Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk menjadikan guru-guru SD di Kecamatan Glagah dan Turi memiliki ketrampilan dalam pengembangan kelas digital dengan memanfaatkan google classroom sebagai media pembelajaran digital. Adapun metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini antara lain: (1) Persiapan, (2) Pendidikan dan pelatihan pengembangan desain kelas digital dengan google classroom, dan (3) tindak lanjut. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam kegiatan ini diantaranya (1) Meningkatnya informasi dan wawasan mengenai penggunaan google classroom sebagai media pembelajaran digital sebesar 80%, (2) Guru SD memiliki keterampilan dalam penggunaan google classroom sebagai media pembelajaran digital. (3) Guru SD dapat memanfaatkan fasilitas evaluasi berbasis digital.Abstract:  The purpose of this community service is to make elementary school teachers in Glagah and Turi Districts have skills in developing digital classes by utilizing Google Classroom as a digital learning media. The methods of implementing community service activities include: (1) Preparation, (2) Education and training in digital classroom design development with Google Classroom, and (3) follow-up. The results obtained in this activity include the following: 1) Increased information and insights about using Google Classroom as a digital learning media by 80%, 2) Elementary teachers have skills in using Google Classroom as a digital learning media. 3) Elementary teachers can utilize digital-based evaluation facilities.

Abstract

Perangkat desa memiliki peran penting dalam membantu untuk memajukan setiap desa, oleh sebab itu pemilihan perangkat desa membutuhkan strategi khusus dan bersifat transparan agar desa mendapatkan banyak bakal calon atau bibit unggul yang sudah teruji secara teori dan hasilnya dapat dilihat secara langsung. Seleksi rekrutmen perangkat desa yang terjadi di beberapa desa saat ini sedang diwarnai dengan berbagai isu maupun kasus kecurangan, ini artinya mental yang disajikan di masyarakat bukan lagi mental yang mendidik, melainkan mental yang butuh untuk dididik. Hal demikian patut untuk segera kita lakukan revolusi terhadap sistem rekrutmen dan seleksi perangkat desa, sebab jika dibiarkan maka akan berdampak pada rusaknya sistem berokrasi pemerintah desa dan tidak akan adanya rasa hormat dan percaya masyarakat terhadap perangkat desa yang terpilih. Proses penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan pada kegiatan rekrutmen dan seleksi perangkat desa ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, serta dengan cara yang deskriptif dalam bentuk kata-kata dan bahasa pada suatu konteks khusus yang dilakukan secara alamiah dengan memanfaatkan berbagai metode yang bersifat ilmiah. Proses rekrutmen dan seleksi perangkat desa dilalukan secara terbuka dan tertutup, maksudnya terbuka adalah proses rekrutmen dan seleksi di umumkan kepada seluruh masyarakat desa untuk dapat mengikuti ujian pemilihan atau penjaringan perangkat desa. Proses rekrutmen dibuka secara umum untuk masyarakat mulai dari pendaftaran hingga ujian tertulis. Sedangkan tertutup, adalah adanya karantina yang diberlakukan untuk panitia dan tim naskah akademik yang dilakukan sehari sebelum prosesi ujian tertulis dilaksanakan. Tahap terakhir adalah tahap pengumuman hasil dari ujian tertulis yang akan dibacakan langsung didepan calon perangkat desa, tujuannya adalah agar seluruh calon perangkat desa dan masyarakat dapat menerima dengan baik hasil keputusan ujian penjaringan perangkat desa di Desa Sugihwaras.

Abstract

 Education is a complex activity, has broad dimensions and many variables that influence it. As a psychological process, education cannot be separated from teaching and learning activities. Thus, education is a process of interaction between educators and students who have specific goals. Education as a process basically guides students towards the stages of maturity in which education is in the family and in the environment. Classroom management is one of the teacher's knowledge and skills concerning the creation of conducive, effective classroom conditions in order to achieve optimal learning goals. Given this, most of the teachers who teach in the classroom do not pay attention to classroom management. In fact, one aspect of achieving learning objectives is classroom management. This research is a correlational study which aims to investigate the relationship between classroom management (X) and student learning outcomes (Y). Data collection techniques are methods used by researchers to obtain data discussed in research. Research data was collected through various methods including: questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between classroom management and student learning outcomes at SD Negeri 4 Made, Lamongan District, Lamongan Regency. Class management can affect student learning outcomes 49.14%. Meanwhile, 50.86% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Tutoring is the provision of assistance to children in solving learning problems that they do not understand. Free tutoring referred to in this study is the provision of assistance to school subjects that are not understood, approaches and services to children so that they recognize themselves and are able to make the right decisions in their learning activities. This research was conducted in Lopang village, Kembangbahu district, Lamongan district with 26 respondents. This study aims to analyze whether or not there is an effect of free tutoring on learning motivation, with the data collection methods used in this study were questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The approach used is quantitative with a simple linear regression model with SPSS. In SPSS the significance is written by default as 0.05. From the hypothesis test that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the free tutoring variable has a significant effect on children's learning motivation in Lopang village. This is shown in the Summary data where the R Square value or coefficient of determination (KD) is 0.090, which means that the independent variable or free tutoring affects the dependent variable as much as 9%, the remaining 91% is influenced by other factors. With a value (Sig.) of 0.138, which means a probability value greater than 5%, which is 0.05, it indicates that Free Tutoring has no effect on Learning Motivation.

Abstract

In order to improve the quality of education, the thing that needs to be considered is about Human Resource Management because without the support of good human resources, an organization or educational institution will not be able to progress and develop. Therefore, every organization or educational institution that wants to progress and develop must pay attention to human resources and manage them properly, in order to create quality education. This study aims to determine whether human resource management is very influential in improving the quality of education at the State Elementary School II Bakalanpule. The research method uses field research with a qualitative descriptive approach which aims to obtain information about the existing conditions and is designed to collect information about real, ongoing conditions. The results of this study indicate that human resource management has a very good influence on improving the quality of education at the State Elementary School II Bakalanpule where the principal assigns all teachers to participate in several activities and programs to support the ability and competence of teachers to continue to improve and develop, including is participating in seminars and training activities. Programs and activities to increase entrepreneurial, supervisory, managerial and entrepreneurship skills and are supported by educational staff who implement a good quality culture so that in terms of improving the quality of education it is very effective.
