Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial risk, security risk, time and convenience risk and psychological risk on consumer decision behavior to buy online. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents who had purchased online at least twice in the last 3 months. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research found that risk is positively related to online consumer buying behavior. Risk or perceived by consumers is an important factor for online purchases. Security risk and financial risk must be low in order to get high and positive online buying behavior from online buying consumers. The smaller the risk the greater the purchase of online purchases. Risk Time and convenience show a positive relationship. The smaller the time risk and the perceived convenience, the greater the consumer's interest in making online purchases. Psychological risk shows a positive relationship to online purchases and shows that the role of the internet is getting bigger

Abstract

A phenomenon that has emerged recently is the shift in consumer buying interest from e-commerce based platforms to purchasing via tok tok as a digital platform. This research aims to describe 1. The influence of advertising on interest in buying 2. To determine the influence of the Tik Tok application on interest in buying. 3. To find out the influence of advertising and the Tik Tok application on interest in buying This research uses a quantitative type of research. The sample in this study was 60 residents of the city of Bekasi using the specified purposive sampling technique. The research instrument uses data analysis techniques and quasi-questionnaire questionnaires with instrument testing using multiple linear regression analysis methods with analytical requirements tests, hypothesis testing. The research results show that: 1, Advertising Advertising has a positive and significant effect on interest in buying, with a t-table value of 1.295 and a significance level of 0.000 F Table 2.39 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The magnitude of the influence of advertising and the Tik Tok application on interest in buying is 61.2%. Keywords : Tik tok application, advertising influence, purchase interest.

Abstract

Fenomena perkembangan jaman yang begitu cepat, semakin cepat pula platform media baru bermunculan. Hal ini berpengaruh terhadap perubahan pola perilaku masyarakatdalam mengkonsumsi infomasi. Demikian halnya dengan Tik Tok sebagai media yang mendominasi tahun 2023. Berallihnya minat beli konsumen dari platform berbasis e-commerce ke pembelian melalui aplikasi TikTok sebagai platform digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh konten tik tok terhadap tingkat customer engagement. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah  pengikut akun Tik Tok Queensha Shop kepada 100 orang responden. Pengambilan data dilakukan  dengan instrument penelitian menggunakan teknik random sampling dan kuesioner angket serta menggunakan uji instrumen metode analisis data menggugunakan teknik uji parsial atau Uji-t dan uji koefisien determinasi, dengan menggunakan dua variable  yaitu customer engagement dan kualitas konten Tik Tok. Berdasarkan hasil output SPSS dari hasil Uji-t, menumjukkan bahwa variable kualitas konten Tik tok berpengaruh terhadap customer engagement menunjukkan nilai signifikansi < dari 0.05 dengan T-hitung lebih besar dari T-tabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan menunjukkan angka R Square sebesar 0,34 atau 34%. Artinya persentase sumbangan pengaruh aplikasi tik tok dan iklan terhadap minat beli sebesar 34%, dan sisanya 66% dipengaruhi oleh variable diluar model regresi ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan persepsi audiens yang disebabkan oleh kualitas konten.  Konten digital dapat digunakan sebagai media promosi yang sangat baik dalam mempromosikan sebuah produk.

Abstract

English as an international language is an important language to be proficient in since it is used all over the globe. English is not an easy language to learn. Understanding phrases or expressions is very important when speaking English. The foundation for making sentences in English is to first understand words that are often used in everyday life (everyday vocabulary) and being able to effectively construct sentences that can be understood by others is a prerequisite for being able to compose sentences in English. The method used in the implementation of community service at SMPI Darul Muminin Bekasi school is the visual method and English card. The method of forming sentences using English cards emphasizes the ability of students to understand sentences using learnt vocabulary that is used to be assembled in a plot of a story. The application of the game technique method of composing sentences using English cards is considered very effective and fun, it is hoped that one day this method can be used as a model to develop learning activities in the classroom.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the influence of brand image, motivation, and purchasing decisions on Millennial Generation Consumer Satisfaction on E-commerce buyers at Shopee and Lazada. The population in this study were all Shopee, LAZADA, Bukalapak, and Tokopedia e-commerce buyers and the number of samples used was 140 people. The analytical tool used is path analysis. The method used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used is incidental. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of calculations using Part Analysis, Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions in the marketplace. This is obtained from a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Purchase motivation has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in the marketplace. This is obtained from a significance value of 0.001 <0.05, which means that there is an influence of Purchase Motivation on Purchase Decisions in the marketplace. The direct effect given by the brand image on consumer satisfaction is 0.012. The direct effect given by the purchase motivation on consumer satisfaction is 0.599.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the variable influence of brand image, product design and distribution on Pempek gaaby products in Bekasi. The research uses a quantitative method, which is also known as a statistical approach with SPSS tools, using a multiple linear regression method by distributing closed questionnaires to 100 respondents who visited Pempek gaby. The SPSS output results show that taste, product design and distribution have a positive impact on competitive adventage.

Abstract

The capacity to converse is a person's communication talent. In the classroom, English acts as a tool for communication to gather information, and in real-world situations, it is used to build relationships and communicate information. The ineffective teaching strategies utilized by teachers during the learning process contribute to the poor results of English learning. Role-playing is the technique employed in this activity, which is one of the language learning techniques in the application of communication that can forge relationships in social interactions and learning to boost student accomplishment orally in the use of language that includes meaning. There are three steps to this activity's execution. Students are provided a theoretical explanation by the teacher in the initial step. Role-playing techniques are used in English learning and are thought to be very successful. In the process, a number of noteworthy benefits of the role-playing approach of this learning were discovered relative to its drawbacks. Students find role-playing to be an acceptable and enjoyable technique of learning. The participants gained enthusiasm, motivation, and self-assurance in their ability to communicate in English.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the accounting system Cash Receipts disbursements in terms of the relevant parts, the documents used, and theinternal control system at PT Pratama Mitra Sejati..The research methodology was carried out in the form of a literature study by studying various forms of written materials, and field studies by means of observation and interviews.Based on the results of practical work, the authors conclude that cash disbursement accounting system at PT. Pratama Mitra Sejati is good.
