This study aims to test and analyse the Company Size and Liquidity Influence the Capital Structure (Studies in Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Sector in the Indonesia Stock Exchange). Data collection uses secondary data. The population in this study is the financial statements of all companies included in the food and beverage manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014-2016 taken by purposive sampling method, there are 42 samples from the financial statements of the Manufacturing Company in the Food and Beverage Sector in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The financial statements have been tested for classic assumptions in the form of assumptions of normality, heteroscedasticity and multicolonality. Data analysis method uses multiple regression techniques. The results showed that based on the t-test, the variable of firm size has no effect and insignificant effect on the capital structure and the variable liquidity had a positive and significant effect on the capital structure. In the F test (simultaneous) the size of the company and liquidity have a positive and significant effect on the capital structure (Study in Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Sector in the Indonesia Stock Exchange).

This study aimed to analyze the effect of the rate of turnover of working capital, capital structure and scale of the company to profitability in automotive companies. The population of this research are automotive companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2016 amounted to 17 companies. The sampling method used is purposive sampling and acquired 12 companies in the sample. The method of analysis which is used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS software. Based on the results of the partial or t test, variable working capital turnover rate had no significant effect on profitability, capital structure variable has no significant effect on profitability as well as the scale of the company has no significant effect on profitability. Thus the three independent variable has no significant effect on the dependent variable.

One event that is about to test the strength of the charge information is event merger announcement in companies engaged in banking sector. Event day chosen was dated July 6, 2009 and August 2, 2010. The issue is considered attractive because of alleged contradictions between the advantages that can be gained from the merger and the fact that there is the banking business environment when it has a condition that is not too good . The purpose of this study in addition to knowing the price reaction and the activity of trading volume (trading volume activity) shares in the Jakarta Stock Exchange on the merger announcement event, also to determine whether there are differences in average abnormal return (average abnormal return) and trading volume activity between before and after the merger announcement. Samples selected stocks in this study are stocks that are included in the banking sector and the LQ - 45 with the consideration that these stocks are stock that can represent the population of the banking sector from the perspective of the number of shares traded and market capitalization value. To examine the information content (information content) of the event, use the event study method. The test results indicate that the Jakarta Stock Exchange does not react to the events of the merger announcement . This is evident from the absence of test results that provide a level of significance is set at a minimum of 95 % . The difference in the average abnormal return at the time of the announcement and about the announcement was also not proven significantly. Meanwhile, the difference in average trading volume activity at the time of the announcement and about the announcement actually showed the opposite, which is shown to be significant at the 99% confidence level .

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah nilai pasar dan leverage berpengaruh terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor tekstil dan garmen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor tekstil dan garmen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014 – 2016 berjumlah 18 perusahaan. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan diperoleh 16 perusahaan sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis secara parsial atau uji t, variabel nilai pasar dan variabel leverage tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya hidup hedonisme terhadap pengelolaan keuangan pribadi mahasiswa di kota Makassar. Penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif ini berpopulasi mahasiswa di kota Makassar dan pengambilan sampling menggunakan probability random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 89 mahasiswa. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode kuesioner kemudian pengolahan data primer menggunakan teknik analisis Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) dan dianalisis dengan analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis regresi linier, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gaya hidup hedonisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan pribadi. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh gaya hidup hedonisme terhadap pengelolaan keuangan pribadi mahasiswa di kota Makassar.

Purpose – This study aims to test and analyze the effect of financial performance variables and capital structure on firm value in the food and beverage subsector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017 - 2019 period. The purpose of this study is to analyze effect of hedonism lifestyle and emotional intelligence on personal financial management in student of STIEM Bongaya Makassar. The type of research approach used in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study are all undergraduate students majoring in management at STIEM Bongaya Makassar class 2018 who are registered as active students as many as 799. By using a margin of error of 10%, the sample size are 89 students. Data analysis using t test (partial). The results show that hedonism lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on personal financial management in student of STIEM Bongaya Makassar. Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on personal financial management in student of STIEM Bongaya Makassar.

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of investment risk on stock returns in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019 - 2021. The data collection uses secondary data obtained from the company's financial statements available on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019 - 2021. The population used in this study is In this study, there were 26 manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub- sector. With a research sample of 34 sample data. The results of the research variable data have been tested for classical assumptions in the form of normality, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation assumptions tests. The method of data analysis used a simple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed that the investment risk had a negative and insignificant effect on stock returns.
