Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pendapatan pedagang kaki lima (PKL) perempuan di Kecamatan Cibinong, mengingat peran mereka sebagai tulang punggung keluarga. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dari 96 responden melalui kuesioner dan wawancara, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi logistik. Hasil analisis regresi logistik menunjukkan bahwa variabel pendidikan (koefisien 0.198, Sig. 0.767), umur (koefisien -0.424, Sig. 0.330), dan literasi digital (koefisien -0.043, Sig. 0.500) tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan PKL perempuan. Sebaliknya, jumlah tanggungan keluarga (koefisien -2.854, Sig. 0.000) berpengaruh negatif signifikan, menunjukkan bahwa semakin banyak tanggungan, semakin kecil kemungkinan pendapatan meningkat. Sementara itu, lama usaha (koefisien 0.920, Sig. 0.004) terbukti berpengaruh positif signifikan, mengindikasikan bahwa semakin lama usaha dijalankan, semakin besar peluang pendapatan PKL perempuan untuk meningkat. Untuk riset selanjutnya, disarankan agar peneliti lebih menggali aspek kualitatif yang memengaruhi penghasilan PKL perempuan, misalnya dengan menganalisis jaringan sosial, modal sosial, atau cara mereka beradaptasi dengan dinamika pasar.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka belajar dan peran guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Muhammadiyah 15 Jakarta Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan sampel 186 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik cluster sampling. Hasil pengujian parsial menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan positif antara pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, dan juga terdapat pengaruh signifikan positif antara peran guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Secara simultan pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka belajar (X1) dan peran guru (X2) berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa (Y). Dari hasil koefisiensi determinasi didapat kesimpulan bahwa sebesar 65,2% motivasi belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka belajar dan peran guru dan sisanya sebesar 34,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diikutsertakan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to systematically examine the evolution of relationship marketing within the scope of modern management over the period 2015–2025. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this research analyzed scholarly articles from databases such as Scopus, Google Scholar, and ScienceDirect, based on inclusion criteria covering journal articles, proceedings, and relevant dissertations in both Indonesian and English. The findings reveal that relationship marketing has evolved from traditional personal interaction into a more digital, analytical, and context-based approach. Five core dimensions consistently emerge: trust, commitment, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and engagement. The study also highlights varied implementation approaches across industries and identifies several driving (technology adoption, consumer behavior) and inhibiting factors (organizational limitations, digital gaps). This review identifies critical research gaps, including a lack of longitudinal studies, limited focus on SMEs and developing countries, and minimal integration with artificial intelligence and big data. The practical implications emphasize the need for adaptive, data-driven relationship marketing strategies, while the theoretical contribution lies in the opportunity to develop new frameworks aligned with digital transformation. The study concludes with recommendations for future research, particularly empirical and longitudinal studies in underexplored sectors and contexts.

Abstract

High population growth causes problems, one of which is stunting. Stunting is a nutritional problem for children under five years old (toddlers). The impact of stunting is not only on individuals but also on countries. The impact of stunting on individuals includes increased health costs, cognitive decline, decreased achievement, learning capacity and work capacity, which ultimately has an impact on the country's development. Furthermore, the impact of stunting can also be short term or long term. Short-term impacts include children's vulnerability to infection and less than optimal cognitive development. Meanwhile, the long-term impact is more about increasing the risk in adulthood of chronic diseases such as diabetes or cardiovascular disease. One activity program that can prevent stunting is by carrying out family economic empowerment activities. Family economic problems then become one of the triggers for limited food availability in the household, decreased quality of care and feeding for children, to unhealthy home environmental conditions and lack of access to health services. So with an approach to empowering the family economy, it starts with arranging a leadership pattern to be able to manage finances well. In this community service program, the lecturer team was given the opportunity by partners to help socialize about this problem to be conveyed to the students' parents at Ra Baitul Muslimin. The solution offered in this service is to explain the importance of preventing stunting in children through a family economic empowerment approach, where a mother as a family member has the opportunity to earn more income. So that with economic independence, mothers will have the opportunity to upgrade their knowledge of nutrition, additional income, adequate education and health.
