Abstract

ABSTRACT The completeness and accuracy of providing basic immunization to babies is one indicator of improving the quality and quality of implementation of immunization programs which is characterized by minimal drop out rates, so it is necessary to know the characteristics of mothers that influence the completeness and accuracy of immunization. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between maternal characteristics and the completeness and accuracy of providing basic immunization to babies. The research design used was cross sectional with a sample size of 36 people, determining the sample size using the total sample. Data collection uses questionnaires to determine characteristics and observation sheets for behavior. The data above outlines the characteristics of respondents with a sample size of 36. Based on the data above, the highest age is 26 - 35 with a percentage (55.5%), high school education level 13 (36.11%), type of work who are not working 23 (63.8%). ), Number of Children 2 12 (33.33%), Distance from home <500 Meters 25 (69.4%), Good Level of Knowledge 30 (83.33%), Positive Mother's Attitude 30 (83.33%). Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of oketani massage and acupressure pressure of GB-21 on milk production in post-Caesarea section mothers. The research method used is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental research design, one group pre-posttest design. The results showed that the pressure on the acupressure point of GB-21 was sufficient based on mother and baby indicators. The statistical test results showed differences in milk production before and after pressure at the acupressure point of Gb-12 (p-value = 0.000). In conclusion, oketani massage is more effective in increasing milk production in group A, post section caesarea mothers compared to group B, the pressure at the acupressure point Gb-21 from infant indicators.
