Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengkaji pengaruh dari Rasio CAMEL (Capital, Assets, Management, Earning, Liquidity) terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan (Pertumbuhan Laba) Penelitian ini mengambil data sekunder yang diperoleh dari perusahaan perbankan yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Populasi dalam penelitian adalah perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode tahun 2017 sebanyak 61 perusahaan. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik kriteria peringkat 6 bank berdasarkan jumlah aset yang dikeluarkan oleh Bank Indonesia. Hasil uji hipotesis dalam studi ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa variabel capital (X1), asset (X2), management (X3), dan liquidity (X5) secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba pada perusahaan perbankan. sedangkan variabel Equity (X4) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba pada perusahaan perbankan. Kata Kunci: Capital, Assets, Management, Earning, Liquidity, Pertumbuhan Laba AbstractThis study aims to examine and examine the effect of the CAMEL Ratio (Capital, Assets, Management, Earning, Liquidity) on Company Performance (Profit Growth). This study takes secondary data obtained from banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in this study are banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2017 period as many as 61 companies. The sample selection used the technique of ranking six banks based on the number of assets issued by Bank Indonesia. The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that using multiple linear regression analysis shows that the variables of capital (X1), assets (X2), management (X3), and liquidity (X5) partially have a negative and insignificant effect on profit growth in banking companies. . while the Equity variable (X4) has a positive and significant effect on profit growth in banking companies. Keywords: Capital, Assets, Management, Earning, Liquidity, Profit Growth.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase awareness of the younger generation in Sanrobone Village, Takalar in maintaining environmental cleanliness and health through an educational and participatory approach. Activities include counseling on 3R waste management (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), composting training, the formation of a village waste bank, and real actions in the form of planting trees and cleaning water channels. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in the understanding and skills of young people in managing waste and protecting the environment. In addition, the formation of the Sanrobone Village Waste Bank is the first step in efforts to reduce plastic waste and increase the economic value of inorganic waste. This activity has succeeded in fostering the commitment of the younger generation as pioneers of a sustainable clean and healthy environment movement in the village.

Abstract

Household waste management remains a major challenge in rural areas, including Sunggumanai Village, Pattallassang District, Gowa Regency. Low public awareness and the absence of a structured community-based waste management system have negatively affected environmental quality and public health. This community service activity aimed to enhance community knowledge, awareness, and participation through the socialization of community-based waste management toward a clean and healthy environment. The activity was conducted on September 27, 2025, involving 30 participants consisting of community representatives, housewives, youth, and community leaders. The methods applied included educational socialization, participatory discussions, and waste segregation simulations based on the 3R principles (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). The results indicated an improvement in participants’ understanding of waste types, the environmental and health impacts of improper waste management, and the importance of collective waste management practices. Participants also demonstrated positive attitudes and readiness to implement household waste segregation, as well as emerging ideas for establishing community-based waste management initiatives. In conclusion, this activity proved to be an effective initial step in promoting behavioral change toward sustainable waste management and supporting the creation of a clean and healthy village environment.

Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in coastal regions frequently encounter challenges regarding transparent financial governance and non-data-driven business unit selection. This community service activity aims to optimize the governance of BUMDes Sanrobone, Takalar Regency, through the digitalization of financial information systems and village economic potential mapping. The activity was conducted on May 5, 2026, at the Sanrobone Village Office Hall, involving 25 participants comprising BUMDes management, village officials, and local coastal MSME actors. The implementation method utilized a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach across three stages: preparation, implementation (training and FGD), and evaluation. The intervention results demonstrated a significant increase in participants' capacity regarding digital accounting management, where the average pre-test score of 42.60 increased to 84.80 in the post-test, achieving an N-Gain score of 0.73 (high category). This program successfully produced outputs including a Digital Financial Report, Financial SOPs, and a Village Potential Map Document recommending the development of a marine product aggregator business unit and the Sanrobone Fort edutourism management unit. Digitalization and data-driven asset mapping are proven to enhance accountability and provide a sustainable strategic business direction for BUMDes.
