For some areas that have difficult access to health services, the Ministry of Health makes a policy by developing partnership programs for health workers and tradional birth aendants. The phenomenon of tradional birth aendants becomes an interesng phenomenon because of the values of local wisdom they guard. This study aims to find out more about the experience of parcipants at-home birth with a partnership of health workers and tradional birth aendants. The method used with qualitave design with phenomenology approach. Parcipants were determined using Purposive sampling method. Methods of data collecon used in-depth interviews with mothers and FGDs on Kepala Desa, Pemangku Adat, tradional birth aendants, and health workers. The results of this study obtained 6 themes of choice of place and helpers during childbirth, mother beliefs against tradional birth aendants in the process of childbirth, Tradion of manyiria and sequenal during pregnancy and aer childbirth, mother's feelings with partnership, independent task of tradional birth aendants aer childbirth and Ulizaon of health services. Suggeson in this research is health workers must know culture adopted by paent and family cared. Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to determine Rebozo Shake The Apples (RSTA) effectiveness and Rebozo Sifting While Lying Down (RSWLD) on the intensity of pain during the first stage of the active phase and the duration of labor in multigravida mothers. This research method is a quasi-experiment with two group pre and post design. This study indicates that there is a difference in the mean intensity of pain in the first stage of active labor in multigravida mothers before and after giving RSTA & RSWLD (p-value = 0.007). Whereas in the length of work, there was no significant difference in the average size of labor between the RSTA and RSWLD technique interventions (p-value = 0.351), and the effectiveness of the two Rebozo techniques had the same variant, meaning they were equally effective in diverting labor pain during the active phase and duration of delivery (p-value = 0.118). In conclusion, they are giving RSTA, and RSWLD can delay labor pain intensity during the first stage of the active phase and the duration of labor in multigravida mothers. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Alexander technique on the comfort level of pregnant women in the third trimester. This research uses a quasi-experimental design approach with a pretest-posttest design with a control group design. The paired sample t-test analysis results showed that there was a difference in the average level of comfort in the intervention group before and after being given the intervention with a p-value of 0.000. In the control group, a p-value of 0.282 was obtained. This indicates that there is no difference in the level of comfort before and after. The results of the GLM-RM test showed that the greenhouse-geisser (Sig) value was 0.000 < 0.005, and the most significant partial eta square value was in the 7th measurement (0.454). In conclusion, the alexander technique can increase comfort in third-trimester pregnant women. Keywords: Third-Trimester Pregnant Women, Comfort, Alexander Technique
