Abstract

Development of pesantren role in empowering the community is one of the important efforts to strengthen the role of people in development because the government still faces a variety of cultural and structural problems, as well as the private sector tends to deviate to gain unilateral advantages. In exercising their development, empowerment is an approach that is relevant to strengthen the role of the community (civil society). The research objective was to analyze (1) the values instilled in the process of establishing the independence of the students through economy civic, (2) conceptual model and praxis of strengthening economy civic in establishing the independence of students as a form of good governance, (3) the factors strengthening economy civic in establish independence of students as a form of good governance. This study used a qualitative approach with case study method. Data collected through interviews, observation, documentation studies and literature studies. Subjects of research include builder boarding schools, boarding schools administrators, and students. Qualitative data analysis consists of three activities, namely data reduction, a data display, and conclusion drawing / verification. The results showed some things (1) the values of self-reliance of students of pesantren Al-Ittifaq is highlight the work ethic, high discipline, and ready for hard work, (2) conceptual model in establishing the independence of students with learning system AKOSA (naturally, pointed out, though, and apply). Praxis in forming the independence of the students through the formation of the core committee of agribusiness, doing practical training, forming Agribusiness Incubator Center (PIA), cooperation / partnership, and formed working groups agribusiness. As a manifestation of good governance pesantren Al-Ittifaq role as the private sector to foster public economic activities around the village of Natural Endah through cooperative Al-Ittifaq, while as civil society has been able to interact actively with various activities such as religious, economic, educational, social, and political. (3) The internal factors strengthening economic civic been producing products ranging from production (vegetables and livestock), packing, and marketing and external factors natural conditions Desa Alam Endah fertile, has been establishment of cooperation with farmers' groups, government agencies (Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs, and the Ministry of Social Affairs), educational institutions, businesses (Yogya Group, Toserba Banjaran, Kopo Mall).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of learning with guided inquiry strategies on creativity and science process skills at SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Baru. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with quasi experimental research techniques. The design used in this study was a non-equivalent control group design. Data collection was grouped into 2 groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. The number of samples in this study were 50 students for the experimental class and 52 students for the control class. The research instruments were creativity tests and science process skills tests. The value of the students' creativity test results at a significance level of 0.05 obtained that the sig value was 5.965 1.98 (tcount ttable) and Sig (2-tailed) 0.000 0.05 indicating that the data was significant or significantly different between the experimental class and the class control. Hypothesis testing with the SPSS version 23.0 for windows program at a significant level of 0.05 was obtained; The value of students 'science process skills shows that t-count t-table at a significant level of 0.05, namely 6.0551.98, indicates that there is an effect of guided inquiry strategies on students' science process skills. This shows that the science process skills of students who have a high level of creativity with students who have a low level of creativity, where students who have a high level of creativity obtain higher process skills than students who have a low level of creativity and between students' creativity and science process skills.

Abstract

Prinsip yang mendasari dalam pembelajaran Problem Based Learning yang merupakan salah satu metode pembelajaran yang berpusat pada pengembangan tingkat tinggi kemampuan berpikir siswa. Penelitian ini mengembangkan bahan ajar fisika materi kalor dengan pendekatan Problem Based Learning. Bahan ajar ini dikaji berdasarkan: (1) wujud bahan ajar, (2) kemenarikan bahan ajar, dan (3) efektivitas bahan ajar. Aspek yang dikaji dalam wujud bahan adalah (1) aspek isi, (2) aspek penyajian, (3) aspek bahasa, dan (4) aspek kegrafikaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan model Borg & Gall. Bahwa bahan ajar yang dikembangkan praktis dapat membantu peserta didik dalam memahami konsep secara mandiri. Kata Kunci : Bahan ajar; Kalor; Problem-Based Learning.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengenali apakah penyebab terjadinya konflik dalam lingkungansekolah, bagaimanakah gaya dan teknik manajemen konflik di sekolah dan apakah pendekatandalam manajemen konflik dalam lingkungan sekolah. Konflik merupakan proses pertentanganyang diekpresikan antara dua pihak atau lebih yang saling ketergantungan mengenai suatu objek.Konflik sangat berpengaruh bagi seluruh komponen yang ada di sekolah oleh karena itu pimpinan dan guru harus menguasai manajemen konflik agar konflik yang muncul dapatberdampak positif untuk peningkatan mutu sekolah. Selanjutnya, penulis ingin mengembangkanmodel manajemen konflik berbasis sekolah dimana model ini adalah teknik-teknik resolusi danstimulasi agar menghasilkan resolusi yang diinginkan terutama untuk pengembangan ModelManajemen Konflik Berbasis Sekolah yang difokuskan untuk melahirkan sebuah rumusaninstrumen yang valid dan reliable serta menitikberatkan pada perumusan pengembangan Manajemen Konflik Berbasis Sekolah.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative quasi-experimental study with a 2x2 factorial design, carried out at the Faculty of Science, Jabal Ghafur University. This study aims to determine the effect of the STAD type cooperative learning model with inquiry-based computer simulation on the understanding of the concept of direct current electricity. The subjects of this study were students of the even semester of Academic Science 2021/2022 as many as 28 Unigha Science students in the experimental class and control class. Students in both classes were further divided into two categories of initial ability, high and low. Subjects were given a pretest before learning occurred and after that was given a posttest. Analysis with two-way ANOVA at a significance level (α) of 0.05 showed a significant difference between STAD type cooperative learning with inquiry-based computer simulations and conventional learning in understanding the concept of direct current electricity with a p-value of 8.78 x 10-9, while for the initial ability category is 0.05 and for the interaction of the two variables obtained 0.60. The results of the study concluded that the STAD type cooperative learning model with inquiry-based computer simulation gave a very significant influence on understanding the concept of direct current electricity. Abstract

Instrumen evaluasi harus mampu mengukur kemampuan literasi digital dari berbagai tingkatan. Hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan memasukkan pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang sesuai dengan tingkat kemampuan mahasiswa.Model penelitian dan pengembangan model 4D terdiri dari 4 tahapan, yaitu define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Pada artikel ini dibahas tahapan design (perancangan), yaitu uji keterbacaan instrumen evaluasi melalui persepsi mahasiswa dengan menggunakan angket meliputi (1) penggunaan bahasa (2) kejelasan Penyajian (3) Manfaat evaluasi melalui quzizz. Jenis data yang dihasilkan pada penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif.hasil penelitian yang melibatkan 20 responden untuk aspek bahasa keterbacaan literasi digital instrumen evaluasi pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi quizizz sebesar 79% tergolong kriteria Baik. Aspek kejelasan untuk keterbacaan literasi digital pada evaluasi pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi quizizz sebesar 96% tergolong kriteria sangat baik dan aspek kemanfaatan keterbacaan literasi digital pada evaluasi pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi quizizz sebesar 89% tergolong kriteria sangat baik.Berdasarkan pengumpulan data penelitian terkait uji validasi angket keterbacaan literasi digital yang diperoleh dari 3 orang validator didapat instrumen keterbacaan literasi digital pada evaluasi pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi quizizz untuk indikator aspek bahasa sebesar 88% dan Kemanfaatan 93% tergolong kriteria sangat valid sehingga instrumen sangat baik untuk digunakan. Aspek kejelasan untuk instrumen keterbacaan literasi digital pada evaluasi pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi quizizz sebesar 83% tergolong kriteria valid sehingga instrument dapat digunakan namun perlu perbaikan minor terutama dalam indikator tampilan aplikasi yang dapat menarik motivasi mahasiswa.

Abstract

Climate change has drastically increased natural disasters, with Indonesia ranking third among disaster-prone countries. This research aims to develop a learning model to build disaster mitigation awareness through education. The study focuses on Pidie Regency, Aceh, an area prone to various natural disasters including earthquakes, tsunamis, and volcanic eruptions. The research employs a Research and Development design using the Plomp model, consisting of five phases: investigation, design, realization/construction, test/evaluation/revision, and implementation. The result is the Ecopedagogy Rescue (EcoRescue) learning model, which enables students to explore and discover information about disaster issues and mitigation efforts. Validation scores indicate that the EcoRescue model is valid, with 87.5% for design and 91% for content. The effectiveness score based on teacher responses reached 86.4%, categorizing the model as highly effective in physics education. This study's novelty lies in developing an ecopedagogy-based learning model incorporating disaster mitigation content. The research recommends physics teachers to implement the EcoRescue model in high school physics courses, aiming to enhance students' awareness and understanding of disaster mitigation in their local context

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of marketing factors, such as brand equity and product quality, on Brand Switching behavior through Product-Harm Crises, with a case study of the Honda eSAF motorcycle frame fracture incident. This crisis not only affects technical aspects but also damages the reputation and consumer trust in Astra Honda Motor (AHM). The study uses the SEM-PLS method with a sample of 160 respondents. Results show that brand equity and product quality have a significant influence on product crises, but do not directly or indirectly trigger consumers to switch brands through these product crises. The decision for Brand Switching turns out to be more complex and influenced by factors other than product crises. Therefore, companies need to develop effective crisis mitigation strategies to maintain consumer loyalty and reduce the risk of brand switching, in addition to strengthening brand equity and product quality.

Abstract

Teacher competence is one of the critical elements in the success of education in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the determinant factors influencing the competence of science teachers in the Province of Aceh, Indonesia, with a focus on the impact of academic supervision, work motivation, and infrastructure facilities on teacher competence and its implications for organizational support. The research method employed is a quantitative approach using questionnaires and Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis. The research sample consists of 116 high school teachers from three districts in Aceh. The results indicate that academic supervision and infrastructure facilities have a significant influence on organizational support, while work motivation does not have a significant impact. Organizational support, in turn, has a positive and significant influence on teacher competence. These findings suggest that improving the quality of academic supervision and the availability of infrastructure facilities can enhance organizational support, which subsequently contributes to the improvement of teacher competence. This study provides practical contributions to the development of educational policies, particularly in supporting the enhancement of teacher competence through the optimization of supervision, motivation, and facilities.
