Abstract

Cryptocurrency is a blockchain-based technology that is often used today as a digital currency. This form of cryptocurrency is in demand by the public because of its decentralized management, easy process, and allows transactions without the need for third party intermediaries. Internet of things (IoT) technology has had a major influence on the development of information obtained to directly monitor changes in information without requiring human-to-human or human-to-computer interactions, such as displaying the stability of cryptocurrency, especially on Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Binance. This study aims to monitor data in real time using the Thingspeak.com application, the Arduino IDE as a data processor, and the real time data transmission line utilizing the ESP8266 module. The implementation results of the processed data are displayed on the OLED screen.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mendeskripsikan gaya kepemimpinan, karakteristik individu, kompensasi dan kinerja karyawan, 2) Untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, karakteristik individu, kompensasi secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan, 3) Untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, karakteristik individu, kompensasi secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, 4) Untuk menentukan variable yang paling dominan berpengaruh dari gaya kepemimpinan, karakteristik individu, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Yayasan Nurul Hayat Kediri. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Yayasan Nurul Hayat Kediri. Populasi yang digunakan sebanyak 30 orang. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling/ sampling jenuh, sehingga semua populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui membagikan kuisioner, dan dokumentasi. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik regresi linier berganda dengan uji hipotesis t tes dan uji hipotesis F tes . Hasil analisis dari uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis t tes dan uji hipotesis F tes menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, karakteristik individu, dan kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan presentase sebesar 62,1%. Dari hasil uji hipotesis t test menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, karakteristik individu, dan kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan karakteristik individu menjadi yang paling dominan dengan nilai koefisien beta sebesar 0, 501 diikuti oleh kompensasi dan yang terakhir adalah gaya kepemimpinan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of Leadership Style, Work Environment, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Department of Food and Livestock Security of Kediri Regency. By using non-probability sampling with sampling method using purposive sampling technique as many as 66 respondents, and using interview research methods, questionnaires, observations, and library studies. For data analysis techniques in this study using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, t test, F test, coefficient of determination test (R2 ) using SPSS For Windows version 25.0. Based on the results of the study showed that the results of the t-test of the Leadership Style variable (X1) had a partially significant effect on employee performance by getting a Sig value. 0.001 < 0.05, the work environment variable (X2) has a partially significant effect on employee performance with the value of Sig. 0.000 < 0.05. While the results of the F test indicate that the Leadership Style (X1), Work Environment (X2), and Work Discipline (X3) have a partially significant effect on Employee Performance at the Food and Livestock Security Office of Kediri Regency with a value of Sig. 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

In a company paying attention to and nurturing employees is very important for the sustainability of a company, if employees experience work stress then this can hinder work. While work motivation also needs to be considered so that employee morale increases so that the results of the performance carried out can go well. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample with 40 employee respondents. From this study the variable Work Stress (X1) shows a significant value of Sig. 0.037, namely > 0.05 which states that job stress has a partial effect on employee morale. Work Motivation Variable (X2) shows a significant value of Sig. 0.000, namely > 0.05 which states that job stress has a partial effect on employee morale. Simultaneously there is the influence of work stress and work motivation variables on the work enthusiasm of production employees at CV Seribu Kubah Tulungagung with a significant F test result of 0.000 or > 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction (X1) and work stress (X2) on organizational commitment (Y). This study uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The research data were obtained by interview, questionnaire, and observation methods. Sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique, namely all employees of the UKM Mendunia Center Kediri Foundation as many as 37 people. The results of the study using the SPSS version 25 program assistance show that: (1) job satisfaction partially has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment with a tcount of 4.749 and a Sig. 0.000 <0.05 (2) and work stress partially has a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment with a tcount of -3.366 and a Sig. value of 0.002 <0.05 (3) job satisfaction and work stress simultaneously have a significant effect on organizational commitment by the Fcount value is 32.284 and the Sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Abstract

This study ains to determine the influence of self-efficacy and work life balance on employee performance. Theresearch method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees of KSP Delta Urya Purnama Pare branch and calculated using the SPSS Version 25 application. Data analysis used included Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, and Coefficient of Determination Test . In the Validity Test, it is known that all statement items (X1, Then in the Reliability Test it was discovered that the results of the Cronbach Alpha value were > 0.60 so that the indicators for each question were declared reliable. In the t test, it is known that all items (self efficacy and work life balance) influence employee performance. Then in the F test it is known that the Sig value. for all items together it is 0.000 < 0.05 and the value of f_count > f_tabel is 13.470 > 3.28, it can be concluded that the variables self efficacy and work life balance simultaneously influence employee performance. In the Coefficient of Determination Test, it is known that the R square value is 0.449, it can be stated that X1 and X2 have an influence of 44.9%.

Abstract

This study has a limitation on the aspect of human resource management to determine the effect of Compensation and Career Development on Job Satisfaction of KUD Karya Bhakti Ngancar Kediri employees. By using a sample of 33 respondents and using purposive sampling technique, the research method used was observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaires and literature study. As well as data analysis techniques in this study using statistical tests through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, t-test hypotheses and f-tests using SPSS. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the variable influence of compensation and career development had a simultaneous effect on employee job satisfaction, with a value of Sig. 0.000 <0.05. Partially, compensation had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, with a value of Sig. 0.003 <0.05 and career development has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, with a value of Sig. 0.013 < 0.05. The regression equation: Y = 0.827 + 0.628X1 + 0.529X2 and the coefficient of determination is 55.3%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah utuk menjelaskan pengaruh variabel kepercayaan individu, pengawasan, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan CV. GTT Pusat Oleh-Oleh Kediri. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Nonprobability Sampling dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepercayaan individu, pengawasan, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal tersebut dapat diketahui dari hasil uji t antara kepercayaan individu, pengawasan, dan disiplin kerja untuk nilai sig. = 0,000 > 0,05. Sedangkan hasil penelitian secara simultan dapat diketahui dari hasil uji f nilai sig. = 0,000 > 0,005.

Abstract

An important aspect in the organization is human resources, human resources have a dominant role in all organizational activities, because they are the actors and determinants of achieving organizational goals. In its development, organizations face various issues in workforce management that encourage the need for professional HR management. This research aims to determine the influence of motivation, competence and incentives on the performance of teachers at SMK Pawyatan Daha 1 Kediri City, because the results of observations indicate a decline in teacher performance caused by issues of motivation, competence and incentives. This quantitative research shows that the variables of motivation, competence and incentives have a partial and simultaneous influence on performance. The coefficient of determination obtained is 0.969, meaning that 96.9% of performance is influenced by motivation, competence and incentive variables, while the remaining is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh variabel bebas Harga, Lokasi, dan Kelengkapan Produk terhadap variabel terikat yaitu Keputusan Pembelian Pada Toko Moro Seneng di Jl. Dhoho Kota Kediri. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji korelasi, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t (parsial), uji f (simultan) dan koefisien determinasi R2 dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non probability sampling tipe accidental sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 12.775 orang dan sampel yang digunakan 93 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner atau angket sedangkan analisis yang digunakan program software SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Harga, Lokasi, dan Kelengkapan Produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian Pada Toko Moro Seneng di Jl. Dhoho Kota Kediri dengan nilai 0,000<0,05.
