Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk transfer keterampilan memproduksi abon ikan dan viral marketing kepada masyarakat Desa Bunkate, Kecamatan Jonggat, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui intervensi dan pelatihan. Kelompok sasaran kegiatan adalah kelompok petani budidaya ikan air tawar Desa Bunkate, Kecamatan Jonggat, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Manfaat kegiatan ini adalah 1) memberikan keterampilan produk abon ikan, 2) memberikan keterampilan cara pengambilan foto produk, dan 3) meningkatkan pengetahuan viral marketing. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa: 1) peserta pelatihan telah mampu memproduksi bon ikan denga tiga varian rasa yaitu abon ikan nila, abon ikan salem, dan abon ikan bandeng , 2) peserta pelatihan telah mampu mengambil foto produk dengan peralatan sederhana, 3) peserta pelatihan sudah dapat melakukan kegiatan viral marketing yatu membuat akun dan konten menarik dalam salah satu platform penjualan online. Namun, untuk pembuatan abon dan viral marketing perlu diadakan pelatihan lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan keterampilan memproduksi bon dengan pengemasan yang lebih berkualitas, pembuatan abon dengan masa kadaluarsa lebih lama, dan meningkatkan jangkauan pemasaran. Secara keseluruhan pengabdian masyarakat ini kegiatan berjalan dengan baik dan mendapatkan respon positif dari peserta dan pra petani budidaya ikan air tawar setempat.Abstract:  The purpose of this community service activity is to transfer skills to produce fish abon and viral marketing to the people of Bunkate Village, Jonggat Subdistrict, Central Lombok Regency. The method of carrying out activities is carried out through intervention and training. The target group of activities is the freshwater fish farming farmer group Bunkate Village, Jonggat Subdistrict, Central Lombok Regency. The benefits of this activity are 1) providing skills for shredded fish products, 2) providing skills on how to take product photos, and 3) increasing viral marketing knowledge. The results of the evaluation showed that: 1) the training participants were able to produce fish fillets with three flavors, namely shredded tilapia, salmon shredded, and shredded milkfish, 2) trainees were able to take product photos with simple equipment, 3) trainees had can carry out viral marketing activities, namely creating interesting accounts and content on one of the online sales platforms. However, for floss production and viral marketing, further training is needed to improve skills in producing vouchers with higher quality packaging, making floss with a longer expiration date, and increasing marketing reach. Overall, this community service activity went well and received a positive response from participants and pre-farmers of local freshwater fish cultivation.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat “Pelatihan pembuatan bros dan viral marketing” adalah untuk transfer keterampilan pembuatan bros dan viral marketing kepada masyarakat dusun Mertak Wareng, desa Beber, kecamatan Batukliang, kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui intervensi dan pelatihan. Kelompok sasaran kegiatan pengabdian kepada  masyarakat ini adalah ibu-ibu rumah tangga dusun Mertak Wareng, desa Beber, kecamatan Batukliang, kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Manfaat kegiatan ini adalah 1) memberikan keterampilan pembuatan bros mutiara, 2) memberikan keterampilan cara pengambilan foto produk, dan 3) meningkatkan pengetahuan viral marketing. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa peserta pelatihan sudah mampu membuat beberapa bros mutiara, mengambil foto produk dengan peralatan sederhana, dan melakukan kegiatan viral marketing. Namun, untuk pembuatan bros dan viral marketing perlu diadakan pelatihan lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan keterampilan membuat bros dengan berbagai varian dan meningkatkan pemasaran. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat “Pelatihan pembuatan bros dan viral marketing” di dusun Mertak Wareng, desa Beber, kecamatan Batukliang, kabupaten Lombok Tengah berjalan dengan baik dan mendapatkan respon positif dari peserta dan Kadis Dikbud Kabupaten Lombok Tengah.Abstract: The purpose of the community service activity "Brooch making training and viral marketing" is to transfer brooch making and viral marketing skills to the people of Mertak Wareng hamlet, Beber village, Batukliang sub-district, Central Lombok district. The method of implementing activities is carried out through intervention and training. The target group for this community service activity is housewives in Mertak Wareng hamlet, Beber village, Batukliang sub-district, Central Lombok district. The benefits of this activity are 1) providing pearl brooch making skills, 2) providing skills on how to take product photos, and 3) increasing viral marketing knowledge. The evaluation results showed that the training participants were able to make several pearl brooches, take product photos with simple equipment, and carry out viral marketing activities. However, for brooch making and viral marketing, further training is needed to improve skills in making brooches with various variants and improve marketing. Overall, the community service activity "Brooch making training and viral marketing" in Mertak Wareng hamlet, Beber village, Batukliang sub-district, Central Lombok district went well and received positive responses from participants and the Head of the Education and Culture Office of Central Lombok Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher competence from four dimensions, namely pedagogic competence, professional competence, personality competence, and social competence on students' problem solving abilities. This type of research is a survey type quantitative research. The samples in this study were fourth grade elementary school students taken from three schools in the districts of West Lombok and Central Lombok. Data collection methods in this study used tests, questionnaires, unstructured interviews and documentation. The data obtained were then analyzed by simple linear regression to determine the extent of the influence of teacher competence on student problem solving. The results of this study indicate that pedagogic competence and social competence of teachers have a significant influence on student problem solving, while professional competence and personality competence do not have a significant effect. In conclusion, the role of teacher competence, namely pedagogic competence and social competence, has a significant aspect on students' problem solving abilities, although this effect does not apply in all schools, and teacher pedagogic competence on student problem solving, but does not occur in one school only. Abstract

This research aims to determine the quality of human resources by using supporting variables such as the role of interoperability, information transparency, technical assistance and decision making. Current developments certainly require higher quality human resources to support better industrial sectors. With the help of supporting technology, sufficient information, technical assistance provided and appropriate decision making, it is hoped that it will be able to become a supporting factor in improving the quality of human resources. This research is a type of research using design. The research method used is a quantitative approach with associative methods. The Associative Method aims to determine the influence or relationship between two or more variables. The type of data used is primary data obtained using questionnaire techniques, interviews, observations and in-depth interviews. The sampling technique is probability sampling. With data analysis SPSS is used for quantitative data, the data analysis steps used in this research are validity and reliability analysis, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the research show that the variables Implementation of Interoperability, Information Transparency, Technical Assistance, and Decision Making together show a positive and significant influence on the HR Quality Improvement variable.
