Abstract

Abstrak: Profesi gizi harus menerapkan standar pelayanan gizi untuk dapat memberikan pelayanan yang optimal, terstandar dan profesional. Oleh karena itu diperlukan peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan melalui pendidikan berkelanjutan melalui pelatihan pelatihan dalam rangka meningkatkan Sumber Daya Manusia. Penguasaan konsep yang didasari oleh ilmu yang benar dan up to date mutlak diperlukan oleh profesi gizi dalam menjalankan tugasnya sehari – hari. Tujuan PKM adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan ahli gizi puskesmas dalam melakukan asuhan gizi terstandar di komunitas. PKM akan dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Kabila dengan target pelatihan adalah tenaga ahli gizi yang ada di Puskesmas Kabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango Provinsi Gorontalo. PKM dilaksanakan pada tahun 2021. Hasil pre dan post-test menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan ahli gizi puskesmas dalam menyusun PAGT sebanyak 59%. sedangkan hasil uji t-test berpasangan, terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan dilakukan (p-value = 0,0007). Luaran wajib PKM berupa peningkatan kapasitas tenaga ahli gizi dalam melaksanakan asuhan gizi terstandar di komunitas dan publikasi hasil kegiatan di jurnal ilmiah.Abstract: The nutritionist professionals must apply nutritional service standards to be able to provide optimal, standardized and professional services. Therefore, it is necessary to increase knowledge and skills through continuing education. The purpose of the training is to improve the ability of nutritionists to provide standardized nutrition care in the community. The training is held at the Kabila Health Center with the target of training is nutritionists at the Kabila Health Center, Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo Province. The results of the pre and post-test show an increase in the knowledge of health center nutritionists by 59%. while the results of the paired t-test, there was a difference in knowledge before and after the training was carried out (p-value = 0.0007). The mandatory output of the training is in the form of increasing the capacity of nutritionists in carrying out standardized nutrition care in the community and publishing the results of activities in scientific journals.

Abstract

Stunting is a nutritional problem that can reduce the quality of life of children later. There are several factors associated with stunting, including maternal knowledge. This study aims to determine the relationship between the knowledge of child feeding parenting styles and stunting incidence in Ilotidea Village, Tilango District, Gorontalo District. The research method used a cross-sectional study. The nutritional status was obtained by measuring the height/length of the toddler's body using a microtoise and measuring body length. Meanwhile, the age can be obtained through birth certificates or family cards. The two data were then categorized by using the index of height or body length according to age using the WHO Antro 2005 classification. Data regarding knowledge of feeding parenting styles for toddlers was obtained using a questionnaire. Statistical analysis used the chi-square test with a significance level of 0.05 and 95% CI. A sample of 33 toddlers was taken using random sampling. The results showed that the knowledge of child feeding parenting affects the incidence of stunting (p-value = 0.006). Conclusions about the knowledge of child feeding contribute to feeding practice. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase access to information regarding proper feeding for toddlers.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Background: Obesity at children may impact health negatively for instance coronary heart disease and hypertension. Number of obesity suffering at children keeps increasing as change of eating pattern and life style. Less physical activity can influence weight. Data of Riskesdas in 2010 shows that prevalence of obesity at babies in Gorontalo Province is 7,8%. Objective: it aims to investigate risk factor of physical activity on obesity at children of TK Al-Islah of Gorontalo City in 2017. Research Methodology: research design applies case control. Research samples are 50 children of pre-school. The research samples are divided into 25 children with normal nutritional status and 25 children with obesity nutritional status. Nutritional status is determined by calculation of z-score of IMT/U. Variable of physical activity is determined based on calculation of questionnaire result that is adapted from Baecke’s research. The research is conducted in TK Al-Islah, Kota Tengah, Gorontalo City. It is conducted from July to August 2017. Research finding: Physical activity at students of TK Al-Ishlah, Gorontalo City, physical activity category is good for 56,0%, less good physical activity is 44,0%. Good physical activity and not obesity is 80,0% while good physical activity and obesity is 32,0%. Less good physical activity and not obesity is 20,0% while less good physical activity and obesity is 68,0%. There is correlation of physical activity with students’ nutritional status (IMT/U) at TK Al-Islah in 2017. Keywords: physical activity, obesity, school-aged children ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Obesitas pada anak dapat berdampak negative bagi kesehatan. Contohnya penyakit jantung koroner dan hipertensi. Jumlah penderita obesitas pada anak semakin meningkat seiring perubahan pola makan dan gaya hidup. Gaya hidup yang kurang aktivitas fisik dapat mempengaruhi berat badan. Data dari Riskesdas 2010 menyatakan bahwa prevalensi obesitas pada balita di provinsi Gorontalo mencapai 7,8%. Tujuan: Diketahuinya faktor risiko aktivitas fisik terhadap obesitas pada anak di TK Al-Islah Kota Gorontalo tahun 2017. Metodologi Penelitian: Desain penelitian menggunakan case control. Sebanyak 50 anak pra sekolah dijadikan sampel penelitian. Sampel penelitian dibagi menjadi 25 anak dengan status gizi normal dan 25 anak berstatus gizi obesitas. Status gizi ditentukan berdasarkan perhitungan z-score IMT/U. Variabel aktivitas fisik ditentukan berdasarkan perhitungan dari hasil kuesioner yang diadaptasi dari penelitian Baecke. Penelitian bertempat di TK Al Islah Kota Tengah Kota Gorontalo. Penelitian dilakukan selama bulan Juli sampai dengan Agustus 2017. Hasil Penelitian: Aktivitas fisik pada siswa TK Al-Islah Kota Gorontalo, kategori aktivitas fisik baik 56,0% kategori aktivitas fisik kurang baik 44,0%. Aktivitas fisik baik dan tidak obesitas 80,0% aktivitas fisik baik dan obesitas 32,0%. Aktivitas fisik kurang baik dan tidak obesitas 20,0% dan aktivitas fisik kurang baik dan obesitas 68,0%. Ada hubungan aktivitas fisik dengan status gizi (IMT/U) siswa di TK Al-Islah tahun 2017. Kata Kunci: aktivitas fisik, obesitas, anak sekolah

Abstract

Stunting sebagai masalah gizi yang dapat menurunkan kualitas hidup anak nantinya. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang berhubungan dengan stunting, termasuk pengetahuan ibu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan pola asuh pemberian makan pada balita dengan kejadian stunting di Desa Ilotidea Kecamatan Tilango Kabupaten Gorontalo. Metode penelitian menggunakan cross sectional study. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji chi-square dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 dan CI 95%. Sampel sebanyak 33 balita yang diambil menggunakan random sampling. Hasil Penelitian yaitu pengetahuan pola asuh pemberian makan pada balita berpengaruh terhadap kejadian stunting (p-value=0,006). Kesimpulan pengetahuan mengenai pemberian makan pada balita berkontribusi terhadap praktek pemberian makan. Oleh karenanya, diperlukan usaha peningkatan akses informasi mengenai pemberian makan yang tepat pada balita.

Abstract

 Hypertension is a disease that can affect anyone, whether young or old, whether rich or poor. Hypertension is one of the deadliest diseases in the world. As many as 1 billion people in the world or 1 in 4 adults suffer from this disease. It is even estimated that the number of people with hypertension will increase to 1.6 billion by 2025.This study aims to determine the description of the nutritional status of elderly hypertension in the working area of the North City Health Center.The type of research used in this study is a descriptive survey method, namely to obtain an overview of the nutritional status of elderly hypertensive patients. The research sample was 54 people. Data analysis using univariate analysis.Nutritional status of the hypertensive elderly in the North City Health Center Working Area with the category of normal nutritional status 16 people, 18 overweight people and the hypertensive elderly in the North City Health Center Working Area with blood pressure of 140-159 mmHg (Stage 1) as many as 23 people. or equivalent to 63.88%.Overview of the Nutritional Status of Elderly Hypertensive Patients In the North City Health Center Work Area the most with blood pressure of 140-159 mmHg or stage 1 hypertension. Most or 50% of 36 elderly hypertension patients have overweight nutritional status .Hipertensi merupakan suatu  penyakit yang bisa menyerang siapa saja, baik mudah maupun tua, entah orang kaya maupun miskin. Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit paling mematikan di dunia. Sebanyak 1 miliar orang di dunia atau 1 dari 4 orang dewasa menderita penyakit ini. Bahkan diperkirakan jumlah penderita hipertensi akan meningkat menjadi 1,6 milyar menjelang tahun 2025.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui gambaran status gizi hipertensi lansia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kota Utara.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode survei deskriptif yaitu untuk memperoleh gambaran status gizi pasien hipertensi lansia. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 54 orang. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat. Status  gizi pada lansia hipertensi di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kota Utara dengan kategori status gizi normal 16 orang, kelebihan berat badan 18 orang dan lansia yang hipertensi di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kota Utara dengan tekanan darah 140-159 mmHg (Stadium 1) sebanyak 23 orang atau setara dengan 63,88%.Gambaran Status Gizi Pasien Hipertensi Lansia Di Wilayah   Kerja Puskesmas Kota Utara paling banyak dengan tekanan darah 140-159 mmHg atau hipertensi stadium 1. Sebagian besar atau 50% dari 36 orang pasien hipertensi lansia memiliki status gizi kelebihan berat badan

Abstract

Abstrak: Masalah gizi yang umum terjadi pada remaja yaitu di antaranya, kurus, sangat kurus, gemuk, dan obesitas. Selain itu pula, masalah gizi lainnya yang sangat sering terjadi pada remaja adalah anemia. Besarnya angka prevalensi masalah gizi pada remaja tersebut akan memberikan dampak negatif di kemudian hari. Dampak tersebut dapat mencakup masalah kesehatan seperti peningkatan resiko penyakit tidak menular, kecenderungan menderita sindrom metabolik serta penyakit kardiovaskular, dan beberapa jenis kanker. Salah satu upaya dalam pencegahan masalah gizi pada remaja adalah adanya posyandu remaja. Tujuan PkM adalah untuk meningkatkan kapasitas kader dalam deteksi dini serta upaya penanggulangan masalah gizi remaja. Pelatihan dilaksanakan di Desa Tabumela. Target pelatihan adalah 10 orang kader Posyandu Remaja yang ada di Desa Tabumela Kecamatan Tilango Kabupaten Gorontalo. Hasil kegiatan, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader posyandu remaja sebanyak 57% dengan rata-rata nilai pre-test sebesar 52 dan post-test sebanyak 80. Hasil uji T-test berpasangan p-value = 0,000 sehingga disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan kader posyandu remaja dapat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader posyandu remaja di Desa Tabumela. Abstract: Nutritional problems that commonly occur in adolescents include underweight, severely underweight, overweight, and obese. Besides that, another nutritional problem that very often occurs in adolescents is anaemia. The high prevalence of nutritional problems in adolescents will have a negative impact in the future. These impacts can include health problems such as an increased risk of non-communicable diseases, a tendency to suffer from metabolic syndrome and cardiovascular disease, and some types of cancer. One of the efforts to prevent nutritional problems in adolescents is the existence of a posyandu of adolescents. The aim of PkM is to increase the capacity of cadres in early detection and efforts to overcome adolescent nutrition problems. PkM will be held in Tabumela Village with the target of training being posyandu adolescent cadres in Tabumela Village, Tilango District, Gorontalo Regency. The results of PkM activities, there was an increase in the knowledge and skills of youth posyandu cadres by 57% with an average pre-test score of 52 and a post-test of 80. The results of the paired T-test p-value = 0.000 so it was concluded that training and mentoring activities youth posyandu cadres can have a significant effect on increasing the knowledge and skills of youth posyandu cadres in Tabumela Village.

Abstract

Abstrak: Masalah gizi yang umum terjadi pada remaja yaitu di antaranya, kurus, sangat kurus, gemuk, obesitas, pendek dan sangat pendek. Masalah-masalah tersebut erat kaitannya dengan asupan gizi yang tidak adekuat. Salah satu upaya dalam pencegahan masalah gizi pada remaja adalah adanya peran edukator sebaya. Edukator sebaya pada remaja perlu diberikan pelatihan secara kontinu untuk menjamin kemampuan dan pengetahuan yang terbarukan. Tujuan PkM adalah untuk meningkatkan kapasitas edukator sebaya dalam deteksi dini serta upaya penanggulangan masalah gizi remaja. ..PkM dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Pilolodaa Kota Gorontalo dengan target pelatihan 15 remaja anggota organisasi Karang Taruna yang ada di Kelurahan Pilolodaa Kota Gorontalo. Kegiatan PkM meliputi diskusi interaktif, pemberian materi dengan metode ceramah dan praktek pengukuran antropometri remaja. Evaluasi kegiatan berupa pre dan post-test. Hasil kegiatan PkM berupa peningkatan kemampuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam hal gizi remaja dan deteksi dini masalah gizi remaja sebesar 59%.Abstract: Common nutritional problems that occur in adolescents include being underweight, overweight, obese, short, and very short. These problems are closely related to inadequate nutritional intake. One effort in preventing nutritional problems in adolescents is the role of peer educators. Peer educators in adolescents need to be continuously trained to ensure updated abilities and knowledge. The purpose of Community Service (PkM) is to increase the capacity of peer educators in early detection and efforts to overcome adolescent nutritional problems. PkM was carried out in Pilolodaa Village, Gorontalo City with a target of training 15 teenage members of the Karang Taruna organization in Pilolodaa Village, Gorontalo City. The evaluation of the activity consisted of pre and post-tests. The results of the PkM activity showed an increase in the participants' abilities and skills in adolescent nutrition and early detection of adolescent nutritional problems by 59%.
