Fulfillment of women's political rights is a precondition for the realization of democratic representation which is balanced between men and women. The Regency of Subang is based on the results of the election in 2014, only a percentage of 16%. Therefore, this study aims to determine the implementation of the policy of women's representation in the General Election of Subang DPRD Members.This research uses qualitative method with descriptive approach. The data idan information obtained will be analyzed according to Miles and Huberman data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction activities, data presentation.The results showed that the fulfillment of women's representation in Subang Regency reached 41.74%, while the fulfillment of women's representation by the Gerindra Party reached 40.82% which showed that the policy of women's representation could be implemented well by the Gerindra Party because it was supported by communication, resources, dispositions and bureaucratic structure.The fulfillment obstacle arises both from internal party parties who have not been able to create an effective recruitment process or from women who are not ready to be involved in practical politics because the existing regeneration system has not been running systematically and sustainably. Meanwhile, to create quality control for women candidates, the Gerindra Party seeks to create a rigorous selection process through the stages of screening, screening, and verification

Local government assets are one of the elements of the regional government balance sheet. Asset informaton in the balance sheet, describes the conditons of economic wealth owned by the local government. However, in the Bandung City Revenue Management Agency SKPD report, there was a decrease in the absolute value of the asset component, namely in the account of fixed assets, current assets and total assets. The purpose of the study was to analyze assets in the BPPD Bandung financial statements after a change in nomenclature, and to find out how the financial condition of Bandung BPPD, the ability of Bandung BPPD fulfill its obligations, and any indcators underlying the declnei in assets using ratios, includng; (1) Liquidty Ratoi, (2) Solvability Ratoi; and (3) Debt Ratio. Using descriptive-qualitative methods. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indcate that, after a change in nomenclature, changes in the basis of measurement underlying the preparation of financial statements, namely a combinaton of cash and accrual basis. The financial condition of the Bandung City BPPD 2016-2017, in fulfillng its oblgations in prime condition. Judging from financial ratios, in the form of liquidty ratios, solvency ratios, and debt ratios, Bandung BPPD has a very good value between the comparison of assets and liablities. The decrease in current assets was influenced by the increase in tax receivables. Thus, the increase in tax receivables affects the increase in allowance for tax receivables. This is caused by bad tax receivables. The decrease in fixed assets is affected by the transfer of fixed assets to other asset accounts. This is because the condition of fixed assets is damaged and is not feasible to be used as a fixed asset. Fixed assets that were severely damaged reached 11.3 M.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi rasio keuangan pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) di Kabupaten Majalengka, danuntuk mengetahui peranan rasio keuangan yang diterapkan sebagai indikator going concern pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) di Kabupaten Majalengka.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Laporan Keuangan Pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum di Kabupaten Majalengka dari tahun 2008 sampai dengan tahun 2012dansemuanyadijadikansampelpenelitian.Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data kuantitatif. Sumber pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu Data Primer dan Data Sekunder. Adapun prosedur pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepustakaan dan Pengamatan Lapangandengan caraObservasi, Teknik Wawancara, serta Dokumentasi.Penelitianini menunjukkanbahwaberdasarkan hasil analisis data keuangan pada tahun 2011 dan 2012 pada PDAM Majalengka, kondisi rasio likuiditasnya tergolong sangat baik karena nilai rasionya lebih dari 200%. Nilai rasio leveragenya sebesar 23,50% dan 22,55% sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa nilai tersebut menunjukkan besarnya dana atau modal yang berasal dari pinjaman. Besarnya rasio aktivitas yaitu sebesar 199,59 dan 252,06 yang menunjukkan tingkat efektivitas pemanfaatan aktiva dalam menghasilkan penjualan. Sedangkan besarnya efisiensi pemanfaatan laba sebelum pajak terhadap aktiva (rasio profitabilitas) yaitu sebesar 4,79% dan 8,50%.Analisis rasio keuangan yang menggambarkan kondisi kesehatan perusahaan memiliki peranan penting untuk keberlangsungan perusahaan dalam mempertahankan going concern perusahaan tersebut.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh buzz marketing dan brand ambassador terhadap purchase decision dengan brand awareness sebagai variabel intervening pada pengguna produk ponsel merek vivo di Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 110 responden pengguna produk ponsel merek vivo di Kota Bandung dengan teknik purposive sampling dan accidental sampling melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Pengujian instrumen dilakukan dengan uji asumsi dasar dan asumsi klasik, pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji f, dan uji koefisien determinasi yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan menggunakan path analys. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa buzz marketing, brand ambassador, brand awareness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase decision secara langsung maupun tidak langsung.

Kabupaten Majalengka merupakan salah satu kabupaten di Provinsi Jawa Barat yang memiliki dinamika perubahan, peluang dan tantangan yang paling besar dimasa yang akan datang seiring dengan banyaknya program nasional yang ada dikawasan ini, seperti Bandara Internasional Jawa Barat (BIJB) dan kawasan aerocity, Bendungan Jatigede, Jalan tol Cisundawu dan lain sebagainya. This research aimed at descriptively reviewing marketing and individual environment association upon the customer value as well as verifying the influence of the association upon the customer value, both in partial and simultaneous measurements. A descriptive verification method was applied to the research. Furthermore, the population of the research consisted of students who had been officially registered at Faculty of Teacher Training and Education conducted by Private Universities in West Java Province. A proportional cluster random technique was used to select the sample. In terms of data sources, there were two types: primary and secondary data. To analyze the data, an analysis of Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) was occupied. The result of the research had indicated that marketing and individual environment association and the customer value had shown unsatisfactory outcome. According to verification research, marketing and individual environment association had significantly contributed to the customer value, both in partial and simultaneous measurements.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan disiplin kerja pada Direktorat Pembinaan Masyarakat Di Polda Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja pegawai di Direktorat Pembinaan Masyarakat Polda Jawa Barat telah berhasil diterapkan, karena pegawainya secara umum telah melaksanakan pekerjaan sesuai standar kerja yang telah ditetapkan. Pegawainya juga telah menerapkan budaya dan etika sopan santun dalam bekerja dan memberikan pelayanan yang baik terutama yang berhubungan dengan masyarakat. Selain itu, pegawainya juga telah melakukan pekerjaan dengan baik dan bertanggung jawab yang didukung oleh kemampuan Binmas Polda Jabar yang mumpuni dalam menyediakan sarana dan prasarana dalam menunjang kinerja yaitu penyediaan aplikasi SIMASDA. Meskipun dalam penerapannya belum sepenuhnya optimal karena masih ada beberapa pegawai yang tidak menaati aturan kerja seperti tingginya persentase pegawai yang selalu datang terlambat dan tidak mengikuti apel. Selain itu masih terdapat beberapa kesalahan yang terjadi pada teknis administrasi, walaupun telah didukung oleh SIMASDA namun aplikasi ini juga masih dalam tahap pengembangan lebih lanjut.
