Abstract

Caring behavior is an essential component of hospital’s quality of service. The patient satisfaction’s survey shows the lack of caring behavior  of associate nurses in Kartika Husada  hospital.  The  purpose  of  this  study  was  to  identify  caring  behavior  and  its associated factors in Kartika Husada hospital, Pontianak. This study was a cross sectional study.  The  data  were  collected  through  self administered questionnaire in  104  nurses from April to June.  Data  was  analyzed  using  univariate,  bivariate,  and  multivariate  analysis (multiple  logistic  regression).  The  result  of  the  study  shows  there  was  a  significant relationship  between  communication  pattern  with  caring  behavior  of  nurses at Kartika Husada  hospital,  Pontianak.  This  study  suggests  that  nurse  manager  should  be  a  good mediator to improve caring behavior of nurses.

Abstract

Interprofessional Collaboration Practice is an interaction or relationship between two or more professions that work depending on the goal of achieving a common goal. The factors that influence the implementation of IPCP in improving nurse performance include social development, physical environment, organization, behavior, intrapersonal and intellectual. The study used the correlation method and the sample size was 85 respondents. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire for each variable. Based on the research results there was a relationship between external and internal factors on the ability of nurses to apply IPCP in improving nurse performance (p-value=0.000). The conclusion is that there is a significant relationship between external and internal factors on the ability of nurses to carry out interprofessional collaboration practice in improving the performance of nurses at Bhayangkara Tk.1 Raden Said Sukanto Kramat Jati Hospital, East Jakarta in 2020. Keywords: interprofessional collaboration practice: nurse performance ABSTRAK Interprofessional Collaboratiaon Practice merupakan inteeraksi atau hubungan antara dua atau lebih profesi yang bekerja secara bergantungan untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Adapun faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan IPCP dalam meningkatkan kinerja perawat di antaranya adalah perkembangan sosial, lingkungan fisik, organisasi, perilaku, intrapersonal, dan intelektual. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode korelasi dan ukuran sampel sebanyak 85 responden. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner untuk setiap variabel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat hubungan antara faktor eksternal dan internal dengan kemampuan perawat dalam menerapkan IPCP dalam meningkatkan kinerja perawat (p-value = 0,000). Kesimpulan secara signifikan ada hubungan faktor eksternal dan internal terhadap kemampuan perawat dalam melaksanakan interprofessional collaborationpractice dalam meningkatkan kinerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Tk.1 Raden Said Sukanto Kramat Jati Jakarta Timur Tahun 2020. Abstract

Nursing service quality is a process of activities carried out by the nursing profession in meeting the needs of patients in maintaining the condition in terms of the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects of the patient. The purpose of this study was to determine factors related to the quality of nursing services in the inpatient room of RSUD dr. Dradjat Prawiranegara Serang Regency, Banten Province, 2020. This study used cross sectional. The sample of the study were 353 respondent which used two proporsion different test. The instrument of this study used valid and realible questionnaire. For testing Bivariat used Chi-square test while multivariat testing used double logistic regration. the result of this study of caring research, nurse competence, inpatient care facilities, knowledge, and costs p-value 0.049 <0.05 which indicated that there was any significant correlation toward quality of nursing services. Meanwhile, the dominant factor toward quality of nursing services was caring with Odds Ratio 3.947. Caring, nurse competence, inpatient facilities, knowledge and costs related to the quality of nursing services, is expected to dr. Dradjat Prawiranegara can maintain and develop for the better.

Abstract

Metode perawatan tali pusat sangat bervariasi mulai dari perawatan secara modern menggunakan bahan antiseptik, dan perawatan secara tradisional menggunakan Air Susu Ibu (ASI), minyak ghee (India) madu dll. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui Efektivitas Perawatan Tali Pusat Dengan Metode Terbuka, Kolostrum dan Asi Pada Bayi Baru Lahir Terhadap Lamanya Pelepasan Tali Pusat di Klinik Bidan Praktek Mandiri Jakarta Selatan. Design penelitian ini menggunakan design quasi experiment, dengan metode post test only nonequivalent control group. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 16 orang, untuk masing-masing metode. Analisa data menggunakan uji Paired T-test dan Independent T-test. Nilai uji Independent T-test selisih antara kelompok metode ASI dan kelompok metode terbuka. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai p-value yaitu 0,023 (alpha = 0,05). Terdapat perbedaan atau pengaruh waktu pelepasan berdasarkan jumlah jam pada kelompok metode ASI dan kelompok metode terbuka. Menjadi masukan dan menambah wawasan bagi perawat dan ibu serta masyarakat untuk meningkatkan perawatan tali pusat bayi baru lahir untuk mencegah infeksi dan kompikasi yang mungkin muncul.Kata Kunci: Perawatan Tali Pusat, Metode Asi, Metode Terbuka.

Abstract

At this time, the world is facing a problem, namely fighting the Covid-19 virus. With a situation that causes everything to be done at home, including studying. And it becomes a challenge for teachers to be able to convey material appropriately online. And the TikTok application is very widely used by users, especially students, to upload related daily activities. Therefore, it is necessary to have new variations in the application of interactive and effective learning media in order to influence student learning motivation. This study aims to determine the improvement of students' speaking skills by storytelling about a person, object or place that you want to describe using the TikTok application. The subjects in this study were 36 students of class VIII H SMP Negeri 164 Jakarta. The method used is descriptive qualitative method using classroom action research techniques. The researcher conducted 1 session for the Pre-Test and 2 sessions for the Post-Test. The results showed that using the TikTok application as a medium for speaking students could increase students' confidence in speaking English and also added new experiences for students in expressing their ideas freely on TikTok. From the results of the Pre-Test session, there were 15 students who scored between 30-40. And the remaining 21 students got a score above 60. While in the post-test session 1 there was an increase with a total of 22 students getting a score above 70. Then in the post-test session 2 showed a very significant increase with the achievement of the highest student scores of 95 and the lowest of 70.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in all activities being carried out online from home, including teaching and learning activities. So the use of online-based platforms can be a solution to the learning process at this time continues to run smoothly. One application that can be used is Google Meet which is a video communication service. This study aims to explain the use of Google Meet in the learning process of Descriptive Text material in class 10 IPS 4 MAN 4 Jakarta, which includes the advantages and disadvantages that are felt in the implementation of learning this material using Google Meet. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive methods where the research results are obtained through observation and interviews which are then analyzed by describing them. The results of the study found that Google Meet is suitable for delivering Descriptive Text learning material while speaking practice for students in class 10 IPS 4. However, this media cannot be used to carry out written assessments so that other media is needed as an additional medium of taking written scores

Abstract

ABSTRAK Implementasi pendidikan tahap profesi ners adalah peserta didik menerapkan ilmu pengetahuan teori, konsep dan keterampilan teknis yang telah dikuasai pada program akademik pada klien langsung melalui program internship dimana peserta didik dibimbing oleh seorang perawat sebagai preceptor. Keberadaan pendidik klinik/preceptor sangat diperlukan dalam menjamin keterlaksanaan layanan pasien yang berkualitas serta menjamin kompetensi peserta didik. Disamping itu, pendidik klinik/preceptor juga diperlukan untuk mengurangi stres yang mungkin dialami oleh peserta didik sebagai lulusan sarjana keperawatan baru yang belum mengenal dunia kerja sebenarnya serta untuk menjamin bahwa tanggung jawab tidak sepenuhnya berada pada peserta didik, tidak diberikan secara lebih dini atau tidak seharusnya diberikan secara kurang tepat. Metoda pembelajaran pada tahap profesi berfokus pada pelaksanaan pendelegasian kewenangan dari preceptor kepada peserta didiknya. Sedangkan kegiatan evaluasi pada tahap profesi lebih terfokus pada pembuktian bahwa peserta didik telah memiliki kompetensi yang ditetapkan dan disertai dengan kemandirian dalam menjalankan kompetensinya sebagai cerminan kewenangan telah dimiliki. Tujuan dari pelatihan OSCE diharapkan dapat memberi pemahaman tentang evaluasi dengan metode OSCE, sehingga para evaluator dapat mengevaluasi secara objektif sesuai kemampuan mahasiswa. Metode yang akan dilakukan adalah pelatihan OSCE kepada preseptor klinik rumah sakit aliansi.  Hasil yang didapatkan pre-tes dengan nilai rata-rata 65, setelah diberikan pelatihan meningkat menjadi 85. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan terjadi peningkatan pemahaman preseptor mahasiswa. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Klinik, OSCE, Pendidikan Keperawatan, Pendidik Klinik, Preseptor Klinik ABSTRACT The implementation of the nursing profession education stage is that students apply theoretical knowledge, concepts and technical skills that have been mastered in academic programs to clients directly through an internship program where students are guided by a nurse as a preceptor. The existence of clinical educators/preceptors is very necessary in ensuring the implementation of quality patient services and ensuring the competence of students. In addition, clinical educators / preceptors are also needed to reduce stress that may be experienced by students as new nursing graduates who are not familiar with the real world of work and to ensure that the responsibility is not entirely on the students, is not given earlier or should not be given. given incorrectly. The learning method at the professional stage focuses on implementing the delegation of authority from the preceptor to his students. Meanwhile, evaluation activities at the professional stage are more focused on proving that students have the competencies defined and accompanied by independence in carrying out their competencies as a reflection of the authority they have. The purpose of the OSCE training is expected to provide an understanding of evaluation using the OSCE method, so that evaluators can evaluate objectively according to students' abilities. The method that will be used is OSCE training for clinical precepts of alliance hospitals. The results obtained pre-test with an average value of 65, after being given the training increased to 85. Abstract

Aktivitas perawat dalam menerapkan suatu wewenang, tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam rangka pencapaian fungsi utama profesi dan organisasi merupakan gambaran dari kinerja. Kinerja perawat mempunyai arti seperti prestasi kerja di suatu perusahaan. Pengukuran kinerja perawat dilakukan berdasarkan fakta, terbuka dan dapat dikomunikasikan. Tujuan penelitian untuk melihat dampak kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja perawat. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuantatif dengan True-Experimental Design melalui rancangan Pretest-Postest Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian perawat pelaksana rumah sakit, jumlah sampel sebanyak 76 yang terdiri dari 38 kelompok intervensi dan 38 kelompok kontrol. Uji statistik menggunakan General Linear Model Repeated Measures. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa nilai p value 0,001 < 0,05 pada setiap pengukuran,  Nilai perbedaan rata-rata dari pengukuran pertama sampai ketiga 6,55. Maka disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional mempengaruhi kinerja perawat. Kesimpulan penelitian bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional kepala ruangan dapat meningkatkan kinerja perawat pelaksana secara signifikan dengan p value 0,001. Sehingga intervensi yang dilakukan kepada kepala ruangan mempengaruhi nilai kinerja perawat pelaksana.

Abstract

Nursing documentation is everything written and printed related on the development of patient's health status. Nursing documentation should comprehensive and flexible in which fixed, maintained the quality and care continuity. The aim of this research was to know correlation the supervise clinic managing toward documentation completeness ASKEP based IT at hospital ward RSUD Pasar Minggu South of Jakarta,2019. This study used cross sectional. The sample of the study were 117 respondent which used two proporsion different test. The instrument of this study used valid and realible questionnaire. For testing Bivariat used Chi-square test while multivariat testing used double logistic regration. the result of this study of direct observation was p-value 0.005 < 0.05 which indicated that there was any significant correlation toward documentation completeness ASKEP based IT with Odd Ratio 10,352. The clinic supervice and direct observation have correlation toward documentation completeness ASKEP based IT, it was suggested and expected that RSUD Pasar Minggu can maintain and develop the quality that already exists.

Abstract

Abstract: English as Foreign Language (EFL) teaching and learning process, it is inevitable for teachers and students to be engaged in various cases involving L1 use. Code-switching has arisen a debatable notion of what it brings, good or bad, in the educational milieu. To some extent, it is believed that code-switching is such a help for both teachers and students in achieving the learning target while to some party the use of code-switching is no more than a hurdle. The classroom context in Indonesia where teachers and students share the same first language showed that CS was used by teachers in EFL classrooms. The research indicated that teachers used CS in the teaching and learning process for various reasons. The main reason would be to facilitate students’ learning, besides that code-switching also has an effect on students vocabulary acquisition in L2.
