Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan implementasi Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM) sebagai upaya peningkatan literasi membaca peserta didik di sekolah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model penelitian kualitatif dengan kajian literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan informasi hasil Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum, guru dapat menyusun strategi pembelajaran yang efektif dan berkualitas. Hasil Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum dapat memberi gambaran kepada guru mengenai takaran yang tepat untuk setiap “teaching at the right level”. Strategi yang sesuai dengan kondisi murid, tugas atau pembelajaran yang diberikan juga sesuai dengan kondisi peserta didik. Dengan demikian antusiasme untuk belajar tetap terjaga. Rasa bosan karena tantangan atau tugas yang terlalu sederhana atau rasa putus asa karena tugas yang terlalu sulit, di luar jangkauan murid dapat dihindari.Abstract:  This study aims to analyze the implementation policies of the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) in improving the reading literacy efforts of students in schools. This type of research used in this research is a qualitative research model with a literature review. The results showed that using the information from the Minimum Competency Assessment results, teachers could develop effective and quality learning strategies. The results of the Minimum Competency Assessment can provide an overview to the teacher about the correct dose for each teaching at the right level. Strategies that are in accordance with the conditions of the students, assignments or learning given are also in accordance with the conditions of students. Thus the enthusiasm for learning is maintained. Boredom because of challenges or tasks that are too simple or feeling hopeless because of tasks that are too difficult, beyond the reach of students can be avoided.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the innovation of education management at MTs Ar Rosidiyyah Bandung. This research is a field research (field work research) which includes aspects of planning, implementation and evaluation. Sources of data in this study were the head of the madrasa, waka curriculum, waka sarpras and several teachers. In collecting data, the author uses three kinds of techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Furthermore, the authors analyzed using the Milles and Huberman interactive analysis model, with the flow of data reduction, data compilation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that: Educational management innovation at MTs Ar Rosidiyyah Bandung is carried out with reference to three stages, namely: First, Innovation at the planning stage which includes the goal process, problem identification, supports and barriers, alternative problem solving, alternative decision making, and evaluation. Second, innovation at the implementation stage which includes the process of socialization, polling, and dissemination. Third, innovation at the evaluation stage which includes the process of identifying problems, making problem priority scales, problem analysis, alternative solutions, and follow-up plans

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the policy of teaching and learning activities carried out at IHAQI Creative Boarding School Bandung. This research uses a qualitative method, in collecting information and data on the use of observation techniques and interviews online. The results of the research found that the implementation of the policy of teaching and learning activities during this pandemic has been implemented three learning models, namely (1) Model Online School (2) Model Online School and Daurah (3) Model Boarding School and Daurah. In line with the increasing development of covid-19, the headmaster determined the policy of teaching and learning activities using the online school model, this model becomes a more effective first choice. The learning used in this online school model uses media such as zoom, google classroom, google meet, and IHAQI E-Learning application. This policy is established in order to create security and protection for all stakeholders in pesantren environment because health is the main capital in carrying out healthy learning activities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the policy of teaching and learning activities carried out at pesantren Persatuan Islam 1-2 Bandung. This research uses qualitative method, in collecting information and data on the use of observation techniques and interviews online. The results of the research found that the implementation of the policy of teaching and learning activities during the pandemic is enforced two stages, the learning stage turns and the online stage as a whole. In line with the increasing development of covid 19, the Head of Pesantren which is often referred to as Mudir Am determines the policy of teaching and learning activities using online systems, this system becomes the main choice that is seen as more effective in anticipating the spread of the outbreak.The learning used in this online system uses media such as zoom, google classroom, google meet and whatsapp group. Muhadharah activities and other constructions are diverted based online. This policy is established in order to create security and protection for all stakeholders in pesantrenn environment.

Abstract

Era society 5.0 merupakan kelanjutan dari era revolusi industri 4.0 yang lebih menonjolkan sisi humanisme dalam menyelesaikan masalah-masalah sosial termasuk pendidikan dengan mengintegrasikan antara virtual dan realita. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis kebijakan pemerintah tentang pengembangan guru di era society 5.0 dengan mengunakan sumber data atau referensi yang berupa buku, jurnal, prosiding dan lain-lain yang secara umum disebut library research. Terdapat beberapa kondisi dan penyebab dari rendahnya kualitas profesi guru, antara lain:  1) Belum tercapainya standarisasi kualifikasi akademik guru minimal D4/S1 sebagaimana tercantum dalam Permendiknas Nomor 16 Tahun 2007, 2) Pengembangan kompetensi guru yang seringkali terhambat karena faktor internal dan eksternal, 3) Rekrutmen guru yang tidak efektif,4) Kesejahteraan guru berupa penghasilan yang masih sangat kecil dan tidak sebanding dengan tugas guru sebagai pembentuk watak dan peradaban manusia.Walaupun kebijakan-kebijakan strategis dari pemerintah yang berkaitan dengan keempathal tersebut sudah ada, namun implementasinya masih sangat kurang apalagi jika dihubungkan dengan kebutuhan era society 5.0 yang menuntut profesionalisme guru yang handal dalam menyiapkan generasi unggul masa kini dan masa yang akan datang. Kata kunci: kebijakan pemerintah, pengembangan guru, era society 5.0 The era of society 5.0 is a continuation of the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 which further emphasizes the side of humanism in solving social problems including education by integrating virtual and reality. This study aims to analyze government policies on teacher development in the era of society 5.0 by using data sources or references in the form of books, journals, proceedings, and others which are generally called library research. There are several conditions and causes for the low quality of the teaching profession, including: 1) The standardization of minimum academic qualifications of D4/S1 teachers has not been achieved as stated in Permendiknas No. 16 of 2007, 2) Teacher competence is often hampered due to internal and external factors, 3) Ineffective teacher recruitment, 4) Teacher welfare in the form of income which is still very small and not comparable to the teacher's duty as a form of human character and civilization. Even though strategic policies from the government relating to these five things already exist, their implementation is still lacking, especially when connected with the needs of the 5.0 era society which demands reliable professionalism in preparing superior generations today and in the future.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to identify and address various challenges faced by TK Nurani in implementing character education based on parent partnerships. The issues encountered include limitations in the number and qualifications of human resources, lack of parental involvement, and community perceptions that are not aligned with the reality on the ground. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach, with data collected through observations, interviews, and document analysis. The results show that TK Nurani has implemented several programs such as teacher working groups, routine Dhuha prayers, parent meetings at the beginning of the semester, and teacher training every three months. However, the effectiveness and continuity of these programs still need improvement. The discussion highlights the need for more efficient and adaptive human resource management strategies, continuous professional development for teachers and staff, and increased parental involvement through more inclusive and sustainable partnership programs. Additionally, regular maintenance and enhancement of physical facilities and educational tools are necessary to create a conducive learning environment. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of a holistic and integrated approach to educational management, focusing on character education and parent-school partnerships. The implementation of these strategies is expected to improve the quality of education at TK Nurani and support the comprehensive development of students. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengatasi berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi oleh TK Nurani dalam implementasi pendidikan karakter berbasis kemitraan dengan orang tua. Masalah yang dihadapi termasuk keterbatasan jumlah dan kualifikasi sumber daya manusia, kurangnya keterlibatan orang tua, serta persepsi masyarakat yang tidak relevan dengan realita lapangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa TK Nurani telah melaksanakan berbagai program, seperti kelompok kerja guru, pembiasaan shalat dhuha, perkumpulan orang tua di awal semester, dan pelatihan guru setiap tiga bulan sekali. Namun, efektivitas dan kontinuitas program-program tersebut masih perlu ditingkatkan. Pembahasan menyoroti perlunya strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia yang lebih efisien dan adaptif, pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan bagi guru dan staf, serta peningkatan keterlibatan orang tua melalui program kemitraan yang lebih inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Selain itu, pemeliharaan rutin dan peningkatan fasilitas fisik serta alat peraga edukatif juga diperlukan untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pendekatan holistik dan terintegrasi dalam manajemen pendidikan, dengan fokus pada pendidikan karakter dan kemitraan antara orang tua dan sekolah. Implementasi strategi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di TK Nurani dan mendukung perkembangan siswa secara komprehensif.
