dilakukannya pendampingan pembangunan infrastruktur jaringan internet selama 1 bulan.Selama ini masyarakat perumahan new pratama asri dalam menyediakan akses internet menggunakan paket internet dari operator yang relatif mahal bagi masyarakat dengan penghasilan menengah kebawah, Internet murah dapat membantu masyarakat perumahan new pratama asri dalam menyediakan akses internet, Masyarakat perumahan new pratama asri dapat dengan mudah mengembangkan jaringan internet tersebut ke rumah masyarakat lainnya]]>

<![CDATA[The selection of workshop heads requires an interactive computer-based system that helps decision makers to use data and various models in solving structured problems. One of the selections for the Head of the Workshop is the Decision Support System. Decision Support System is an interactive information system that provides information, modeling and manipulating data. There are many methods used in making decisions in every important data in the form of the number of units per year, the number of services per year, the number of sales of spare parts per year, years of service and discipline, one of which is the AHP and WSM method. AHP is a functional hierarchy with human perceptual input, WSM is a general model, it has been used for different applications such as robotics, processors, and others. The AHP method is used to find the criteria for selecting the best workshop head and the WSM method is used to find the final result of the selection of the workshop head. The results show that the best workshop heads will get rewards in the form of traveling abroad with their families. Thus, the results of the designed system will assist the Company in conducting the selection process for the best workshop heads. however, the calculation only produces the largest value which will be selected as the best alternative]]>

<![CDATA[The condition of birth is the condition of the birth of a baby is one of the main problems in the health sector that is currently happening in Indonesia. In health, there are several indicators of birth conditions, namely normal and caesarean. Determining the degree of condition of the baby's birth is a reflection of the current status of the baby's birth. Children as the nation's successor are closely related to the growth and development of babies today. However, the implementation to improve infant growth and development is still not optimal. This study produces a decision tree of the cases raised showing that there are several attributes that influence the determination of birth conditions. A list of gain values for each attribute will be displayed. The position of the attribute that has the highest gain value displayed indicates the determination of which attribute is the determination of eligibility]]>

<![CDATA[Socialmedia is a medium used by Indonesian people to socialize and also as a medium to express their thoughts on something. Communities who support and reject the procurement of the Sinovac vaccine carried out by the Indonesian government based on the responses submitted by the community on Twitter regarding the procurement of the corona virus vaccine, it can be known in general how much community support, rejects or is neutral on the procurement of the Sinovac corona virus vaccine. using RapidMiner 9.0 using the search operator twitter, then processing the data with the Text Mining Algorithm as a preprocessing text mining, then as a weighting using the Term Frequency – Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) algorithm. The results of data processing will be tested using RapidMiner using several operators such as replace, subprocess and analyze sentiment, the results of the two will be compared with the Term Frequency - Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) algorithm that can only determine sentences with negative or positive meanings, but the ability depends on to the negative and positive connotation words used and the description method is able to describe the general sentiment so that the results of the weighting with the Term Frequency – Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) algorithm can be understood. Therefore, more appropriate connotations are needed in the topic of vaccination. The results of this study can provide an overview of the proportion of people who support, reject or are neutral in procuring the Sinovac vaccine, then the percentage of these results is tested using the RapidMinner application and produces the same percentage value.]]>

Terkhusus dimasa pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) yang mengharuskan aparatur desa untuk melaporkan aktifitasnya kepada warga yang dimana ada banyak pembatasan yang tidak boleh dilakukan seperti pertemuan yang selama ini dilakukan di aula desa dengan menggundang banyak warga. Selain itu juga ada beberapa permasalahan terkait dengan efesiensi, efektifitas, transparansi dan akuntabilitas pengolahan data dan pendistribusian data tersebut kedalam sebuah informasi mengalami banyak kendala seperti kurang percayanya warga dan bahkan warga menjadi acu tak acu. Penggunaan media sistem informasi desa adalah solusi yang tepat untuk menangani permasalahan terkait dengan transparansi, efesiensi, efektifitas dan akuntabilitas data atau informasi yang disampaikan di desa mangga dua. The importance of the surveyor for the company so that all transactions that will be carried out by the debtor do not experience problems or the term is bad credit. Bank Mandiri Syariah sometimes gets results that cannot guarantee the success of the payment period from prospective debtors, this is due to the possibility of disobedience of survey officers to work properly, thus of course detrimental to Bank Mandiri Syariah Medan. Bank Mandiri Syariah Medan provides a career path for survey officers to become Supervisor Surveyors. The determination of the best surveyor is carried out by processing the data according to the types of criteria used as the reference standard in Bank Mandiri Syariah Medan. The application of the Iterative Dichotomizer 3 algorithm for the process of determining the best surveyor is carried out by defining the limits of the value of the input variable.]]>
